I have made a transaction of 15000 from phonepe. The amount has been deducted from my bank account but the amount is not credited to the beneficiary account. I am really worried as the transaction is showing successful but money has not been credited to the beneficiary account.

    I made the electricity bill through phonepe application. Amount got debited from my account but payment is still pending since 4 days. Due to late payment i have paid directly with penalty all because o[censored]seless phonepe application.
    It is very hard to reach phonepe customer care, worst service too. Please be addressed asap also raised the complaint in phonepe but no use of it.

      I had booked tickets on book my show app on 28 sept, and used the phone pe payment gateway. There was offer running on phone pe wallet "50 % cashback upto 100 on min transaction of 100", i did the transaction of total 361/-. The offer validity was till 30th sept, so all conditions are satisfied to get the cashback. I had raised ticket with phone pe #72056336, but the support executive not responding to my issue.

        Complete waste of time app. Phone pe is cheating people they are accepting money on their wallet account without kyc updation.. But you can't transfer ur money from their wallet reason given is kyc not completed. When u ask them how to complete it, they will tell you government has stopped kyc process till when no idea... Cheating people totally unprofessional... I have deposited 6000 in my wallet as there ws some issue with the netbanking... I thought might get it done faster... But nothing i blocked my money with phone pe
        No response poor customer service
        Highly unprofessional.

          On 30th september i transferred rs 415 by scanning a qr code to the shop at bengaluru. Amount debited from my account and still not credited to the receiver. The transaction id is p1909302044005122760859 and the utr no. Is[protected].
          I had raised complain through phone pay customer service and their reply is that as per their records amount is credited to receiver. Pls guide me what to do.

            Transferred 20000 using phonepe transaction successful but receiver didn't received amount.

            Date of transaction: 02/10/2019 11:00am.
            In phonepe app it shows transaction is successful. 20k is debited from my icici account.
            But no amount is credited to reciever account upto now. Is it because of govt holiday let me know im worried now.

            Please resolve this issue asap

              I installed phone pe app in my phone. A bouges sbi account no. Automatic add in my app. Transaction of rs100/-made by me on 12 sep 2019 by mistake in this forcefully added account after that i raise a ticket in this connection on consumers support but app gave negative response and reply to me that i take-up this matter with my bank through charge back form when i send a request to sbi contact centre they send reply please contact phone pe app. It means phonepe app doing a forgery with me.

                  Yesterday I did transaction of rs 9000 from standard chartered account [protected] via phone pay, amount has been debited from my account however receiver has not received the credit in his account . i have been calling standard chareted and phone pe many times however no satisfactory resolution is not given yet. request you to please resolve this issue .

                    Dear sir i have made a payment of rs. 4585/- for payment of amex credit card through phonepe on 28 sep 2019, but payments status is still "sending payment request" i called to phonepe customer care on 28 sep then they told me that your problem will be resolved within 24 hrs after passing 24 hrs, they told to wait upto end of 01 oct and again after passing 01 oct they are asking to wait for 03 oct end by saying that amex has not confirm the payment request while by calling to amex they are saying that they are not having any pending request it's a problem from phonepe side and today is last due date, after today i will charged with a penalty by amex. After making a payment before due date also i will have to pay penalty and that are not giving a satisfactory reply. Please contact to both the parties and resolve my proem so that i will not be like for paying a penalty

                      Dear phone pay team,

                      It's very bad ☹️😞😞 really i transferred money yesterday 13000 via phone pay. Amount deducted my bank but not credited beneficial account and show on phone pay amount will be refund next 24 hrs or one day but still pending why?? Why?? And same happen today also i transferred 4000 this is also undergone pending and amount deducted my account but not credited beneficial.
                      Totally 13000+4000 =17000
                      When i send mail and call. Then customer servic executive mr rajesh told me that he can't check my history and amount will be refunded 3 to 5 days why why why you people can't understand my situation whyyyy it's not your money it's my money for your information my family member hospitalised and u people told me 3to5 days. God pls help me it's my medicine amount ohkkk it's very bad ☹️😞😞 experience. Mr rajesh told me that he also helpless and this is happening regularly most of the people.
                      My question for phone pay cmd i[censored] r not understood and not manage then why r u coming here. Pls manage your team and don't make fool the people

                      I request for u pls refund my amount as soon as pls 🙏🙏🙏🙏 understand my situation

                        Today while transactioning Rs 5000 for one person it was intially said that transaction pending.so, I have tried for so many times then finally said that transaction of 5000 Rs is sucessfully completed but when i checked my balance in account i 10000 debited. I am not understanding that for whom that another 5000 is credited. Please find following attachments.

                          I had made a payment of rs.44973 for my hdfc credit card on 30th of september, the amount got debited from my bank account but not credited to the credit card account. I have been calling the customer service regarding the same issue but they don't give proper response. I had been charged late payment fee for not paying my credit card bill on time & i still don't know where the money is. I'm done calling u people to sought out my issue regarding the same. Give a proper response at the earliest...

                            Money debited, but transaction is still in pending state. Receiver did not get the money. I dont know where its stuck, my money has deducted and i dont know where it is now... Its not with me and not with the receiver. Its not the small amount but 10000, which is huge for me.

As i called customer care they said u will get in 2 days but still i didn't get money from near about 17 days. When will i get money? Really frustrated about this app and ur customer care is not receiving call if they receive they said that it's your bank problem really and not receiving but call charges are u took you phone pay people are deceving us....

                                I have nearly 8000 rupees in my phonepe wallet but i am not able to withdraw that amount to my bank account as it keeps asking for full kyc and when i click that yeah i want to do so it keeps saying temporarily unavailable but its been more than a year and i am not getting it back at any costs so kindly fix this bug as its a large amount of money and then i am not able to use that money too.

                                A person called from this number [protected], and claim that I got RS 1985 reward and to avail he was instructing me to open the app.I denied and told him I will check myself at this he misbehaved with me with losse talk.

                                  On 18th sept 2019, i payed the some bills through phonepe unfortunately the payment was cancelled but amount was debited and so i raised the complaint to phonepe regards this issue and they initated the process for refund. Btw i did the payment through debit card so they said that waited for 7-9 days for refund. Yet i dint any refund already 12 days went. I need the solution. Its applicable for both tickets which i have done on 18th sept 2019.

                                      I tried recharging my jio no. Via phonepe on 28th august, 2019 at 10.10 p. M, but the recharge didn't happen. Phonepe deducted the amount and displayed transaction successful. So i called jio customer care, but they informed me that phonepe hadn't deposited the amount in their account. I reached out to phonepe customer care, but they are continuously asking for more days l, and today it's over a month with no refund
