PhonePe — amount not credited to receiver's bank account

I transferred 2500/- to union bank of India from DBS bank account using phonepe application. Amount Debited from my DBS bank account but not credited to receiver's bank account. Transaction also showing successful in phone pr app. Please resolve the issue.
