I booked train ticket on 07/04/2019 via phonepe app, but transaction failed amount debited from account at that time. I raised compliant againat this issue to phonepe customer support. On11 april i sent money through phone to one of my contact to technical reason the amount not received by receiver. I raised a request in phone on that but customer service team closed the ticket by mentioning comments amount had been refunded.
But i checked my balance and it was not refunded and i checked with the receiver about about receipt of money but he said he was not received.

I have done a transaction of 5th april through phone pe app my transaction was failed the balance is deducted and even after 1 week, i do not receive a refund when i call to phone pe support they tell me to talk to bank i can't bank database we are only medium and when talking to bank they tell me to contact to phone pe support i am not responsible for third party app transaction....
