I have my money stuck in the phonepe wallet. I can't use or withdraw or send it to another person because it says kyc is not complete. Then why did they allow to top up the wallet in the first place? If it cannot be used without kyc, then it shouldn't be loaded too. Also, i can do a one-time withdrawal and then will never be able to use the wallet again.
PhonePe customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have done a transaction of rs3500 on 20 april and the status went pendin and when i called them they told me to wait till 23 april and now the status is still pending and again after calling them they are telling me to wait again till 30 april
Recharge wrong number so kindly refund my amount
Please cancell my phone ppe recharge I have done for an amount of 100 rupees for BSNL [protected] mobile number today. It has not been credited yet. I want to cancell it. Please refund the amount debited from my account.

    Amount not credited in my account apart of being showing successfully credited in payment page, while seeing in balance check i did see that amount is not credited in my account number ending with 5514.

      refund amount not credit to my bank account

      I booked ticket on 6th april 2019 but ticket wasn't booked and amount deducted. I complaint several times but they're extending the dates and giving fake commitment neither resolved nor gave proper guidance. I m really frusted by these customers care executives. I am sending the details of issue with booking of rs.885.49 and their reply-

      Its been more than 15 days i have not received by refunded amount from irctc into my sbi account. My amount got deducted during ticket booking however ticket was not booked.
      As per irctc mail, refund has already been initiated but its not credited into my account. Could you please check and take action asap.

      I have raised number of complaints but still issue persist. They are not providing proper reason.. Let me know how to proceed further. Please refer attached image.
      As per image amount is credited but still not recieved into my account. No ARN no is generated for the transaction.

        I have send 1000rs on 02/01/2019 to a friend by phonepe and transaction got successful and recevier also shows transaction gets successful but recevier didn't get the money and also I don't get money back.i tried to contact phonepe customer care they says contact your bank and the bank says this is the third part app we can't help you about it.what should I do now.           I used phone pae app to recharge my jio number of 251/- pack, rs 22 /- already i got in phone pae walet, on recharge transaction failed, they deducted 229/- from my bob account having transaction i'd: t1904111100266684100264 on 11th april. On continuous contact with phone pae support they regularly use to say same crying # reason that it takes 7 days to refund your money get refunded by 20 april. But till now i didn't got money back want my money back why you were cheating.. If not i make ensure there will no more phone pae app.

                    I, Aakash kumar made a transaction of Rs 4500 through phone pe UPI from my SBI account (A/c.:- [protected]) to my BOB account (A/c no. :- [protected]) on 11.04.2019. Amount debited from SBI account but not credited to BOB account. Transaction was showing pending on 11.04.2019 and showed successful on 13.04.2019 with UTR number[protected] . But still amount not credited to receiver's BOB account. I logged complaint on phone pe ticket no.[protected] and talked to phone pe support team didn't not get any positive response, 7 days have already passed but i didn't get my refund.

                    Therefore, i request you to look into this matter, do the needful and resolve issue as soon as possible, its very URGENT.

                        This is refrancce to fund transaction id p1903241158077431846810 with utr no[[protected]] dt 24.03.2019 of rs 3000 still which is not credited in the receivers account nor refund to my account, isfc ; sbin0010605, state bank of india, manimajra, chandigarh for this matter i had made a corrspondance to phone pe [protected]@phonepe but till to date not refunded & i apporoched by banker they are saying that amount stands debited from my account, but not received in the receivers account.

                        Now the govt saying cashless transaction is help to the people but this type cashless transaction we no need. Pl. Help me to solve the above problem.

                          That shows transaction got successful and receiver also shows transaction gets successful but receiver didn't get the money and also i don't get money back. I tried to contact phonepe customer care they says contact your back and the bank says this is third party app we can't help you about it. What should i do now

                              I transferred a sum of Rs 30800 from my sbi account to uco bank and it got credited and auto debited at the same time, phonepe customer care is not helping and asking to contact bank and sender bank is saying as transaction is done through third party so we cannot track.Its been 2 weeks money still not credited to receivers account and not refunded to my bank account as well. It’s difficult to trust phonepe after this incident because now they are not helping at all instead they are putting blame on bank. Please help.

                                  I booked train ticket on 07/04/2019 via phonepe app, but transaction failed amount debited from account at that time. I raised compliant againat this issue to phonepe customer support. But still issue not resolved amount not refund. Phonepe ticket reference no is 51252690. Every time they extend deadline date. Very poor response from customer support.

                                  I did trasaction through phone pay...my trasaction was failed two times ...money deducted two times from my account...one trasaction money refunded But not refunded second trasaction money...last 15 days I am.waiting for my money...
                                  I was order one item, then i cancel order, i was pay online for that product. But still i have not received any refund amount, and in app showing that amount is transferred into my account, but still it not reflect in my bank account

                                    Almost 6-7 days before my friend send me 3000 rupees through phone pe but the transaction goes in processing and 2 days before i got a mail and message from phone pe that i have received 3000 rupees from my friend and it also shows in my transaction history but i haven't receive any money in my bank account, i tried to contact both my bank and phone pe customer care then the phone pe customer person says that it shows that your transaction is successful and you have received your money and if not then contact your bank and my bank says that we haven't got any transaction, then what can i do, i am a student and i need my money, its very urgent, please do something.
