UPI of Rs 5000, Amount deducted from account but not received

Dear Sir/Madam
My brother sent me an UPI of Rs.5, 000 to my Phone pay number [protected] on 26th July, 2022. But I did not receive any such amount although there was a deduction of Rs.5, 000 from his account. My brother complaint to Phone Pay app but no action was taken on their part. He is a member of Indian Navy and his hard earned money has gone. No trace of this UPI transaction so far. Mutual Fund Withdrawal

I have invested in Mutual funds via Phone Pe and while withdrawing i am getting an error as KYC pending or Balance will be NIl. but when i checked the same both my KYC is updated in CAMS and my folio account was fully withdrawn i.e all the units are sold as on today.
where is the money it is not yet credited to my savings account yet almost 2 months have passed and my 2nd complaint will be to SEBI.
Is Phone Pe playing an Scam...

I paid rent through my credit card on 16th of August 2022 first it got stuck in processing then on 18th morning got cleared and showed successful but not received by the landlord...

Car insurance policy holder name change issue

Posted the same complaint against ICICI Lombard, now posting the same for PhonePe.

Money deducted from bank but train ticket not booked

Hi team,
Phone pe transaction id: T2203240938409937264382

I purchased ticket in irctc and payment done through phone pe account. My money 287.70rs has been deducted from bank account but ticket is not confirmed by irctc. They told bank confirmation is pending at the time of booking because of that reason ticket not booked. I tried to contact with phone pe customer care but not reachable. I need my money back please...

Iam a phone pe user. my friend told me that he sended the money. to my friend via phone pe application and sended me screenshot. for confirmation
but my friend didt received the money or any text messages.

UPi fraud happen and INR 355555 amount auto debit from bank account

Spammers take control of phone and auto debit amount via UPi phonepay on differnt bank account of spammers.i complaint to phonepay but they had told please claim to bank...

Amount got debited, but neither it got reflected in the payment history nor did it get refund.

I was placing an order on amazon on 27th of February, 2022. On making the payment with phone pay, the money got debited from the account, but the order payment got failed. The phonepe history is also not showing any transaction history of the same payment. However, my bank transaction has been done.
It's been 2 days now, and I've not received my refund yet.

Unable to remove auto-pay

Everytime I try to remove auto-pay the app throws an error. Every month money is getting deducted. I am not able to unlink the account from the app as auto-pay is there for the account.
I want the auto-pay removed asap. I called customer care several times. And there is no response. Raised tickets also. No help is provided....

Refund related issue . Refund initiated from irctc but the amount is not yet reflected to bank account yet.

PhonePe account has been blocked

I am not able to use phonepay qccount with my number as it has been blocked. But I have the bank account linked with this numbe lr only so I want my phonepay accou t to be unblocked again. I request the authority to unblock my phonepay account linked with my phone number....

Recharge transaction issue

I had done recharge of 997 to my number through phonepe amount is debited from my account and it is showing successful in phonepe but the plan is not activated to my number BSNL customer service is telling that there is no recharge is not done on that day to my number the reference id is not belong to BSNL SERVICES here iam attaching the files please do the favour....

Money transfer amount not safe at phone pe

I transferred money to phone pe wallet. For wrongly credited money to satish kumar account. For wrong credited reason I raised Tickets but not resolved. Response also not good and not refused I have transferred 5750/-...

Amount deducted via scanner

I was paid through scanner rs 760 but not recived merchant and also not returned to me more than week ago they given 5 days but it is more than a week no response from their coustmer care no option for further step also it is a very poor app i think just to see official app of amount stuck over their no response...
