    I did a transaction of Rs. 400 yesterday and the transaction was successful but the money was not credited in receiver's account. When i raised a complaint regarding this phonepe support said to contact receiver's account customer care but when i contacted them they said to contact the issuer customer care number as they have not received any amount regarding this transaction, when i contacted my bank customer care they told that they dont have any information regarding this transaction as i did the transaction through third party application. What should i do now, what is the solution to this problem?

      Sir, From 2nd June I made a payment from Phone pe for Tata power bill payment of Rs 2615/- and it is not credited to the biller and not back to me. I have several times called phone customer care but every day taking 1 day time and not resolving the same Ticket ID 57175853 raised by Phone pe for resolving the issue but 4 days passed not resolved the issue at all. Payment deducted from my HDFC account 2nd june ref no 641769.

        I have ordered my food from phone pe i didnt get dilevered
        Order time 9.14 pm
        Delivery time 10.20 pm
        As my ordered didnt get dilevered i contact supported thrice and they always give me a number which was contiously busy and it ring once no one answered.
        Then i reach support who was not taking any responsibilty for these and refuse to answer my queries.
        I ask him to answer me one word will my ordered get dilevered or not he doesnt have a answer for that.
        And ask me to keep calling the number every hour.
        But when i told him about the time and dinner availability around my area he refuse to help.

        I want to bring to your notice firstly I tried reaching support with my different number but support executive refuses to answer even to check the ticket which I have raised using the app on thou he has taken all the details my name registered mobile number and still didn't get an answer. The response was to call back again with the registered number.

        Then I tried with my registered number ask him to answer me one word will my ordered get delivered or not he doesn't have an answer for that. And ask me to keep calling the number every hour. But when I told him about the time and dinner availability around my area he refuses to help.

        The solution provided was to keep calling that number or wait for the food to be delivered and time was around 11:00 PM.

        Now I am struggling to get back my amount what I have paid note:- I don't need cashback what I have received as I don't have more faith on this app and what type of support I got.
        I don't know some random guy calls me every day and talked with me in some random language, not the one I chose.

        From Morning I have received two calls from the support executive and they are answering the same thing. This is to inform to everyone who will see this post. Once the money has been paid a complete amount and you receive a cash back and due to some reason ordered has been canceled you will not get the full amount in your wallet. You will amount deduction of cashback amount (ex 100 paid in full cash and receive 50 as cashback then you will get 50 on your wallet.)

        This means you are again bound to use this money using this pathetic app, means in future if the again same thing happens you will get the same amount no you are in the wallet, there are chances you will get stuck in an infinite loop to use this app.

          Providing information about two numbers doing frauds in terms of money as its a new facility to people and a lot of people have never used the app or new to the app.hence they are making fool out of people by guiding them wrong how to use app.unaducated people may be suffering especially there is a column of message which makes people confused and looted by these fraudulent people.i would like to request you to make it more people friendly so that we should not befooled by these culprits.

              I have paid through phone pe yesterday night at 11:56 p. M. Though the transaction showed successful along with the utr id, the balance got deducted from the bank account which is linked to the phone pe wallet but the receiver didn't got any money also i have checked his bank statements, phone pe is continuously saying to contact the receiver's bank but the bank is denying as they don't have any details, the money was for the receivers relatives operation im totally disappointed by such disastorous game playing by phone pe!

                  Maine phonepe app k dwaara mobile no. [protected] se 12th april 2019 ko 12 teachers ko spot checking k paise transfer kiye they. Kintu mere account se phonepe ki taraf se amount deduct kr liya gaya or kewal 3 teachers ko amount transfer kiya gaya. Maine phonepe app ki ticket id: #51722485 pr complaint kee ki mera jo amount transfer nhi kiya gaya hai wh mere bank account main refund kiya jaiye, magar yeah kaarya abhi tk phonepe dwaara nahin kiya gaya hai. Is baare main 1st june 2019 ko maine company ko phir se remind karaya ki jo transactions (Payments) nhi kiye gaye hain wh sabhi amounts mere bank amount main refund kiye jaayein nhi to main rbi mn complaint kr rahaa hoon! Mgr is k baad bhi company ki taraf se koe attention pay nhi kiya gaya hai! Saath hi phonepe ne ke nirdesh pr ratings bhi mainen ki thin.
                  Aapse sadar nivedan h ki mujhe nyaya (Justice) dilawaane ki kripa karen.

                      This is regarding transfer of an amount of rs 3000 from my sbi to pnb bank account ([protected]) amount on 4 june 209 at 10:40 pm through phone pe utr no for the same is[protected]. Phone pe executive says talk to pnb ad amount is already transferred and pnb executive says talk to phone pe and sbi as we have not received the amount sbi says we are not laible then who is liable for all these i transferred my amount only but lost by rs 3000.

                            Hi,

                            I want to share my recent experience with Phonepe and how I was misguided by them and lost my money due to their customer care executive.It begin with my transaction on Bsnl portal, I was trying to make payment for 2 of my BSNL Landlines and the selected mode of payment was UPI where I used Phonepe to make my first transaction of Rs. 1646 (Date: 31/05/2019, 04:37 PM) which gave me a message on Phonepe saying pending and my account got debited for the said amount and Bsnl portal gave a message of Transaction failed. So, as usual I thought that I can contact phonepe support by going in transaction history and selecting that pending transaction so that they can help me with my refund for the failed transaction. But surprisingly I didn't found that transaction in my history, so to check if the problem was with the phonepe, my bank or Bsnl, I tried to make another transaction on the same Bsnl portal but for my another Bsnl number and this time the amount was Rs.1443 (Date : 31/05/2019, 04:48 PM) and the mode of payment was same UPI and it was through Phonepe and the same bank was selected. Unfortunately this time as well the transaction showed Pending but luckily I took a screenshot for the same and as I thought this transaction was also not visible in history of my Phonepe Account. So, I immediately called Phonepe customer care service and the person with whom I discussed my issue over the call surprised me again by saying that I just chose Phonepe to make my payment on Bsnl portal but I didn't click on Pay and initiated it that's why I am unable to see it in my History because I never processed it as per him and his system. And when I told him that I got message from the bank for amount debited he still denied me by saying that I didn't initiated the payment from my end. So, I asked him how to share the screenshot with them and he guided me with the steps and I did the same and forwarded phonepe screenshot for both message that I received from the bank saying my account got debited for the said amount as well I shared the screenshot for the second transaction that I had luckily taken of Phonepe which said that transaction is Pending and after sharing this screenshot they agreed that I had initiated the payment and the amount was debited from my account for the said transactions. Now as per the BSNL message that said transaction was failed and if the Amount is debited from Account it will be reversed in 3-4 working Days, the very next day that is on 1/06/2019, I made my payments for both the BSNL numbers but this time I used the Internet Banking option instead o[censored]PI option that was my biggest mistake due to which I lost my Money. And yesterday that is on 3rd June 2019, I get a mail from Phonepe that says my Transaction is successful and also now the Application of Phonepe shows those transactions in my History and with a Successful message. But now my biggest problem here is that a Failed transaction becomes successful Transaction when I was waiting to get refund for my failed transaction as I had already made payment for the said transaction but with a different mode of payment. My concern here is that who gave Phonepe rights to process a failed transaction where the policy of receiver says that it will be refunded back. And now when I asked Phonepe to cancel the processed transaction which was not with my approval after it was failed for the first time, they are asking me to Contact BSNL for the same and I am unable to do that because the BSNL Landlines that I have is in Latur and Sangli and my current location is Mumbai. I don't have my personal BSNL telephone here in Mumbai and also I am not able to connect on their Tollfree Customer care number with my Non-Bsnl mobile Number. I feel myself helpless in such situation now, so I just wanted to share my experience with others so that they are not trapped in Phonepe tricks that their Customer care executive tried to play with me at my first point of contact by saying that I never initiated the Payment. I just want to say Phonepe user that don't rely on History for the transaction that you make with Phonepe, because this things are in their hand and they can play with you as well how they tried to play with me. So, if ever you use Phonepe for making any kind of Transaction then make sure you take a Screenshot for the same as you never know what will happen with you.

                                Yesterday i have transferred 3000 rs from my phonepe account no. I have transferred from hdfc bank.
                                My payment is showing successful in phonepe and my amount was debited from my account after that i relised it was fraud person sending me the
                                Request and unfortunetely i have paid for the same when i asked to refund it just ignore me and blocked my phone no.
                                So my request is just identify the fraud person because he has a difenitely bank account because he was using upi link ([protected]@myicici) and the phone no ([protected]/[protected]) is still valid. Please do the needful as soon as possible because same thing may be happend next time for other person also.

                                  Today[protected] at the time of 11 am. We get a phone call from [protected]. The person who is talking with me is saying that the account of malkit kaur is has been blocked by some issues. So we give him otp of that linked number. And suddenly they say that we give him atm card number of 12 digits and adharcard number. By mistake we give him all details. Then they debit rs.50000 from my account by seven transactions of rs 5000, rs15000, rs9, 999, rs10000, rs19, 999, rs5000, rs5000. But the 20000 will be back by cancellation of transaction. So please recover my money. Thanku.

                                      There's a fraudulent transaction took place from phone number [protected] for an amount of 7000 rs today using phonepe account. I did call up phonepe customer care requesting to identify the number and help refund the amount, however, i didn't get any resolution on this issue. I am lodging this complaint so that others don't go through similar fraudulent transaction with [protected] and how can this number be traced as well.
                                      PhonePe customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      03.06.19 I pay the current bill on phonepe RS.3715. but transaction is pending I asked for them they not giving reasons correctly and they want 24 hours Time. And today 04.06.19 no message came from them and transactions is also pending
                                      Please help me

                                        Yesterday i have transferred 20000 rs from my phonepe account no. [protected]. I have transferred from sbi to axis bank
                                        My payment is showing successful in phonepe and my amount was debited from my account but it is not credited into creditors account
                                        While i complained in phonepe first they ask to contact axis bank then they asked to contact sbi bank. And both the bank are saying that this is fault of phonepe
                                        I have recording of phonepe, sbi and axis. Now i will file a case against phonepe in consumer court. And ask everyone not to use phonepe
