Phone Pe — phone pe is cheating with the customers

Mene recharg karaya tha mere phonepy wallet se 149 ka jio no. Pr mera balace kat liya mere wallet se aur jio. No. Pr koi recharge nhi hua company care centar pr baat ki to 48 hrs me money return ka bola pr abhi 4 day ho gaye koi return nhi aaya mera phonepy id no. [protected] h please mera paisa return karwaye

I paid my water bill from phonepe site..after successful msg..this site generat unsuccessful msg...I paid manually this bill again.. Phonepe care said this bill payment add into your next bill but it didn't happened.. Customer care don't want to return money of my bill...this is a ducate site..

Plz ban this app phonepe. They are cheating with customers.

Complete waste of time app. Phone pe is cheating people they are accepting money on their wallet account without kyc updation.. But you can't transfer ur money from their wallet reason given is kyc not completed. When u ask them how to complete it, they will tell you government has stopped kyc process till when no idea... Cheating people totally unprofessional... I have deposited 6000 in my wallet as there ws some issue with the netbanking... I thought might get it done faster... But nothing i blocked my money with phone pe
