Filter is not available in the Market for last six months

White spots appearing on TV

I recently purchased a Philips DVD player from Reliance digital. The DVD player is causing white spots on my TV. Reliance digital is refusing to take back the DVD player and replace it. I gave the DVD player to Philips Customer Service. They have not yet repaired it after three days. They are also not willing to replace the DVD player. Faulty Shaver Head

Pathetic Support standards
