PhonePe — amount credited to wrong person bank account

On 27th november 2017 2.58pm i transferred rs.500 using phone pay to my friend but it was credited to wrong person bank account and my friend is not received the said amount to his bank account. I am credit for my bill payments by Phone pe 9oct.2017 at10:51a.m but payment is failed by phonepe and 1260rupees debited my account but still not transferred by account. I complained 10times but any responses by phonepePhone pe & costumer executive officer.
