Dear sir, i am take a three transaction of electricity bill (Dhbvnl) at 13/05/2019 we have transaction no. Prcr/[protected]/[protected]/phone pay, prcr/[protected]/[protected]/phone pay & prcr/[protected]/[protected]/phone pay.in these above mention transaction only one transaction (Rs 7657/-) successful and other two transaction (Rs 7657/- +7657/-) is not successful so some technical reason. Again that un successful transaction amount is not credit to my a/c up to today.in this matter i am already discuss with bank (United bank of india) but he said that the payment will be debit to your and credit to dhbvnl & other side dhbvnl said to the payment is not credit to our a/c. And again i am discuss with phone pay customer care executive he said that i am able to resolve your problem. So, i request to you please resolve this matter & please refund my both payment.

      Money deducted and transtion fail but still not refunded
      I have complaint for not having refund of failed transaction rs 30000. On 31 july 2019. Time - 1:35 (Debited from my bank account sbi - [protected] but not refund in my bank account) due too some technical issue
      I have already raised the complaint through mobile app, but resolution and refund yet not processed so please refer below mentioned details and refund the amount as early as possible.

      On 2nd of August 2019, I transfered an amount of 16000 INR from HDFC bank to Kerala Gramin bank . Phonepe app says transaction is successful however, amount is not yet credited.
      I tried calling Phonepe Customer care, they're not responding properly.

        Dear Sir,

        We would like to inform you that I have purchased a product Order ID - OD[protected]
        Honor 9N (Sapphire Blue, 32 GB) on dated 19 August 2019.
        Against this order I make payment Rs. 7999/-(Rs.22 phonepe wallet and Rs. 7977/- SBI a/c) through phonepe by accepting payments request from Flipkart plateform on dated 20 August 2019. Said amount deducted from my account by Transection ID
        C1908201346365407516375 seller not credit.
        Regarding this I had inform both Flipkart and phonepe by E-mail or voice calls.
        Flipkart suggest me that due to technical issue payment failed and ask to phonepe for refund and product will be delivered as Cash on delivery, so I have paid cash Rs. 7999/- during the delivery on 21 August 2019.

        So you are requested to please look into the matter and do the needful as soon as possible. Due to this my budget distrub.

        What is current status.?
        Hello team,
        I have done transaction of transferring money to Chief minister relief funds natural calamity Karnataka on 10th of August and transaction Id is P1908101943198743492622 . And status is still pending . Please resolve this issue soon by contacting target bank and confirm if money transfer is success or failure .

          I have an issue with transaction id no n1907121739425282235905, dt. 12/07/2019 at 5:39 pm of rs 8999 to the client (Ajmer vidyut vitran nigam ltd.)
          As electricity bill payment made to the client from my kotak bank account via utr[protected] wasn't accepted by the client as the same decline on 25/07/2019.
          I contact with the client for this as they are saying that this issue is reported to npci. Also, this amount yet not credited in my bank account, so please resolve this as soon as possible. The phonepe representatives are not cooperating with me.

            I made electricity bill payment of 1250 via phonepe on 24/aug but due to technical issue amt get deducted and payment request went into unsuccessful. Informed support team and ask me to give 24 hours. Now its been more than 24 hours no resolution from phonepe and also raised ticket has been closed without solution. Case escalated to higher team and given me tat of 3 days. My due date is 27th aug and i cant bear late charges. Please look into this.

              I sent money to my wife's hdfc bank account through phone pe using her mobile number registered with hdfc bank account. But money credited in another person's account whose account has also the same mobile number. Phone pe is saying they can't help, ask the hdfc bank. And bank says it is phone pe's fault.                 Still no any reply come from Phonepay to me and other side, when i contacting to my SBI home branch for about this matter, they are saying, we are not responsible for this and can not any help also .So sir kindly look in this matter.
                Money received from my friend to bank my bank showing successful, but money not credited to my bank account but when i tranferred money is debited but not crediting to my bank

You confirmed me through sms that if deducted, it would be refunded within 7 - 9 working days. But till date there is no amount has been credited in my bank account though my bank (Sbi) debited rs.1045.00 (I. E. Rs.1120.00 - rs.75.00 (Wallet balance) on time. You are requested to look into the matter and take appropriate steps so that the refund may be made immediately.

                          Phone pe has registered an account with the number [protected]. The phone number is being used by some other user account is some other person. I transferred rs 532 to my friend who never got the money, neither the money was refunded to me.
                          Plenty of calls they always gave no solution kept calls on hole and said contact bank. Bank has already said its phone pe who is responsibility.
                          I have never received such a bad service.

                          As per above sub, I book tikt from ned to pune of 21/8/2019, train no 17614, of PNR no. [protected], the train is cancelled by railway department, when I get my refund, whether refund credit in phone pe wallet or in my bank account
                          On 31st July 2019, an amount of Rs.19500 has been sent from a phonepe account [protected] bearing the utr[protected] and transaction ID P1907311340254918943786 has not been credited to my phone pe [protected]. Have visited bank branch too but rejected to contact phone pe as its not their transaction.

                            I have already word with today your agent from my alternative number [protected] and he did not try to talked with with his team leader why don't know??? and day after before also word with executive support but they are not gave any such information, however I've facing lots of issued. What should i do?????????

                            Also he saying there are no senior are available, right now, please call back tomorrow.What is this, this is right way to talked with valuable customer????????

                            I'm still having the concern and the solution which we have proposed is not at all best possible solution from your end. Looking for your response on this, please. Help me with some sort of assistance in reducing cost at least as i cannot wait longer. I have been communicating the same thing to you from the day one that the product is not tempered by anyone. It is a product quality issue. I have been even informed that there will be another engineer coming for the inspection but this has still not done.

                            I'm happy to escalate it. Can you help with the concern team contact details at least? I'm not getting any proper response from your team.. There are so much of ambiguity in conversation. As stated earlier i have never faced any issues with my other Phonepe product. You should be understanding my concern and should be helping me instead of sending the same emails all the time. I'm fade up with the same response all time. What is the best possible solution according to Phonepe management. Can you please share that in email. Please do not add any unnecessary statements in it as i know you do not value your customer. I just don't want to talk about Phonepe anymore.

                            About the fraudulent works done by total Phonepe team. Please escalated
                            This matter to senior person as well as audit this call from the internal
                            And external quality department and waiting for your resolution.

                            Totally unsatisfied with the service. I should say these organizations are
                            Charging money on a regular basis for not giving any facility, they are not
                            Cooperative. The charges for every damn thing and they are cheating the
                            Employees, organizations because they don"t think about the customer and
                            They, are only worried about their quarterly profit.*

                            Where is the proof that my case has been escalated? I am really struggling

                            Continuously don't give any damn to my request. And from the very
                            Beginning, i am telling you that you guys are pathetic and *highly
                            Unprofessional Phonepe service team*. I am trying to find my way to

                                  I purchased some product on flipkart and payment was through phone pe.. And i cancelled order.. And i didn't get my refund.. I contacted flipkart,, they said to contact phone pe.. I called them may be more than 7 times to refund my money. They sent me a message about refund
                                  .. But refund actually didn't take place.. Now it is three months.. I have not gotten my refund yet.. We are poor indian,, we give value for money even if it is a small amount... I wonder if phone pe decieved one crore people in india,, they already make plenty of large amounts of crores

                                    I PAID 675.49 RS TO BOOK TICKET TO IRCTC BY PHONE PE BHIM UPI BUT PAYMENT IS DEBITED TO MY ACCOUNT BUT TICKET IS NOT BOOKED TXN ID ICIee021db9f64d07a619be2940fdb3d6 and UTR no[protected] pls reverse this money as soon as in my bank bcoz irctc said this when we complain on irctc then they say Please note that [protected]was a settlement-failed transaction for which no amount was debited towards IRCTC. That is we did not receive any payment authorization from your bankers to book the ticket.mobile no is [protected] name ritu tiwari

                                      Hi,

                                      I received money on phonepe on 1st august 2019 but it was credited to my linked bank account on 3rd august 2019.
                                      This delay caused some emi's ecs default to me.

                                      Please help to look into this matter.

                                        My friend sent me 3000 rupees using phone pe to my bank account.
                                        He sent on 13 th august, and app states that transaction in pending,
                                        However after 3 days, it mentions like transaction is successful...

                                        But i didn't got my money. His phone pe

                                        I asked him for urgency but not received anything. Pls resolve this issue. I think phone pe is cheaters... Pls solve this. I called 4 times. He called twice. But no solution.. Today is 5 th day.
                                        PhonePe customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        Phone pay mobile number is linked with other person. Who has credited my money.
                                        Same phone number is associated with 2 different person.

                                        He has credited 9490 Rs. Please take action regarding this as soon as possible and revert back.
