PhonePe — about my contacts problem

My phone pe contacts are having problem. All the contacts of my phone pe is changes to another person contact name. Person whom i'm sending the money is fine but my contact is showing with other person name. What should i do. May i know the problem... I saved one contact i want to sent money for that contact.in my phone pe the number is correct but name is changed..

Transferd 6000 rs from sbi to axis bank. Transaction got successful and money deducted from my bank but not credited to receiver account.
Phonepee customer service is very bad.They are not trying to help us

Receiver does n't receive the amount . so please do re-credit that amount to my account. Banker also giving suggestion like u did transaction with phonepe so please contact phonepe people.

On 30-12-2019 I have transferred 4000 rupees through Phonepe. but the receiver does't receive the amount.
PhonePe Customer care is not responding well please help me.
Credit my amount in my account...

Money debited in my account on 30th dec 2019. but either one us receiver or me not got that money. Sir please i want my back.
