I sent money to my wife's hdfc bank account through phone pe using her mobile number registered with hdfc bank account. But money credited in another person's account whose account has also the same mobile number. Phone pe is saying they can't help, ask the hdfc bank. And bank says it is phone pe's fault. Please help me in getting my money back. Thanks.

Sir, I have transacted the amount 10000 +10000 through my VIJAYA bank account to my own KOTAK MAHINDRA ACCOUNT, the amount has been deducted from the previous account but it has not been Credited in my KOTAK bank account so please help me in tgis regard its urgent for me.

    I prasanta bhoi have done money transfered of rs.3000/- through phonepay from my sbi a/c -[protected], ifsc-sbin0013619 on dt.08.08.2019 at 04.53 p. M. Massage shown in the time of transaction is transaction failed with transaction id of phonepay is p1908081653153828065494. But the amount rs.3000/-debited from account with in second (Debited utr-9
    [protected]). So kindly help me to get my money back.

    Still no any reply come from Phonepay to me and other side, when i contacting to my SBI home branch for about this matter, they are saying, we are not responsible for this and can not any help also .So sir kindly look in this matter.
    Money received from my friend to bank my bank showing successful, but money not credited to my bank account but when i tranferred money is debited but not crediting to my bank

      On 10th august, 2019 at 11.42 a. M. Payment of rs.1120.00 for cesc kolkata electricity bill ([protected]) via phonepe (Txn id: n1908101135052719992315) had failed. You confirmed me through sms that if deducted, it would be refunded within 7 - 9 working days. But till date there is no amount has been credited in my bank account though my bank (Sbi) debited rs.1045.00 (I. E. Rs.1120.00 - rs.75.00 (Wallet balance) on time. You are requested to look into the matter and take appropriate steps so that the refund may be made immediately.

        I had transfer 15000/- on 30-jul-2019through phone pe to my brother account my transaction is successful amount is been deducted from my sbi account but it is not credited to my brother account.

Please resolve the issue.

            I've made a transaction through phone pe on 10th july 2019, amount of rs 944 has been deducted from my account but the beneficiary hasn't received the amount yet, so he is denying to do the service, when i contacted the bank officials, they are saying that as the transaction is successful, we couldn't raise a charge back so please contact your merchant.

              Phone pe has registered an account with the number [protected]. The phone number is being used by some other user account is some other person. I transferred rs 532 to my friend who never got the money, neither the money was refunded to me.
              Plenty of calls they always gave no solution kept calls on hole and said contact bank. Bank has already said its phone pe who is responsibility.
              I have never received such a bad service.

                I have already word with today your agent from my alternative number [protected] and he did not try to talked with with his team leader why don't know??? and day after before also word with executive support but they are not gave any such information, however I've facing lots of issued. What should i do?????????

                Also he saying there are no senior are available, right now, please call back tomorrow.What is this, this is right way to talked with valuable customer????????

                I'm still having the concern and the solution which we have proposed is not at all best possible solution from your end. Looking for your response on this, please. Help me with some sort of assistance in reducing cost at least as i cannot wait longer. I have been communicating the same thing to you from the day one that the product is not tempered by anyone. It is a product quality issue. I have been even informed that there will be another engineer coming for the inspection but this has still not done.

                I'm happy to escalate it. Can you help with the concern team contact details at least? I'm not getting any proper response from your team.. There are so much of ambiguity in conversation. As stated earlier i have never faced any issues with my other Phonepe product. You should be understanding my concern and should be helping me instead of sending the same emails all the time. I'm fade up with the same response all time. What is the best possible solution according to Phonepe management. Can you please share that in email. Please do not add any unnecessary statements in it as i know you do not value your customer. I just don't want to talk about Phonepe anymore.

                About the fraudulent works done by total Phonepe team. Please escalated
                This matter to senior person as well as audit this call from the internal
                And external quality department and waiting for your resolution.

                *it's a totally miss managed service that Phonepe is giving services also
                Totally unsatisfied with the service. I should say these organizations are
                Charging money on a regular basis for not giving any facility, they are not
                Cooperative. The charges for every damn thing and they are cheating the
                Employees, organizations because they don"t think about the customer and
                They, are only worried about their quarterly profit.*

                Where is the proof that my case has been escalated? I am really struggling
                Hard to write up decent words in my email. Because i just see that you guys
                Continuously don't give any damn to my request. And from the very
                Beginning, i am telling you that you guys are pathetic and *highly
                Unprofessional Phonepe service team*. I am trying to find my way to
                Complain about you in public forum nothing more else.

                2. Lack of service even after getting 100% money from the customer.
                3. The customer was treated in an arrogant way by Phonepe executives.

                      I purchased some product on flipkart and payment was through phone pe.. And i cancelled order.. And i didn't get my refund.. I contacted flipkart,, they said to contact phone pe.. I called them may be more than 7 times to refund my money. They sent me a message about refund
                      .. But refund actually didn't take place.. Now it is three months.. I have not gotten my refund yet.. We are poor indian,, we give value for money even if it is a small amount... I wonder if phone pe decieved one crore people in india,, they already make plenty of large amounts of crores

                              My friend transferred a rs.158 amount of money from his one of the registered hdfc account no. On his phonepe app to my sbi account registered on my phonepe app and the amount is debited from my friend's account but i did not receive any amount.
                              I request the concerning authority to look into the matter and refund my amount as soon as possible and suggest some ways to not get caught up in such dilemma in future as it could be a bigger amount as well.

                                    On 14th august at 1.17pm i have made a transfer of rs 40000 via phone pe app from my hdfc bank account (A/c no: [protected]) to my father's ubi bank account (A/c no:[protected] due to his medical emergency. But till now that debited amount not credited into my father's bank account. I have also discussed this matter to both of the parties phone pe as well as the receiver bank i. E. Ubi.

                                    Now, they are not trying to solve this problem quickly instead of they are blaming each other. Phone pe guys saying it's the issue of the receiver bank and the receiver bank i. E. Ubi saying it's the issue of phone pe app.

                                    Now, this is a very difficult situation for me as i am not able to transfer that amount to my father's bank account as there is a medical emergency.

                                    Kindly solve this problem asap, either transfer that amount to the receiver bank or reimburse my money into my bank account.

                                    This is a medical emergency, kindly help me.

                                      The amount is debited, but not credited to receiver account.
                                      Phonepe support said within 3 working days they will fix.
                                      It's already 3 working days completed. Still the transaction is in pending. The amount not refunded nor credited to receiver account.
