I have paid 2000 rs. Via phone pe. Transactions failed and money was debited form account. But not recieved refund. Bank is not taking responsibility. I have contacted phone pe and send them screenshot of bank's mini statement but they are not responding now. What should i have do. Where i can contact for this issue. Attaching screenshot of phone pe app.

I had topup wallet by 7500 but unable to use in any online merchant and recharge also.
Very bad company .this company should be banned in india for such activity

I have received a credited message from phonepe but actually the amount was not received to my account... The phonepe customer care was telling tha go and complaint to bank... The bank service was telling that they dindint receive any message from phonepe. What can i do between the both bank and phonepe.. Which answer is correct??

    Filling again.. Since no response from phonepay i have done a transaction of 1000 rs on phone pay. Amount was deducted from my bank a/c but phone pay rejects that it was not received to them. After continous ticket raised to them but there is no. Response from phone pay.
    They themselves closes the issue without our concern.

      please tell me how to cancel my automatic pay of electric bill

      I by mistake typed yes to that option, which said, it will deduct money automatically for next electric bill. It's not my house. I just paid it for once. I'm not the one who stay here. And I'm not the one who should be paying this bill. So

      We have posted an ad on olx and a buyer is get interested in buying it and he said to transfer money on phonepe app and first he asked to click on the continue and the 10000 from my bank account debited and then in line he transfered 11000 3 times into his account and we forget to check the bank balance between these 4 times and when i checked my balance 43000 were debited and now he is not giving my money back amd he is also saying that he is in indian army and he is buying the product for his son

      Sir i get a offer of 15%upto 200 with validity of 30days but when after I use my coupon they will changes the terms and conditions and not giving my cashback i they say your not qualify for the cashback
      I made a credit card payment through phone pay of 8839 on 15th march with transaction id N1903151331226579436065 which was refunded back by bank on 21st march with ARN no 74067139074000086807700.
      But after nore than a month i have not received it back.
      My bank says its refunded back and phone pay executive has no information about it.
      I transfered money to sbi bank ..in phone pe it is successful..but in my bank account it is not credited

            In reference to the ticket number #52859187, my money got deducted and it did not received by the retailer. Let me know the solution. It firstly got credited to retailer and then it got debited from his account. now what would be the transaction status
            Transaction status is pending. Money got debited from the account but not get credited to receiver's account.

              Yesterday, two Phonepe Market executives visited me to open new account. And used my phone to link my no. [protected] to UPI to register. Mean time I stopped them to use my phone as I found it doubtful and they left. Today I called up phonepe customer care to delete my account. But they said they don't have any delete option once registered.
              Please help as my this no. Is registered with my the bank.

                      Today i am calling customer care and i share about my problem mss. Shikha who's designation is escalation. He replied me sorry i can't do anything for your complaint and today an sms has been sent to my mobile from b. S. N. L that your land-line bill is due by 26-april-19. What are you doing sir? I am fully satisfied that that phonepe is a fraud company.

                      Please do follow-up this matter. If you don't solve my problem then i will sent my complaint to head-office of npci.

                        Dear sir, i had a transaction on 15/04/2019.in which i had filled the ifsc code and name was correct but the account was filled incorrectly, my transaction was successful. But how can it be that the ifsc code belongs to branch maharajganj dist siwan state bihar and the money is deposited in bank i gujrat. Phonepe deposited money without any checks details in another bank account. And when i gave this information, i did not any support from phonepe, phonepe said we can not do anything.                             I have my money stuck in the phonepe wallet. I can't use or withdraw or send it to another person because it says kyc is not complete. Then why did they allow to top up the wallet in the first place? If it cannot be used without kyc, then it shouldn't be loaded too. Also, i can do a one-time withdrawal and then will never be able to use the wallet again.

I complaint several times but they're extending the dates and giving fake commitment neither resolved nor gave proper guidance. I m really frusted by these customers care executives.                                 Its been more than 15 days i have not received by refunded amount from irctc into my sbi account. My amount got deducted during ticket booking however ticket was not booked.
                                As per irctc mail, refund has already been initiated but its not credited into my account. Could you please check and take action asap.

                                  I have send 1000rs on 02/01/2019 to a friend by phonepe and transaction got successful and recevier also shows transaction gets successful but recevier didn't get the money and also I don't get money back.i tried to contact phonepe customer care they says contact your bank and the bank says this is the third part app we can't help you about it.what should I do now.                                     I used phone pae app to recharge my jio number of 251/- pack, rs 22 /- already i got in phone pae walet, on recharge transaction failed, they deducted 229/- from my bob account having transaction i'd: t1904111100266684100264 on 11th april. On continuous contact with phone pae support they regularly use to say same crying # reason that it takes 7 days to refund your money get refunded by 20 april. But till now i didn't got money back want my money back why you were cheating.. If not i make ensure there will no more phone pae app.
