Dear sir
I have used phonepe app one to two years and in fucher I have not used ur app and I suggest to my all frnds k not used this app.

Because this app is not proper work.. any time my transition is pending and and not work 48 hours...
Today's I m recharge my phone number My number has not been recharged so far and I needed a lot of recharges but now the customer officer on the phone says that Sir took 48 hours
and I can wait for 48 years.
PhonePe customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Today 31/3/2019 by 7.06PM i tried to transfer 700 Rs to my wife's Phone-pe, UPI Ref no.[protected]. My Phone-pe no.[protected], my wife's phone pe no. [protected]. Amount was deducted from my bank Acc. I got a text for deduction, but no transaction is seen in my Phone-pe, also amount was not transferred. Please look into this.
I have recharged my jio number it was not successful but paytm deducted to my account balance please refund my amount to my paytm wallet

    Yesterday afternoon i made payment to myself from hdfc to sbi and it is a big amount. Money got debited instantly and showed transaction successful message on phonepe but till now money has been not credited to my sbi account.
    Kindly help me, i am a student and i have to pay my fees for college as soon as possible.
    Looking forward for relevant and helpful response.

      On 25th march, 2019 my rs 45000 debited from my uco bank account [protected] through the upi phonepe but this amount has not been credited. But i have not got refund of my money yet. I have told this to branch bank uco bank jagun. But the stuff of the branch bank told they can't help me for this matter. I have complained it to phonepe but the customer service told me that i have complain to my branch bank. I suffered much harrasment for this matter. Please provide me the resolution.

        I have made a payment of rs. 4000/- on 9th march for credit card through phonepe upi method, the transaction was failure but the amount was debited from the bank account. Phonepe send a sms that amount will be refunded with in 3-7 working days. On 12th march i made a complaint in phonepe regarding this issue and raise a ticket. I spoke with the bank regarding this issue and bank has given the settlement copy that amount is debited from my account and successfully debited to the phonepe account. (Benname:phonepe, benadd:[protected]@ybl, bentype: vpa/accountno-ifsc, benaccountno. [protected], ben ifsc code :yesb0yblupi)

        But from phonepe customer support, they says that they have't received the money, so pls contact to the bank itself. I was very feedup in this issue. I have all mails from the bank, and i send to the phonepe customer support, and all recorded voice of phonepe customer support.

          Transaction is failed but till today i am not receiving refund.

          Pnonepe said that transaction is failed so please contact to your card provider bank then we were contacting bank.

          On 13th march 2019, indian overseas bank replied that your transaction is succesfully done please take up with phonepe for refund.

          Phonepe replied that, transaction is older than 60 days so phonepe will not be able to raise this concern with the bank/internal teams due to a timeframe restriction.

          Both indian overseas bank & phonpe was not took responsibility for the refund.

            My problems were informed to phonepe as below:

            "please note that in my visa credit card bill for february' 2019, phonepe pvt ltd, bengaluru has debited rs 1375 to my credit card account.
            But they have shown the transaction date as 13/09/2018!

            (1) first of all, how & why phonepe has debited any transaction to my account after 5 months!!

            (2) secondly, i have gone thru all my details of transactions done against phonepe and there were no such transactions on 13/09/2018 & all other transactions nearby that date are very clear & transparent.

            Pease clarify what is this charge debited to my credit card account by phonepe.
            Please find enclosed two credit card statement of myself.
            One is of sept 2018 & the other is of feb 2019.

            Please check both the credit card statement.

            In sept 2019 statement, there was a transaction dtd 12th sept of rs 1395. (Orange shade row)
            This was debited by phonepe to my visa card against a bill payment. The transaction id was n[protected].

            In the same statement, on 13/9/18, amount of rs 1375 was credited by phonepe to my visa card. This was a refund transaction from phonepe to visa against an offer. (Yellow shaded row)

            So this was clear & closed in september itself.

            Now suddenly in feb 2019 statement, i found that phonepe has debited the same amount rs 1375 again to visa & the transaction date is kept as same (13/9/18).
            Pls refer to the feb card statement (Yellow shaded row).

            Now my question is why & how phonepe can debit an amount again which has been already credited by them as a refund as per their offer?
            And that too, after 5 months??

            This is my query. I have furnished more details than what phepe have expected.
            They have not replied anything to me after that.
            Now phonepe need to clarify my query & arrange to reverse my amount debited immediately."

            This is to further update that till today, absolutely nothing has been done to resolve my above complaint. The situation is same as earlier and PhonePe does not even bother to respond. If such is the performance of Indian consumer complaints forum, then where the common victimised Indian customers will go to get the justice ? I hereby request you to take strong steps on top most priority on PhonePe to take action on my complaints.

                  I have made a payment of college fee of rs 3330 on 23rd nov 2018 by phonepe and my transaction was not successful. They agree to return the money and ask to wait for one month then i have made payment by another mode. After one month they were saying your transaction was successful and denied to refund and then said me to contact the bank for a chargeback if want your money back. But sbi is denying that the phonepe wallet transaction are not under there control and phonepe was also denying that is as not under there control.

                    As i acknowledged by phone pe team on 13.03.2019 that my bill payment from my pspcl account no. [protected] rs. 2080 failed due to unknown reason by service provider.

                    On 27 march 2019 i made a payment of 2500 through phone pay app UPI Transaction Id[protected]. the money was deducted from my account and and transfer shown but money is still not reflection in the account transferred. this was a payment that i made for the monthly EMI, due to which i am still being fined in spite of making the payment.

                      My self mr vinay kalyan wakhure, i have used phone pe app on last week of feb 2019, and add money from my sbi bank account no [protected] to my phone pe app, & tried to transfer money to someone but it gets fail due to some technical reason, so i recalled back my money from app to my sbi bank ac, but it gets failed due to some technical problem, and at the same time my sbi ac get hold, i have contact my bank branch manager he said u have 1 transaction of ₹5500/- was on hold due to ₹1000/- less in bank account, he instructed to me to add ₹1000/- in bank ac, i have done it, then my sbi ac get started but ₹5500/- was debited from my ac and now my number was not found on phone pe app ([protected] / [protected]).

                      So can you please help me out for this on very urgent basic.

And also message was shown regarding reward award but when i tried to claim the same ..i was denied with message saying i exceeded the limit ...it was my first transaction ..and i need my reward

                                I have transfered rs. 8000/- (Eight thousand rupees only) to an account of bank of india as on march 22nd 2019 at 12:18pm. This amount has been deducted from my icici bank account but not credited to the receiver's bank account.
                                I have made a complain online to phonepe on the app itself but still no any response from their end.

                                  I am doing this complaint about a transaction which, I did on 1 Jan 2019. In this transaction, I was transferring 3800 rupees from my SBI account to Maharashtra bank account through Phonepe app(Transaction no: P1901012305197168521700).

                                  But money does not get credited into Maharashtra bank account.
                                  I have asked to bank also, but they said bank account didn't received any money.
                                  And I have also done complaint to phone pe app but they didn't responded correctly.

                                        I got transaction successful message, my father also got amount received messages in phonepe (Not from sbi).

                                        From last 5 days we visiting banks..
                                        I visited my canara bank, the manager said successful amount sent to sbi. We cant do anything.

                                        My father visited sbi, tge manager saying we are not responsible for phonepe messages. You have to talk with phonepe.

                                        Phonepe people saying that sbi agreed that, amount credit to reciver, so we are not responsible talk with sbi people.

                                        Now where is the money...?
                                        See the attachments.. I will go legally on phonepe if amount not credited to my account in next 2 days.
                                        PhonePe customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
