Using upi, i have sent 5000 through phonepe on 2nd feb, 2019, the amount got directly deducted from my account, but did not get credited to the receivers account. I raised a complaint in the help section of phonepe and got an email from phonepe on 6th feb that the transaction was successfull. But the amount is still not credited to the receivers account. Why the service is so bad? And the worst, the custoner care service is not toll free. Do something otherwise your company will sink soon.
