I had done a transaction to self of rs 2, 000 on sep 16, 2019 using phonpe app but it failed due to sbi server issue and the amount of rs 2, 000 had been debited (Not transferred to other account and not refunded back). When i raised a ticket for that transaction they said contact to bank if not refunded back within 1 working day. Today, i called on sbi customer care, they said "i need to contact to phonepe for the same". So, i called on phonepe customer care, they told me to raise a ticket in phonepe app for that transaction what i had done already.

Complaint marked as Resolved They just checked in their database and 3rd party integrations and came up with the solution, the next day.
PhonePe customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Ticket didn't book but my money deducted from phonepe.
However I booked ticket on my 3rd attempt.
But money still didn't return in my phonepay of first failed attempt.
