Hi,

I had purchased Philips LED 32PFL5356 from star CJ on 1st of October 2011 and received the product on 11th October.

I had called up the customer care center the same day(11th october) and was assured that the TV will be installed within 48 Hrs, However as of today i have not received any call from any of the Philips center, iam now getting worried if i have made the right choice.

LCD power supply board issue

We got this LCD as a gift from some friends,it was working fine for first 6 months after that there was a problem in the power supply board. We got it repaired from an authorized service center of Philips in our city,he had replaced some MOSFETS and resistors supposedly for 2500 Rs.
After getting it repaired, the LCD dint even work for an hour and now again the LCD's power...

LCD TV purchased is defective

LCD TV purchased from Kohinoor electronics, kandivali in May, 2011. The TV started giving problem from 1 month and the problem is repeated every 10 days inspite of being repaired by Philips engineer each time. The quality of service engineer is very bad. He just removes the TV from the wall mount and shakes it n puts it back and the TV starts working. Again after 10 days the same problem is repeated and the engineer does the innovative repair....

LCD is not working within 45 days of purchase
