This is to inform you that somebody was sent a link for pay transaction, then but that link should be receiving link, after completing the transaction, 2000 rupees has debited from my account. It should not be happened as per that person comments. Again he has sent another link where he mentioned for again transaction of 500 rupees it will be refundable. I transferred 2500/- to union bank of India from DBS bank account using phonepe application. Amount Debited from my DBS bank account but not credited to receiver's bank account. Transaction also showing successful in phone pr app. Please resolve the issue.

I have 26, 000 rupees in my phonepe wallet. But phonepe is justifying that they have some technical issue, so try later to withdraw this money to my account.
I tried for 2 says. It is very urgent to get that money back. I tried several times to close my wallet to withdraw money. But it shows"something went wrong".

I was using phonepe a lot. But from this incidence dissatisfied me. Because it's very urgent to get my money...

I was trying to do recharge from phonepe to my mom number. The money was debited from my account but the is not successful. Pls debit my money to my bank account. I got a sms reading the money has been debited from the account.

It's not a small complain first 129 and next 145 rupees has been debited from my account respectively.

Dear sir.
I got a advertisement from phone pay that if we made first ola ride transactions through phonepe you will get rs150 cashback. Which i haven't get cashback due to phone pay fake cashback offer advertisement on phonepe app. Because the cashback is not eligible for tamil nadu. So, if cashback is not eligible at tamilnadu then why phonepe has display the cashback at tamilnadu customers???.

Dear phonepe team,

I transfer 2161.36 amount of money through my phonepe account, transaction showed failed but money is dedicated from my account. But yet amount not received. I made this transaction on dt. 6 may, 2019. Transaction id is t1905062129238776381947
I have conineusely follow up by phonepe help chait but not respond.
Kindly look into the matter and refund it as soon as possible.

On 10 february 1:09 pm i made a transaction to sri sai collections & money has debited from my account but money has not credited in merchant account.
I have contacted phonepe custome care they told to check merchants bank statement & he has shown me the bank statement & no money has credited in his account so i made another transaction from google pay and it was successful he got money.
I have shared the merchant bank statement...

I did a upi transaction on 20th from sbi anywhere application upi facility for 12000 rupees and the transaction got failed but money had got deducted from my account.

Please help me on this and refund the amount because it's been 11 days and nothing has happenem

My friend has done an transaction of 5400 rs and money is also credited from his account and on phonepe it is also showing transaction successful on phonepe history page. But the money has not been credited into my account and also in my phonepe history page the transaction also doesn't appears. He claims to have send money but yet i have not recieved any money...

I bought gold on worth 5000 rs. From my phonepe wallet. But when i am trying to sell it is displaying gold sale failed. For security reasons we have declined the transaction, please try after 72 hours. I am in need of the money and not able to access it right now. When i called both the customer care they both are not taking responsibility..
