    Rent paid through credit card not credited to recipient account

    Address: Chennai

    Hello I paid my rent to my landlord using my credit card through Phonepe.

    The transaction was successfull but the landlord haven't received the money.

    Please do help me as i was unable to contact Phonepe customer care successfully....

    My Self Sandeep Pendiyala, has paid rent to owner via Payrent rent option from My Credit card. On 09:19 PM IST 12-March-2024.
    Transaction showed Successful, But Owner has that She didn't receive the amount to her Primary UPI account.

        Unable to delete autopay from phonepe

        I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the inability to remove autopay from my PhonePe account for Ketto and Spotify subscriptions. I have been facing this issue for the past year, and despite numerous attempts to rectify the situation, the problem remains unresolved.

        many times i created mutiple complaint tickets but didnt got any respond from phonepe support team...

        I m unable to transfer money to other upi id and the phonepe app display message upi pin not linked to my bank account.

        When i tried to reset/ change my pin the app did not a llow the same.

        Screen shots of the same are attached

        in phonepe app my indusind bank branch is shown as sohna road gurgaon ifsc indb0000316 which was my old bank branch

        i have got my account transferred to ground floor shop no 76 77 and 58 tower a spaze corporate park sector 69 gurugram haryana pin 122101, ifsc indb0002076.

        Resolve the problem at the earliest

            Rent Payment still pending

            I made the payment using credit card by using Phonepe. Amount has been debited from my card but amount not credited to receiver account at the same time amount not refunded to my credit card.

            The Rent Payment is still showing as pending and I need to make this transaction successful as soon as possible. Please check and confirm...

                  Account Blocked due to security reasons

                  I got a message stating that my phonepe account got blocked. I have submitted required documents at their help page and raised a ticket. Now my ticke status is closed and response is still "Account blocked due to suspicious transactions" even after submitting the required documents mentioned at help help page. I haven't done any illegal transactions. Please help me with unblocking account.

                  On 10/12/2023 i make an payment of Rs.906.50 to INDIAN OIL CORPORATION LTD through PhonePe but Indian Oil not received this amount. I also complaint online to phonepe they said that amount will reflect in your account but i don't received till today.

                    On december 8 2023, Mr. phanindra mobile No.[protected] had transferred 4000 rupees on phonepe to Mrs Deepika (mobile No. [protected]) amount debited from the sender but amount not credited to deepika, issue raised on phonepe (ticket Id[protected] &[protected] still there is no resoponse about the complaint.

                          Sir i Have done one payment from phone pe to the merchant of Rs.792 on 22nd Nov 2023 at 8.08 pm. The transaction shows successful message with UTR[protected]. I also do online complaint with ticket no[protected] on 24 Nov 2023. It shows me status resolved. whereas the merchant said that he yet not received this amount. But the same amount is deducted from my account. Herewith i request you to please resolve this as early as possible. Thanking you

                            Recharged Tata Sky with an amount of Rs 3144 on 12 September 2023 via the PhonePe app and the PhonePe team confirmed that the merchant has received the amount (Merchant Order ID: YPHW[protected]) but TataSky is says that they haven't received the amount yet.

                            Please either recharge this amount to my tata sky account as soon as possible or refund the same back to my account (phonepe).
