Dear sir/ madam
I had some serious issues with the system and requested to rectify the system
I tried to make a payment with phone pay on 29.05.2019 with an amount of rs 20/ and transaction id :p1905290719073589150472 to bharatpe[protected]@yesbankltd and amount has been deducted from my account and same is not credited to receiver account and message transaction is pending at receiver bank. Since this a purchase transaction and until and unless payment is made material will not be given and we have to make the cash payment. Since it is a technical issue, once payment is not successful it shall be treated as failed transaction and should not kept pending for further action such as to credit the same to receiver account after some period as the payment will become duplicate to merchant which can not be recovered. I received a message on 31.05 2019 stating that transaction successful and amount credited to receiver account after 2 days. This a major draw in the system and for such type of issues we will end up paying double (Same thing happened to me) to merchants. If same thing continuous we will loose confidence on the system please take the corrective action for such type of issues and confirm us back so that we can continue to use system with confidence in future.     I transact the amount on 30/05/2019 through phone pe by sbi savings account. I pay the amount to anglo eastern maritime academy my transaction reference number is qct[protected], transaction time - 11:08 am. Amount has been deducted from my account but the next message shown that transaction failed. Amount also not revert to me. Please check the details.

      Since there is no kyc facility yet, i'm unable to withdraw my money from phonepe wallet. Why did you not notify at the beginning itself that we cannot use the wallet to do normal transactions??! Now my funds are locked until you receive a permit from the government. Very irresponsible behaviour, guys. After the company gets the permission to do kyc, i will withdraw & uninstall this app too. I really thought that you guys were better than paytm but you're way worse.

        Hi, On 04/04/19 I paid credit card bill through PhonePe, three days earlier to due date. On 04/12/19 transaction failed and PhonePe refunded the amount. By that time Bank charged me against late payment. Because of PhonePe my bill payment was delayed. PhonePe agreed to refund the late payment charges on 04/26/19. But, refund amount not yet received

          today i registered to the Phonepe account for the first time to received an amount of 20000 from a person who claimed me as a Army person named Sanjay Singh Phone number +91 [protected] and Phonepe Account Number in the name of MARY SHYLA . the UPI transaction number was[protected].
          being a first time user and and person called me in peak working hour saying please receive the request soon just accept this fast else transfer will be failed .and instead of he transferring me money he took credit of 20000 rs. from my account . request you to please help me with this fraud case and if can get my money back

              Though reported to you long back about my wallet withdrawal not happening there is no word from (Phonepe) you. Also kindly provide me your bank ombudsman address so that i can redress my grievance with them. My wallet bal shows a balance of rs 946.00. However when i wish to withdraw the said amount, i am told this is not possible for kyc compliance, whereas i have complied with appropriate and full kyc (Adhaar)

              I, RAKESH JENA, have made two transaction via phonepe of 1000 each to my brother Pradip kumar Das yesterday and it is still showing pending.This was happened on 17th may 2019.Please take immediate action as there is a urgent requirement of money.
              I hv the same issue too. Hope they resolve this issue soon

                I post an advertisement on olx app, and one of the customer call me, he told me that he will use phonepe to pay his money. Then he took my number and talk me to open my phonepe app. Then he did something from his side and one pop shown on my phonepe screen. It was shown to pay money 11000, then I accepted, he then convince me, that once i click on pay button then automatically amount of money will refunded to my account. Then i got convinece it, as i don't have that much in my account. Then he again try to convince me to pay 11000 Rupees, and told me again that just press pay button, you will get your money for product. Then i again pay that..then he told me that click on 22000 as pay an money will be refunded
                So i want a quick action about that person who made such fraud things on apps such like that

Then i refused it, as i don't have that much in my account. Then he again try to convince me to pay 4000around rupees, and told me again that just press pay button, you will get your money for product. Then i again refuse that.. And told him that i don't have money in my account. So he told me that he will call me tomorrow again. So i want a quick action about that person who made such fraud things on apps such like that

                      By miss i have initiated the electricity bill payment for cescom three times, in this three transaction phone pay have deducted the money thrice, but the bill payment is complete 1 time. Still for other two pending bill, phone pay have deducted 583 rupees 2 times extra. So i request you give justice and to make phone pay toreturn my 1166 rupees of other bill payment...

                        I transfer my money from one account to another in phone pe... Money debited from my account and they are not credited that amount to concerned receivers account. Keeping with money with them for three four days. Customer support also not responding and didn't gave resolution for my issue. Phone pe denied my request of money transfer and holding my money with them.

                          But airindia tkt not booked. Its on 23/april/2019. More than a month passes by but phonepe is not refunding the amount of rs 18011.00, just taking excuse for a week every time. Very pathetic response from phonepe. I raised tickets two times, but pathetic response by phonepe. Phonepe ticket ids are 52909747 and 56070015. May kindly ask phonepe to refund the amount of rs 18011.00 asap.

                                I am really very much disappointed unfortunately my money from bank got credited to phonepe wallet that to 9500 rupees. I want my money back to my bank account as it shows to complete kyc but there is no option available to complete kyc as i have spoken with customer care even they are helpless i am very much disappointed it, makes me feel that my money got stuck in hell from which removing out is big task.

                                    Please note that i have made payment of 3800 inr on 15th may 2019, my account was immediately debited and phonepe transaction was pending and asked to wait for 48hours, due to which i have to make another mode of payment for 3800 to receiver for on behalf of failed transaction., later on 17th may 2019, status on phonepe turned to successful, but unfortunately the amount was not credited to receiver. As phonepe confirmed that amount was credited to benificiary but receiver account was not credited with that amount.
                                    I never saw such a worst service like phonepe with they limited support. I have extended my further investigation with my bank with utr number, and got confirmed that it is been credited to beneficiary account, but actually it did not got credited.

                                        I have paid electricity bill of amout inr 1383.00 for credit for jharkhand
                                        Bijli vitran nigam ltd. Throughh phonepe and bharat bill pay system on 14 may 2019. The electronic reciept of the bill paid was not generated instantly. As the reciept is necessary i need e-receipt of bill paid because when updated electricity bill came on 17 may then not deducted amount of 1383/-.
