Amount was debited from sbi account but not credited in reciver side but in phonepe app it shown amount credited succefully but still amount not credited 8000 rupees i already clarify with both bank but they side ask with phonepe app because it is third party app. But when asking to phonepe they tell me to check with bank. Kindly take steps to credit the amount ticket id: 71263628

    Made a payment of rs.12270.68 to max life insurance policy no.[protected] through phonepe on[protected]. It has been showing successful under transaction id - n1909161748082323864499, but it is not reflecting in the max account against my policy and i am not able to get premium payment receipt. Due date of payment to max life insurance is[protected]. Since, already elapsed 10 days time, it is requested to send proof of my payment immediately.

      On 19/09/2019 i have transferred rs.5000/- to my axis bank a/c, kottayam from my syndicate bank account and it shows transaction successful. But till now not credited to the receiver account. Contacted customer support of phone pe and raised ticket no 71348120. Which is not yet resolved.. Transaction no p1909221119488846267353. But issue is till pending. Kindly look into the issue

        I paid my 2 gas bills via phone pe and it showed payment successful. When i contacted igl (Gas provider) they said payment not received. It has been more that 10 days and no resolution has been given yet. I again contacted phonepe but phonepe hasn't showed any concern and not telling me where my money is?
        1st payment of rs 488/-
        (N1909121037283703579231)
        2nd payment of rs 627.17/- (N1909121057286712407379)
        Both on 12 september 2109.
        I have contacted phonepe via support but my problem hasn't been resolved yet.
        Further who wll be responsible for late fee due to non payment of bills of gas??

        Complaint : I paid my axis bank credit card bill via phonepe on 13 sep 2019 well before due date. Due date for the bill was 16 September 2019. Phonepe confirmed me that payment is successful and amount was deducted from my account. After raising queries again and again about the payment of bill, phonepe mailed me that payment was successful and bill has been paid till 18 September 2019. But on 20 September 2019 phonepe send a message that the transaction has failed. It took 8 day to declare that transaction as failed. Because of this delay and neglegency from phonepe axis bank levied a fine of rs 261.74/-. I called bank as well they said we haven't received any payment till den. However i made fresh payment of my bill on 20 September 2019. But i was late as due date was 16 September 2019. I raised this issue in phonepe app. But they are not responding to it, Everytime they are just close my issue by stating it as resolved. My point is that phonepe should bear the late fee levied on me. Because it is due to delay by phonepe. It took 8 days by phonepe to declare that transaction as failed. And till 19 September 2019 phonepe was declaring the payment as successful. Please do needful at your end Regards Nitin gautam [protected]

        The transaction is pending, the amount debited and donot credited in beneficiary account, 3 working days has been passed already but the status doesnot updated yet.when I called the customer they told that the status will update with in 7 days.plz help me.kindly help me sir and return my money.
        I am unable cancel train ticket booked through phonepe app.

        On 13th September I did a transaction but the money is still not credited to the merchant. Even after multiple follow ups the issue is not resolved.. customer care is not helping
        Not have not received my cashback and I have also given complaint against it but they are not responding for it from since 12 hours
        Amount has been deducted from my bank account and transaction got failed. And I've not received the deducted amount yet. I've faced such type of issue twice. And I've also not got my deducted amount previously.
        Kindly help me regarding the aforementioned problem.

          My transaction of rs. 2500 was done on 20th september using phonepe and the status of the transaction is still pending and the amount has been immediately debited from my sbi account and has not been credited to the receiver's allahabad bank account.

Sir, on 17th july i transferred 6, 000 rupess to one of my freind in phonepe app sir person name (Mitra) i complained more than 15 times in bank and to phonepe more than 30 times and charge backed also.. No response please solve or else i'll file a charge sheet and will go legally in court sorry worst app to use sir. We are middle class family 6k is very big amount for us please im begging you please resolve this issue my mother was unhealthy we need urgent money please understand sir please we are begging you sir.

                Transaction failed from phonepe of amount 200 but money debited from my account. Also a message is also received from my bank. And the receiver also did't got the money. Many tickets are raised but none of them solved by phonepe. Two screenshots are attached kindly have a look. Bank is saying ask phonepe and phonepe are saying ask bank. I am in a middle of it. What should i do, whom should i complaint to the bank or phonepe. Please solve my problem.

                    I paid money to my friend and those money are debited from my bank and not crediting to my friend bank. I've already sent a message to customer care and raised a ticket. It's been more than 10 days they are not responding. Why are the customer care not responding and why is the money isn't credited to my account back if the payment was unable to complete in 3 days span

                      16 september 2019. Didint replying my message. Customer service is very poor. They didnt giving respond to my messages. I need my money back or either want my google play code. Its not first time iam experiencing like this. Its second time doing this to me.

                        I was expecting a refund of payment of 2516.64 from phonepe but it is not received into my account but phonepe support just replies with giving an arn number and my bank customer care is not confirming any kind of such arn number and due to this my money is stuck between i did not received the payment into the account and for your reference i am attaching phonepe's message screenshot.

                          I made a transaction to my friend number on phonepe of rs.50 on 14th (Midnight) i. E on saturday. It shows that my transaction is failed but the money is debited and there is no message from the bank regarding about the debited amount. Its been a long time (More than a week) and there is no information about it. Please kindly provide any information about it as soon as possible!!!

                            On 7th august, 2019 i have made a transaction to flipkart via phonpe linked debit card of allahabad bank. For returning the product flipkart send me a refund amount of 1329. Phonpe show me that they send the amount to my allahabad bank debit card on 10th august (Arn - 74056639223922268466801). Amount is till not credited to my bank account. I have raised a complain to bank but bank said that no transaction is found

                                Three days back i made a transaction from icici account to boi account.. Amount got debited but not credited to the account.. Earlier status was pending.. Now status is being displayed as successful.. But amount not credited to the account. Ticket i'd 71043501. Kindly do the needful as early as possible.. Kindly revert back with a solution.                                       They mention that with 72 hour ill get back money in my account but more than hours passed not got an update

                                        I transfer 50000 to my husband through phonepe app, due to urgency on 16th sept'19 by my indian bank account to state bank of india. The transaction went pending and after complaining, they ask for 3 days to update the status, which does not happened. Now i again complained after 3 days, they are asking to update till 26th sept'19. I am very much pissed off. They are saying that the problem is with sbi bank. They are not updating the final status. Please resolve as soon as possible.
