I booked two tickets on 9th march on phone pe app but later i cancelled it. After few days later i received a message from phone pe app that sum of rs 1950/- refunded to my debit card but actually it is not reflecting to my saving account number in which my debit card was linked.

    Dear sir/madam,
    Today i accepted a payment of rs. 10000 through phonepe from one of my customer as a acknowledgement i received message from phonepe "you've received rs.10000 from puneet singhal via phonepe for txn p1903201228197243053932" but this payment is yet to reflect in my account. This sort of functioning is not good for businesses like us, customer has gone as he has made payment and i have received confirmation message for same so i have no right to stop customer from walking away with goods, such applications are truly bad for businesses like mine or any other. Please i request phonepe customer care to help me out of this issue and request all shopkeepers and whole sellers to use this application cautiously otherwise you are bound to lose your money any moment.

    I bought a Google play recharge code of RS.1500. I got message and email. But recharge code and serial number was missing. I checked my email and message but there was no recharge code.

    I am very much displeased with the service. I got no recharge code.

    Please help me.

      One of my friend sent me 5000 rs to my bank account using phonepe.
      But although the transaction is shown successful in his account as well as in my phone pe history, the amount is not been credited to my bank account.
      So, please look after this matter and send money to my account asap.
      If not been resolved i've to place complain to the higher consumer forum...

            I've given my pan no for kyc still app says complete your kyc and whenever i'm tapping on complete kyc app says kyc services are temporarily unavailable. When will your kyc services will be available? Will it take 2-3 decades? Totally worst services you're providing. On the name of cashback you are making customers fool. App promised to give cashback of rs. 10 on first 10 transactions above rs 20, i received only twice. If you can't give services then please don't make false commitments.

              I recharged my jio number for 349 rs. (399 rs plan, 50 rs offer voucher) in my jio app using upi transaction. Upi transaction was done using phonepe app.
              Amount was deducted from bank, but recharge not made.
              Contacted jio customer care. They told recharge was only initiated, payment not done. They told to contact phonepe customer care.
              I need to complete the recharge immediately or atleast refund. Need immediate action on this. Pls help me on this.

                I booked a raul ticket on 03.03.2019 of amount13220.
                I cancelled the ticket partialy on 06.03.2019, so the refund had been initiate on 06.03.19 but the amount has not been credit into my account till 18.03.2019.
                I contacted with phonepe support many times and shared the details of my account but not a perfect resolution provided by suport.
                Therefore, i request you to kindly look into the matter and refund as soon as possible. For this, i will always be obliged to you.

                I made a transaction 2000 ruppees on 16.03.2019 but this transaction was pending. I called customer.er care he said that the transaction completed in 3 working days but the 3 working days have been passed but the transaction did not complete.plz proceed it

                  Have paid 292rupess of electricity bill through phonepe on 16th March... But the phonepe was not able to pay my bills and If I ask ask help from the help desk of phonepe they are not respondong properly... The amount 265 rupees has been already deducted from account... Please help to get my money back or else make sure that they pay my electricity bill

                    Sir/madam, I have done a transaction of 3k to a person through PhonePe regarding a product, after receiving the amount the product is not delivered and the pwrson put my number in block as both my phnepe attached number and number from which i called is same . I have raised the issue with customercare of both Phonepe and my bank . Both of them are escaping the issue by saying that the issue can be solved by other.
                    I am a student. Can you help me in regaining the amount.

                        I have done rs 155 transaction to my friend using phonepe but its is showing pending status even if the amount is debited from my account. This transaction is very important for me. I want refund of the amount in my account asap.

                        Account debited for IRCTC ticket booking worth Rs 412.45 on 15/3/2019 at 19:28 txn id[protected] of SBI account. Transaction was successful but no ticket booked. I attached a message from bank registered phone no, phonepe transaction screenshot, irctc failed booking. Phonepe txn id P1903151927324096496441.

                          A customer sent me rs 2500 using phone pe as i was a registered user but at that time i didnot had phonepe app. So he sent me 2500rs but i didnot get any money. The message after the customers succesfull transaction was:- (Hello! Your a/c no. 188819 has been debited by rs. 2500 on 15mar19. The a/c balance is rs. 10203.50. Info: upi/p2a/[protected]/[protected]. Call [protected] (If in india) if you have not done this transaction.) but my account is not credited. So please do accept my request.

                              I paid my bsnl broadband land line bill through phonepe wallet on 14th march 2019. Transaction id is nx[protected], i received a message from phonepe "transaction successful" and 3025/- rupees deducted from my credit card. But in bsnl payment portal, it shows my broadband bill is still due? I want to know why it was happening? And how to recover my wallet amount? Please help me. What's going on!??!? Bsnl has cut the connection but i have paid the bill!?

                                Accidentally sent 10000 to [protected]. Got a call from this number promising business worth rs 10000. We are not regular users of the phone app and he misguided us with the whole process of sending us the money. Instead he requested 10000 rupees and got it approved from us saying that he is transferring it to us. Is there a way we can track the account of this person and recover our money? We do not know this person and fell for the hope of getting business. The phone number is the name of meena g as per true caller and is lcoated in rajasthan.

                                    Yesterday i received a call for buying sofa set for rs. 4500. He told me that he is transferring 4500 to my phonepe account. He told me that if i click on pay the amount will go in my bank account and i clicked on pay and amount of 17500 was debited from my phonepe account. Actually he requested amount of 2500, 5000, 5000, 5000, 10000, 20000, 50001 but i declined amount of rs. 10000, 20000, 50001 and i paid 2500, 5000, 5000, 5000 by mistake.                                       I had made a transaction of RS. 2250.on 20 January 2019 which was failed due to technical issue and RS 2250 debited from my account which was not refunded me yet. It's two month over now but the phone pe did not refund my money. I had raised a chargeback to my SBI bank but they demanded me the complain number which was not provided by the phone pe to me . Plz help me earlier.

                                      Phone pe answer me on every email - [email protected] and only one time call me to register my complaint on 7065149117. But always says that refund will be provided by SBI bank. SBI bank says that talk to phone pe and registered your complaint with phone pe not mine. Both the banks did not take an action toward my failed transaction of 2250 refund. Phone pe did not provide me any complain number.

                                        I have made a bsnl recharge but it. Money got deducted from my bank account. The transaction got failed. Phone pe gave that it has initiated for refund of money into my bank account. I have not received my refund into my account yet. Please refund my money back to my account immediately.
