Hello sir,
I want to register a complaint as i did a transaction of rs. 12000/- from my state bank of india account [protected] through phonepe on 20th december with mobile number [protected]. Transaction id-p1812202146270376961345
Utr[protected]
After the transaction the money credited to receiver account and after a few minutes that rs. 12000/- auto debited from receiver account with showing a description
"to transfer upi/rev/[protected]"
But that money neither credited to my bank account nor to the receiver account.

I have already register a complaint at phonepe team. But they can't solve the matter and the matter is as it was before.

Kindly help me to get my money back.

      I bought gold on worth 5000 rs. From my phonepe wallet. But when i am trying to sell it is displaying gold sale failed. For security reasons we have declined the transaction, please try after 72 hours. I am in need of the money and not able to access it right now. I have tried writing to phonepe customer care support but have not heard anything yet. I hope this gets resolved as soon as possible.

      Terrible experience in using app PhonePe. Not received the refund against cancellation of train tickets in my account as per their mentioned time period. Still 12days have been passed no refund is credited to my account..WORST APP TO USE..

        Sir I have purchased a smartphone Redmi Note 7 pro from shopingkaro.com online shopping website on 11/04/2019 of Rs. 13, 499/- paid through phonepay reference no[protected] dated 11/04/2019. But neither item received nor amount refunded till date. Now the website is not reachable in internet and mail ID also showing not valid. Sir I want my money refund. Please help and do needful and further intimate me as early as possible. Your regards.

            I have transferred rs146 to somebody.. The money was debited from bank account but. Not get transferred..
            When i called both the customer care they both are not taking responsibility..

            If both don't know... Where went money... Then it looks like... Here is a fraud...

              I have paid 2000 rs. Via phone pe. Transactions failed and money was debited form account. But not recieved refund. Bank is not taking responsibility. I have contacted phone pe and send them screenshot of bank's mini statement but they are not responding now. What should i have do. Where i can contact for this issue.                 Filling again.. Since no response from phonepay i have done a transaction of 1000 rs on phone pay. Amount was deducted from my bank a/c but phone pay rejects that it was not received to them. After continous ticket raised to them but there is no. Response from phone pay.
                They themselves closes the issue without our concern.

                  We have posted an ad on olx and a buyer is get interested in buying it and he said to transfer money on phonepe app and first he asked to click on the continue and the 10000 from my bank account debited and then in line he transfered 11000 3 times into his account and we forget to check the bank balance between these 4 times and when i checked my balance 43000 were debited and now he is not giving my money back amd he is also saying that he is in indian army and he is buying the product for his son

                  Sir i get a offer of 15%upto 200 with validity of 30days but when after I use my coupon they will changes the terms and conditions and not giving my cashback i they say your not qualify for the cashback

                                    Dear sir, i had a transaction on 15/04/2019.in which i had filled the ifsc code and name was correct but the account was filled incorrectly, my transaction was successful. But how can it be that the ifsc code belongs to branch maharajganj dist siwan state bihar and the money is deposited in bank i gujrat. Phonepe deposited money without any checks details in another bank account. And when i gave this information, i did not any support from phonepe, phonepe said we can not do anything.                                       I have done transaction of 20000 on 12 Apr 2019. Transaction was successful but they didn't credited.amount in recivers account
                                      I called banks they didn't help me also phonepe customer service. They are not satisfied response to me about transaction.
                                      How to get back.my money
                                      Please help me.
                                      Payment status is showing a pending but amount got debited from my account and not credit into the receiver's account. I need refund please resolve this issue
