... Very very poor customer support executives no response to the customers... It is 5days now i have raised an issue with ticket id[protected] they told to wait for 3days.. After that if transaction fails amount will get credited back. But now more than 3days over.. Amount didn't get back. Registered mobile number is [protected] i lost an amount of 4764/-.. Amount was deducted while transfer but not even credited to the recepient..4days over now. No response from the support executive

    My transaction of rs 20000 was processed 17 aug 2019 using my phonepe and the status of transaction is still processing and the amount has been immeditely debited from my sbi a/c and has not credited to the reciver a/c boi

      Dear sir. I was fraded by some unknown persons claiming to be SBI official he gave my complete details to me itself over phone. he said that my card has been blocked. On the other hand I didn't use the newly received credit card so I thought he is helping me. He said as you didn't use your card your fund has been deducted now I will retransfer it shortly
      Without knowing his intention I gave my otp. And AMT approximately 18000 debited in two spells through transaction done by phonepe Pvt LTD. Then he didn't attend my call. Please do the needful.

        Hello sir,
        I am Md. Sonu Ansari with Punjab National Bank account number [protected] at Daud Nagar branch, Bihar.
        I want to register a complaint as i did a transaction of rs. 20000/- from my bank of Punjab National account to my state bank of india account ([protected]) through phonepe on 15th September 2019 (Transaction id - P1909152012382473182148. [protected].

        But that money neither credited to my bank of Punjab National account nor to the state bank of india account.

        I have already register a complaint at phonepe team. But they can't solve the matter and the matter is as it was before.

            Dear sir/madam,
            On 14 september 2019, i made a transaction of rs 25, 500 but it failed.
            So i continued to resend it. I tried resending it 5 times because it only kept showing failed.

            My transaction ids are as follows

            I finally checked my balance and to my horror found that the money rs 25, 500 was already debited but all the transactions showed failed.
            The next day i called phonepe customer helplines but they replied that i should enquire with me bank. I called my bank and they too replied that since phonepe is a third party application they're not responsible for that.
            No i'm stuck between the two blaming each other.
            It's already the fourth day today.
            What am i even supposed to do now?
            It includes my tuition fees and i'm in a big dilemma since it's running late now.
            Kindly help me get back my money fast.

              I transfered rs.1000 from my uco bank s
              B. Account to icici bank by phone pe in evening today u. T. R. Of this transaction is[protected] & transaction id is p1909181819219650176838. Rs.1000 deducted from uco bank account, but not credited in icici bank account. I am feeling mental disturbance. Please help me to get back rs 1000 in my account.

                I have done a transaction in phonepe from syndicate bank to state bank of India of RS 50000 and then again for RS 43000, the receiver's phonepe shows the amount is received but when we checked the bank account the amount is not credited . I have the notification of the amount getting debited, the receiver has received the notification of the amount being credited but bank account says the bank balance is same( no sign of 50000 or 43000). Then the sole member I can blame is phonepe. It's been 17days I have no idea where my money is! Phonepe you cheat!!!

                  I have heard good things about this app and i really trust this app and i have done many transactions by phone pay app and my all family and relatives use this app but from last 2 days i m really upset as my money are not getting transferred and getting deducted from bank account pls i beg to u pls see to it my 3 transaction are in pending the amount of each is 6000/-so total is 18000/-

                  However I booked ticket on my 3rd attempt.

                    On 16/09/19 I have a transaction of Rs 500/- on phone pe. That transaction failed but money has been debited from my account. After transaction phone pe customer support assured me that my bank will refund money within 1 working day. I have contacted with my bank. I heard that I have to make a complaint against phone pe as transaction was made through UPI. I also called phone pe customer service representative several times but they didn't receive my call.

                      wallet full kyc issue

                      I have added 1000 rupees in wallet, but unable to withdraw to my account by showing full KYC not verified. But there is no option for verifying the full KYC, even I raised the ticket but they replied like to wait for full KYC Option. I need it on emergency. Please help me to get transfer within today. It's emergency amount. Hope you understand.

                      I bought gold on 17th September worth 12000 rs. From my phonepe wallet. But when i am trying to sell it is displaying gold sale failed. For security reasons we have declined the transaction, please try after 72 hours. I am in need of the money and not able to access it. I have tried writing to phonepe customer care support but have not heard anything yet.

                        I got a call from a person declaring.. You got a cash back from phone pe of rs.1750... Check your notification... It will be transferred to your bank account
                        I got notification on phonepe, he advised to enter pin and click on ok.
                        I followed the same (Which was my mistake) and the amount got debited from my account.
                        He again called me, saying yes it got debited but will come back with double amount. Now you do another transaction using the notification which will be sent now of rs.3500... Then i realized it's a fraudulent transaction/call.
                        I scolded the person and asked him to return back my money.. But he kept repeating the same thing.. You do another transaction and the total money will come back with double amount and finally kept the phone down.

                          Sir, on 16/09/2019 I made a transaction of Rs. 500 from my phone pe account. Money has been debited from my account but transaction has been failed. I have not got money back till now though phone pe is assuring me that my bank will credit money within 1 day. I called my bank customer service they told me to contact phone pe customer care executive. I tried several times to contact customer service representative of phone pe but they are not receiving my call.

                            4 days ago i have did transaction amount of 5000rs via phone pe from state bank to bank of baroda account
                            The amount is debited from my account but not credit in other account. I have complained in phone pe also but i am not getting any response

                            They mention that with 72 hour ill get back money in my account but more than 96 hours passed not got an update
                            If this is digital india than how can we trust on it

                            phone is totally fraud company and govt helps this to in to cheat

                              I am writing this mail on behalf of my mother who has faced problem using phone pe.

                                I had done a transaction to self of rs 2, 000 on sep 16, 2019 using phonpe app but it failed due to sbi server issue and the amount of rs 2, 000 had been debited (Not transferred to other account and not refunded back). When i raised a ticket for that transaction they said contact to bank if not refunded back within 1 working day. Today, i called on sbi customer care, they said "i need to contact to phonepe for the same". So, i called on phonepe customer care, they told me to raise a ticket in phonepe app for that transaction what i had done already.

                                  Hello i done the transaction 9000 amount on 16th september 2019 my amount is debited in my account and status is showing transaction failed please refund my amount transaction id p1909161412506142110867, already 2 days completed till now problem is not resolved.                                       I had made a money transfer of amount 7000 rs on 14th september 2019. The money got deducted from my account instantly but the transaction was still in pending status. The customer support of phonepe gave me a resolution time of 72 hours but even after that, the transaction status is still in pending status. It was a very urgent transfer for me please.
