Yesterday i have transferred rs.7000/- to axis bank a/c, hospet transaction also successful. But till not credited to the receiver account. Contacted customer support of phone pe and raised ticket no 71270961. But today i checked the ticket status it was resolved.. Transaction no p[protected]. But issue is till pending. Kindly look into the issue

16/09/2019Saturday evening 7:30pm not exat time 6100 rupees I send my money to my friend amount is deducted my account but they showing transaction failed. Still not refunded amount 4days ago. Kindly update this status

    Transaction failed from phonepe of amount 200 but money debited from my account. Also a message is also received from my bank. And the receiver also did't got the money. Many tickets are raised but none of them solved by phonepe. Two screenshots are attached kindly have a look. Bank is saying ask phonepe and phonepe are saying ask bank. I am in a middle of it. What should i do, whom should i complaint to the bank or phonepe. Please solve my problem.

    I was make a payment through Phonepe app on 14.09.2019 to AMZN[protected]@apl amounting to Rs. 407/- with transaction ID P1909141200130170369821 but the payment not received by the said user and not get back in my account. in this regard i contact to phonepe app but matter not resolve by them

      I have transferred rs 500 to the sender on 11.09.19 and still today on 23.09.19 money have not received by sender. From past 1 week phone pe os extending the time. Now already 11 days over but still no action taken which creates a frustrating and discrepancy from phone. Pe. This kind of help fallen me to untrustworthy on phone pe. Kindly help.

      Transaction failed message while sending money to my contacts frequently.

        I paid money to my friend and those money are debited from my bank and not crediting to my friend bank. I've already sent a message to customer care and raised a ticket. It's been more than 10 days they are not responding. Why are the customer care not responding and why is the money isn't credited to my account back if the payment was unable to complete in 3 days span

          I purchased google play code for 100 rupees money debited at that moment and code is not recived yet. Its about 6 days. 1 purchased on
          16 september 2019. Didint replying my message. Customer service is very poor. They didnt giving respond to my messages. I need my money back or either want my google play code. Its not first time iam experiencing like this. Its second time doing this to me.

            I was expecting a refund of payment of 2516.64 from phonepe but it is not received into my account but phonepe support just replies with giving an arn number and my bank customer care is not confirming any kind of such arn number and due to this my money is stuck between i did not received the payment into the account and for your reference i am attaching phonepe's message screenshot.

              I made a transaction to my friend number on phonepe of rs.50 on 14th (Midnight) i. E on saturday. It shows that my transaction is failed but the money is debited and there is no message from the bank regarding about the debited amount. Its been a long time (More than a week) and there is no information about it. Please kindly provide any information about it as soon as possible!!!

                On 7th august, 2019 i have made a transaction to flipkart via phonpe linked debit card of allahabad bank. For returning the product flipkart send me a refund amount of 1329. Phonpe show me that they send the amount to my allahabad bank debit card on 10th august (Arn - 74056639223922268466801). Amount is till not credited to my bank account. I have raised a complain to bank but bank said that no transaction is found

                    Three days back i made a transaction from icici account to boi account.. Amount got debited but not credited to the account.. Earlier status was pending.. Now status is being displayed as successful.. But amount not credited to the account. Ticket i'd 71043501. Kindly do the needful as early as possible.. Kindly revert back with a solution.                             I transfer 50000 to my husband through phonepe app, due to urgency on 16th sept'19 by my indian bank account to state bank of india. The transaction went pending and after complaining, they ask for 3 days to update the status, which does not happened. Now i again complained after 3 days, they are asking to update till 26th sept'19. I am very much pissed off. They are saying that the problem is with sbi bank. They are not updating the final status. Please resolve as soon as possible.

                              ... Very very poor customer support executives no response to the customers... It is 5days now i have raised an issue with ticket id[protected] they told to wait for 3days.. After that if transaction fails amount will get credited back. But now more than 3days over.. Amount didn't get back. Registered mobile number is [protected] i lost an amount of 4764/-.. Amount was deducted while transfer but not even credited to the recepient..4days over now. No response from the support executive

I was fraded by some unknown persons claiming to be SBI official he gave my complete details to me itself over phone. he said that my card has been blocked. On the other hand I didn't use the newly received credit card so I thought he is helping me. He said as you didn't use your card your fund has been deducted now I will retransfer it shortly
                                  Without knowing his intention I gave my otp. And AMT approximately 18000 debited in two spells through transaction done by phonepe Pvt LTD. Then he didn't attend my call. Please do the needful.

                                    I am Md. Sonu Ansari with Punjab National Bank account number [protected] at Daud Nagar branch, Bihar.
                                    I want to register a complaint as i did a transaction of rs. 20000/- from my bank of Punjab National account to my state bank of india account ([protected]) through phonepe on 15th September 2019 (Transaction id - P1909152012382473182148. [protected].

                                    But that money neither credited to my bank of Punjab National account nor to the state bank of india account.

                                    I have already register a complaint at phonepe team. But they can't solve the matter and the matter is as it was before.

                                        Dear sir/madam,
                                        On 14 september 2019, i made a transaction of rs 25, 500 but it failed.
                                        So i continued to resend it. I tried resending it 5 times because it only kept showing failed.

                                        My transaction ids are as follows

                                        I finally checked my balance and to my horror found that the money rs 25, 500 was already debited but all the transactions showed failed.
                                        The next day i called phonepe customer helplines but they replied that i should enquire with me bank. I called my bank and they too replied that since phonepe is a third party application they're not responsible for that.
                                        No i'm stuck between the two blaming each other.
                                        It's already the fourth day today.
                                        What am i even supposed to do now?
                                        It includes my tuition fees and i'm in a big dilemma since it's running late now.
                                        Kindly help me get back my money fast.
