Mrs. Haridasi Paul of 68/26, Jessore Road, Kolkata - 74, Purchased a philips water purifier which model No. WP 3890 on 12.10.2009 from sales Emporium Nager Bazer, 3 Months ago I changed Filter from yours ser5vicing Organisation M/s. Jay Bee Electronics, Kolkata - 25, Now it was Fully Stopped. What can I do? will i go to Consumer Forum Customer care, nor you will change Filter immediately. Now I am Complaining against yours servicing Center Jay Bee.Plz take necessary action and solve my problem as early as possible from your end.

Philips Water Purifier — Delay in changing the filters >8 days & no stock of filters

It is herculian taks to chase and follow up for changing the filters. Phillips keeps telling in 48 hours something will happen.

    Dear Sir,

    I purchased a Steam Iron o0f Philips on 28.03.2009, its Thermostat started malfunctioning in November 2010 I took the product to Philips authorised Service Centre t Aalap Services on 30.11.2010 I was asked to wait to collect Iron after repairs. After an hours wait I was delivered the Iron I took it to home and started ironing clothes resulting damage to clothes due to malfunctioning of Thermostat and defective coating in the base plate. Again I took the Iron to the Centre on 09.12.2010 and was asked to collect it on 11.12.2010, I was told that its Thermostate is defective and they have adjusted its setting but I refused to accept and asked them to replace the Thermostat for which they refused.

    Later on I sent mails to their respective offices and got the reply that they will shortly revert back to me but that SHORTLY did not come and now they have responding to my Emails.

    I will request all to keep away with PHILIPS products as they do not honor commitments.

    Given below is my initial mail subsequentle replies received and my further mails in the matter which are self explantory. These Multinational Companies are looting the public on account of Brand image. Its products are not worth to buy.

    I purchase a Steam Iron from Infinity Retail Limited (Croma), Iscon Crossing, SG Highway, Ahmedabad on 28th March 2009 vide Invoice # 148932.
    The Iron started giving trouble in November 2010 and taken to Aalap Services Authorised Philips Service Centre at CG Road on 30th November 2010, there after an hours wait gave the Iron back to me saying its Thermostat is defective and they have set it right. I took the Iron and used for 5-6 days during the period it was not heating properly, sometimes getting overheated and damaged 1-2 cloths. I again visited Aalap Services on 9th December 2010 and narrated the problems being faced. It was kept for two days, before going to take delivery of Iron I enquired from Service Centre I was informed its Thermostat is not working properly and it has been replaced. When I reached Aalap Services on 11th December 2010 the Technician told that Thermostat has been repaired not changed at this I did not took back the Iron it is still lying there.
    I want to know what is the use of giving any guarantee to the product when its defective parts are not replaced during guarentee?
    What is the fun in repairing the Thermostat, every one knows it can not be repaired and needs replacement?
    Why a customer buy Philips products as these are quite expensive? I purchased an Iron (Steam) from Croma @ Rs.600/- with same design and features bearing REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE WITHIN ONE YEAR.
    I would like to know whether you are ready to replace the defective parts of the defective Steam Iron still under guarantee and lying with Aalap Services since last two months and they have not bothered to replace it or call me.

      I would like to formally lodge a complaint against Philips,India for not only providing deplorable after sales-service but also not addressing customer problems in a timely manner.

      Here are the details: Our Philips water purifier’s filter had to be replaced by a new filter and we wanted a new inlet tube also, so my husband (Kapil Sangoi) called Philips call centre on 9/02/011 (Wednesday) and registered our request (complaint no : 526087) which was handled by Mr.Gaurav. (Service centre no: 274811.JS No: [protected]). We were told that a service engineer will come to our place and will do the needful within 48 hrs. We waited till Sunday in vain.

      (We currently live in Daund which comes under Pune district. There is no Phillips outlet here and no water filters available. The tap water that we get here is salty and of not good quality and even after boiling it, it’s not hygienic.)
      On Monday (14/02/11) we called the service centre again and one of the representatative gave us their Pune-Chinchwad dealer’s contact no[protected] and asked us to contact them for further information. We contacted this dealer and he told us that an engineer will be sent to us on Friday (18/02/11). My husband gave an alternative solution asking him to arrange a courier (cash on delivery) for us which will be paid by us but he said that he didn’t want to take the risk.

      We waited but again there was no engineer. So again we called the Pune dealer and he told us that the engineer will come on Sunday (20/02/11) instead. And even on Sunday there was no sign of the engineer.
      On Monday , I received a call from the dealer and he told me that they were out of stock and did not have the water filters with them. So I asked him finally when can we expect our problem to be resolved since we have to make do with boiling tap water and especially since it’s extremely difficult to procure any water cans in this little town. He said that he might be able to send an engineer on Thursday (24/02/11) but he did not sound sure.

      So I called up the Phillips call centre again on Monday (21/02/11) and my call was handled by Ms.Anu Markhande and I recounted her the full story. I once again requested her to arrange a courier for us which will be paid by us. She consulted her senior and told me that they will revert back to me the next day on Tuesday and to expect a call from them.
      I told her that we have been very patient and tolerant of their deplorable service but we are literally in dire straits and have been drinking boiled tap water so to please do the needful immediately.

      I waited the next day but there was no follow-up call from the Phillips call centre and today is Thursday (24/02/11) and there is no sight of the engineer either.

      I am exasperated and would like to formally lodge a complaint against the callousness of the service centre as well as their Pune-Chichwad dealer who have kept us waiting. They do not have the least consideration for their customers and do not follow-up after the registering requests/complaints. And the sad part is that Phillips who caters to a wide segment of electronics and gadgets, does not prioritize on something as essential as water-purifier.
      We are still waiting for pure water and ......purer consumer action taken against Phillips,India and the dealer.

        I bought this Philips audio system on 13th of June,2010 from E-Zone,Indore & I have been facing same problem since the day I purchased it.Its sound actually shoots up automatically to the maximum & I have sent it to Philips authorised centre at Indore 4 times & the problem is persisting.I have already contacted their customer support services & asked for the replacement. I was told yesterday that I'l get a call from company today after they have a word here at Indore's service centre.But I didn't got a call today & I am very upset by company's casual attitude towards the customer complaint which otherwise should have been addressed promptly.I hope you will understand my problem & take appropriate measures for it.

        I bought Philips 5.1 channel speakers (DSP6000) audio system on 10th of Jan, 2011 from lets Buy & I have been facing same problem since the day I purchased. Out of 6 speakers 3 are not working.

        I have approached to customer care 4 times for replacing the same but they are not supported. Why should I use reparable product. I hope you will understand my problem & take appropriate measures for it.

          I have registered a complain in PHILIPS service center faridabad and Mr. sameer visited my house on 14th oct,2010 to collect the television set for repairing. after 10 days when i called him he was very lathargic in his approach and tried to beat around the bush. He said technicians from delhi are considering my problem, after so many calls i realized that he is not at all taking it seriously so i asked him about the delhi technicians no. finally after 2 months i could spoke to the technician Mr. MANAV his contact no. is [protected]. now from the last 22 days i am continuously talking to him but he is not addressing the issues. I am really suprised by the kind of after sales service of the company, these people are testing my patience. I have continuously being running behind to get my TV.now i really want some kind of legal action to be taken against the company

          attitude of staff is deplorable

          Philips — Substandard product and pathetic after sales service.

          I am extremely DISSATISFIED with both the Phillips product as well as the after sales service provided. It took a month to get the TV installed once we bought it, and then within a month it has developed software problems, in which we cannot hear any sound whatsoever along with the picture.

          The customer care service is most pathetic, almost to the point o being stupid. They do not take down complaints, and when they do, they do not act upon them. I am told that a 'technician' will contact me "within 48 hours" but that NEVER HAPPENS.

          I AM SICK AND TIRED OF CALLING THE CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE WHICH IS OF NO HELP.

          I WANT TO GIVE THIS TV BACK AND GET MY MONEY BACK.

            i went to another retail shop and noticed that the original price of the above product comes around 450/-... Then i went to Pirgal

            Dealer asked the same thing how you can cheated me.. Last 3 months before i have purchased the LG Double Door Fridge in your shop..

            Thats the reason i came again to purchase another household product.. The person is not taken any action.. This is what the Dealers

                I have a Philips DVD system ,model no.FWD550.Since last two months,it is not reading new DVD's & DVD's are getting jammed after playing for five minutes.I had lodged a complaint with Philips service centre.Complaint no. 0491497 dt. 14.12.2010.Despite their assurance of service within 48 hours,after repeated follow-up,their service technician came & without even arranging for repairs,he said,we need to buy a new system & charged Rs.450.00.
                My repeated complaints to philips service centre on this has only evoked assurances that a new senior technician would visit & get the repairs done,but till date there is no response,despite my regular follow up.Even their helplines donot connect us to their seniors,always telling that they are busy & will call back.

                This kind of deficient & poor service by Philips needs to be really corrected & action taken against them.I understand that most of the consumers are suffering due to extremely poor service by Philips.

                  Please not ethat I have purchased Philips 5.1 channel Home Thearter from Big Bazaar on 25.12.2010 for which I got the delivery on 28.12.2010.
                  Since then no one from your service center bothereed to ewven call for installation.
                  Any ways, today morning I got a call from your service center at Swastik Char Rasta, near Municipal Market, Ahmedabad seeking time for installation which I specified that any time before 5:00 pm today.Call came from number [protected] at 10:57 am.
                  After making several calls to the same number around 4pm, I was intimated that the engineer has already left for the installation.Till 5:10pm no one turned up & called the same number again.
                  some Mr. Pravin called from [protected] at 5:30 pm from saying that he would visit the house before 6:30pm which was not acceptable to me.
                  I told him to come on Monday after 8:00pm which he refused & when I said I would lodge complaint against him, he said to go ahead.
                  Please take this matter seriously as I have paid Rs.7990.00 and even after so many days has passed, the unit is not installed.If the same is not installed latest by 3.1.2011, I shall have no option but to aproach appropraite forum.
                  From 10:57 am till 5:00 pm , is I think is good enough time for installation.

                    After installing a software update suggested by Philips, my photoframe stopped working. Do you know what happens after I ask for solutions? Their answer: I'm sorry but updates are not covered by warranty and there is no solution for this problem. It is done at customers risk. Can you believe it? See attached picture below...! I urge you NOT TO BUY PHILIPS PRODUCTS. I know I will never buy one again.

                          Philips — BAD SERVICE / CHEAT

                          we had purchesed a philips hi -fi system on 8th of sept. 2009 from ezone in vadodara, system has the failure and we reported it on 11th sept. to e zone.system was picked up by philips service station on 15th sept. and was told that problem will be fixed in max. 48 hrs. but we havent received any reply, so we started followup with ezone where we actually purchesed the system since then PHILIPS and ezone both were giving the different answers and we are going round the circles. finally on 24th sept. i was promised that my system will be fix and delivered by 25th sept. friday before 5 pm. WE GOT THE SYSTEM AT 10 AM BUT IT WS NOT WORKING AT ALL MAINS POWER WAS BROKEN, SO THEY TAKE THAT BACK AGAIN, AT THE SAME EVENING I HAD VISITED THE PHILIPS SERVICE CENTER AND WAS TOLD THAT MY PARTS JUST CAME FROM PHILIPS SO THEY WILL FIX THE SYSTEM AND GIVE IT BACK TO ME BY SATURDAY EVENING 6 PM. AND THE SYSTEM THEY TRIED TO DELIVERD IN THE MORNING IT WAS NOT MINE , ANOTHER LIE AS I GOT THE SR NO. DELIVER NOTE. SO I HAD CONTECTED THE EZONE AND HE SPOKE TO SERVICE HEAD OF PHILIPS AND PROMISED SUNDAY WILL BE THE FINAL DAY SO WE WERE HAPPY BUT ON SUNDAY SO CALLED PHILIPS SERVICE HEAD DIDNT EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE , SO I RANG THEIR TRADE MANAGER FOR GUJARAT REGION AND HE HANST GOT ANY CLUE WHAT DO. FINALLY AFTER AN HOUR LONG PHONE THEY PROMISED ME THAT SYSTEM WILL BE DELIVERED ON WED. MORNING ITS AFTERNOON NOW WHILE I AM WRITING THIS BUT NO SIGN OF THEM OR A PHONE CALL FROM THEM. I WOULD LIKE TO URGE EVERYONE NOT TO GO FOR PHILIPS AS THEY NOT TREATING THE CUSTOMER IN A FAIR WAY.

                          I have my philips system, purchased in 2007. IT's still not two years and i have a problem in my System power supply. I have purchased my system on loan and still i have my instasllment remaining and the cost of repair is approximate Rs- 4000/- which is given by your vadodara's authorised service centre. I have followed up five to six times and still there is no positive response and whenever i go there i get a new answer and higher estimate. I always purchase your branded philips product's with a view that i would get better service but i am wrong...and i am not at all satisfied with your service...i have got my complain number and no recipt have been given by your service centre after taking up my philips music system.                             Several Times I was called to Customer Care Toll Free No but there was also no response and
                            Chennai PHS Electronics Service Centre also not respond properly.

                            My DVD was purchased on 12th Jan 2008. This DVD had some of the DVDs are not playing shows "NO DISC" and some of the DVDs are playing with poor picture quality. The same DVDs are playing good in all other Brands (SONY, ONIDA, SAMSUNG, ETC.,). But in the Chennai Service Centre guyes are says "These model (3146X/97) DVD's are not support these DVD's this was very old Model dont't come to us service but you have to pay the money for this Servicing! ! ! ! ! ! !". How it can be passible?. They want service charge also for this advice. Kindly let me know the exact reason for these fault of my DVD and how it can be rectified. Past 7 days I was vigeriously follow it up all the source of Philips cutomer care but no response from Philips Service Centre, Customer Care and Complaint Email. Kindly help me to solve these problem as earliy as passible.

                            PHILIPS DVD 3146X/97 — DVD Not Showing Picture

                            My DVD was purchased on 12th Jan 2008. This DVD some of the DVDs are not playing showing "NO DISC" and some DVDs are playing with poor picture quality.                               I have a Philips micro theatre system bearing model no MCD 190. The problem is that the central mechanism that holds the compact disc in place has broken. Accordingly on[protected] i lodged a complaint with Philips consumer care (Toll free no: [protected]) and was given complaint no 471525 with an assurance that the said complaint would be attended in the next 48 hours. There was a call from the Ahmedabad service centre on[protected] , informing that the said service personnel will be visiting anytime between 1 pm to 7 pm. However no service personnel turned up on that day. Complaint was once again lodged on[protected] with the toll free no and it was once again assured that urgency request has been placed and that the complaint would be attended on the same day. Once again the service personel failed to turn up. The same exercise was repeated when the consumer care was contacted once again on[protected]. When the consumer care was contacted again in the evening hours of[protected], it was informed by a senior personnel that the desired serviceman will attend the complaint by 2030 hours . However as anticipated nobody turned up. This is amounting to cheating and deliberate misleading of the consumer with no reason assigned for the delay. To be taken up strongly with the company.

                              Philips — unattendance of complaint

                              We have purchased the aforesaid model on 4th October 2009. Not more than 15 days had passed when we had lodged a complaint about the system malfunction. The sequence of events are as under.
                              1. A person from the philips service dept. arrived without giving a prior intimation on phone as already instructed and agreed by the dealer (Sales India).
                              2. Although the person was received at the house, who found the said system not working at all.
                              3. He asked us to hand over the system so that we are left with no audio visual entertainment for which it was purchased and hence the purpose is defeated if the company asks us to hand it over without a replacement for that time interval during which the company is supposed to find the fault and make ammendments. The person disagreed saying that he cant take such decisions and a senior person would talk to us, which never happened till a couple of days.
                              4.After that, we had to again call up the service centre where we were promised that a senior engineer would repair the system at our place, only after a telephonic intimation.
                              5. The same person, who had already visited earlier, turned up and to our surprise he told us that he was not made aware of what we were promised on the telephone (this shows lack of co-ordination at the company's end) and the person again asked us to be deprived of this facility for which we have paid the company!!
                              6.He called up the service station from our premise in order to talk to the manager who was'nt present (for the second time) and madam to whom we talked once again gave us a false promise that the manager would call you as soon as he is available(till today he is not available).
                              7. Hurt again sentimentally, we called up the dealer straightaway, where he consoled us saying that this time he'll personally take over the matter and get back to us with a concrete solution indicating the time they would require to comply our long due complaint.
                              8. Till date the matter is hanging leaving us in confused state of mental harrasment .
                              9. As a result we have to resort to consumers forum for recoveries of all kinds.

                              Our complaint number as lodged by the company is 24294.

                              I purchased a 50 inch Philips plasma screen TV for $999.00 from Walmart on -1-13-09 and it ceased working on 12-29-09 ! I contacted the[protected] number and was told they would replace it since it was covered by a one year warrenty. They said they wouold call me in 24 to 48 hours. It is now[protected] and no one has called me. I have called them three times since and the consumer representative say's they put them on hold !

                              I filed a complaint with the WV Attorny Generals Office and with Walmart for Philips failing to back there warrenty or do what they promise. Walmart manager said he would follow up on a copmplaint to have there products cease being sold at their stores.

                              I will never ever at no time buy Philips product AGAIN !
                              Man I do feel better !
                              Philips always provide a bad service and nobody is willing to take the responsiablity...
                              If I have chance, I will not chioce Phililps any more. Poor products and poor service ...

                                  This is regarding the Philips DVD player (DVP3326) which I had purchased about 2 months ago. The manual and customer care insist that it plays DivX format. But some videos do not play whereas some has no audio. The customer care has not been much helpful and the technician who came to our residence simply answered that the format might not be supported.

                                  The whole point of purchasing this product was that I can watch movies easily through USB; which I am not able to do currently.

This product carries a warranty of one year, but it started giving problem just after 15 days. Several complaints have been lodged to the philips customer care no.[protected] and the complaint no. Is 461069. After having made repeated complaints, the customer care executive makes fake promises about deputing their engineer to our place, but nothing has been done so far.
                                    This is breach of trust by such a reputed company like philips india.
                                    I would request the concerned authorities to look into the matter and get this defective piece replaced. An early action is requested.

                                    Philips Consumer Care — Non-repair of Philips music system

                                    Sir, I have a Phillips music system which i intend to get repaired from Phillips Consumer Care. However each time when I call the toll-free helpline number the executive tells me to get back after sometime but nobody does so. It has been over 3 weeks now and nobody from Phillips has bothered to call back and resolve my problem despite several phone calls. They further refuse to give any email id or connect to seniors and simply disconnect the phones. I am horrified at the dismal level of service provided by Phillips. I have spoken to atleast 10 executives ( Ms Asma , Mr sachin choudhary etc) at the call centre but they take customers to be fools.
                                    I discourage all music lovers to stop buying Phillips Music system because if your music system stops working they cannot service you.
                                    Dear Sir or Madam: The following complaint has been undertaken against both Philips India & their authorized service center Micro Services located in Goregaon, Mumbai. We had called Philips Customer Care to report a complaint of our Philips LCD not powering on. The call center dispatched a Mr. Rai, a technician from Micro Services to our residence. The technician took the TV apart and tried to repair it. While doing this he blew up our house fuse 3 times. Luckily we had a tripper so no other electrical component in the house was damaged prima facie (fingers crossed). I was shocked by such actions and told him to stop his experimentation. In the end he decided to take the power board with him for repairs. He said that 1-2 components on the power board will need replacing and he will charge Rs.780 (his service charge) + approx Rs. 300-400 per component that will be replaced. He came back after 3 days and installed the power board in the TV and the TV worked fine. Next he showed me the bill for the repairs and I was shocked to find that the total charge was now Rs.5600/-. I asked him how can the charges escalate by such variance for a Rs.25000 LCD, he merely replied that he has fitted a brand new power board as the one taken from our TV was totally dead!!. I was surprised when he said a new board as the power board he took out from his bag in front of me was wrapped in an old, torn plastic cover (I have retained this cover for my records) and on being asked why the brand new board was not in its Philips sealed box with original warranty and bill, he said that all parts come loose and the warranty is only 1 month (this was no where written on his Rs.5600/- bill, however I did notice that the bill mentioned "Goods sold once will not be taken back". All this happened after purchasing the brand new Philips 32" LCD from Croma and using for a mere 1.5 years!! I threatened to take the matter legally as my Dad is an Asst Commissioner of Police in Crime Branch Mumbai and I had secretly recorded the whole followup installation on a video camera in Full HD with stereo recording to boot!!. My question is that there are numerous online complaints on Philips power boards going bust within 1-2 years. They claim that their LCD's last 15 years. Well for me even a 5 years stress-free ownership would be heavenly with Philips. If these technicians know this why not remove the power boards and repair it professionally at the first instance to save on charges instead of trying their best to short-circuit it till their fuses blow out rendering it 'Rest in Peace'? We have an LG TV and VU LED in our bedrooms which were on at the time the technicians tripped the entire house into darkness 3 times. If those sets were damaged who pays the damages? Secondly, why not supply a brand new power board with a decent warranty and original Philips material supply bill? What is the guarantee that should the replacement power board (obviously old, recycled from an old second-hand set) blow out after 30 days who will help us and supply a new board free?? Thirdly, why give a non-original memo as bill and mention 'Goods once sold will not be taken back'?? We are simply fed up with Philips and their cronies. We are launching legal action against these characters and will seek compensation for damages due to the technician trying out his luck by shorting our house three times with no regard to the safety of my family (2 small kids present in the house at the time) or electrical appliances present in the house. The first time the TV shorted, he asked me to put the power on. Can you imagine the total disregard to human safety. Also trying to induce damage to the LCD by his adventurism and then presenting a hefty bill for an obviously recycled, second-hand spare part with a verbal 1-month warranty and a bill which read 'Goods once sold will not be taken back'. Therein lies the story. Luckily we are NRI's and after traveling the world we know our rights and we will be giving these people hell.                                       On 11/11/10 another message came to my mobile phone. for logging in the site & asked for payment of Rs. 440/- for Service Tax & the free gift will be delivered to my mailing address.

                                      When I click to the button <Proceed Payment>, it shows the account suspended. I think this may another new thougt of cheating Bussiness. & I also find another person already complained regarding the same matter.

                                      I am also requesting to all mobile service providers not to allow this type of unknowing SMS forwarding.

                                      Philips, Product Name: PHILIPS DVD Player — Request to get back the money deposited to said account

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      I have received one SMS from Philips company for Free Gift Hamper as “ PHILIPS DVD. I have registered as per the instruction in the sms and finally I received the following document saying to deposit the Customer Service Tax Rs.440/- in Name of Soma Biswas, A/C Number:[protected] in STATE BANK OF INDIA. I have deposited the amount and when I tried to fax the receipt of the to the FAX no. given in the document. I could not succeeded. Then came to from Philips Comapny that this is fake. Please do the needful and if possible, try to refund my money. I have the bank receipt with me. If needed I can show for the verification.

                                      It seems some people have used internet, mobile phones and State Bank of India to cheat some people. At least mobile phone operators and Bank should take care of this type of frauds.

                                      I have received a sms that philipsofindia is offering free DVD on my cell no -[protected] . i have not responded to it as i know that nobody will offer any item free and if it is philips,question doesnot arise.They are not an company to offer free to unknown.
                                      My elert to my friends that not to entertain such messages or any calls and never give your bank details ,password etc.even your cell no. if you donot trust.
                                      I have recieved a massage from the company that winning notification for the DVD palyer of Philips company whisch is I think they are just joking because having a such name in the market with such a long time will never do the such type of joke with the costumer
                                      The same message i too RECEIVED ON MY MOBILE [protected] on 10/11/2010 at 09.47 Hrs. Sender (TD- D V D)an SMS offering free DVD FRM PHILIPSOFINDIA, I suspect it is afraud as Philips has its own website. Please take necessary action on this kind of offers. I am worried how many will be cheated and what is their main aim in sending his fraud offer and gathering personal information. You are requested to take the necessarry action against the service provider.

                                      I (Sanjay Maitra, Jadavpur) have also received same SMS and filled-up the Online Registration Form on 10/11/2010 and got another SMS to send Rs.440/- either directly by Cheque to fraud Swapan Das or through Online Payment (with Verysign safety logo) on 11/11/2010 but I restrained myself and saved myself from this kind of cheating method. Thank God! Philips and Mobile Service providers should do legal action against this cheater immediately.

                                      Here in India people are always looking for "free gifts" and there is a huge number of companies owing to the vast market. The professional frauds use the names of the Branded companies to fool the mass. The media i.e. papers, magazines, television and leaflets were previously used for this purpose. Now as more and more people are getting accustomed to mobile & internet, bulk sms services & net to mobile sms are being used for cheating people. Threre is no such restriction till date nor monitoring on these unwanted advertisements and offers. Instead of relying on forgery cases & coplaint cases etc. we should be more self aware and in case we find any offers we need to response to it, if wanted & possible, by query of from where those are sent.
                                      ONE LAST THING, NOTHING COMES FREE... WE DO PAY FOR EVEN THE 25% FREE BISCUITS IN A 100 GMS PACK OF BISCUIT (with the manufacturer's profit)

                                      On 9th I have received a message to my mobile no.[protected], that i have received a free DVD Player for the details login to philipsofindia website. I opened it and i got letter that i have to pay Rs.440/- to Mr.Sanjay Saha account on 10th Novermber and fax the receipt to their office number. I have already deposited Rs.440/- on 10th at 11 a.m. and at 12.30 p.m.i got a message that my account no has been changed again i have to login to philiposindia website. I opened the website but it was not responding. I think why the philips company or on the name of anybody is doing like this.

                                      OTHERWISE CUSTOMER WILL LOST THE CHANCE TO GET FREE GIFT.
