Myself Mukesh Kumar, SBI Account Holder, A/c No. [protected].I want to ask you a query which is mentioned below..
I had transferred amount of 31, 300/- through your app (Phonepe) in my brother's account(Canara Bank A/c Holder Name-Raj kumar, A/c No.[protected] on 20/01/2019, but transaction was failed and deducted from my account and the same, not credited in my brother's account too.
PhonePe customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      I had sent the money from my one account to my other account on the 25th of january 2019 and the transaction was showing pending. The transaction then showed successful after 5 days of waiting that is on the 29th of january 2019 but even after the transaction is showing successful the money is not credited to the account.
      Please credit the amount as soon as possible.
      PhonePe customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      The money was debited from my account but the transaction failed, the money was not credited back Please refund the money back
      On 20/1/19 at 9:11pm, I tried to pay flipkart through PhonePe. An amount of Rs 8540-was deducted from my account but the transaction failed. Till now I have not received any refund. When contacted to the bank they said that the amount is with the PhonePe
      Sir I have transferred money from phonepe to another account but not transfer to another account but debited from my account and Upi id is generated which is[protected] and in my account receipt is attached in which it is debited.

        On 21/01/2019 I've tried to sent Rs. 3000 from my account to my friends account through the PhonePe App. (My bhim upi Id is [protected]@ybl, my SBI account Number is [protected]) The amount has been deducted from my account but it is not yet received in the beneficiary account.
        i have tried to give complaint in my bank and they refused to take any action because it is a UPI transaction, and from the phonepe customer care i have recieved a message mentioning that they have recieved a conformation from my bank that no money has been debited from my account. please take immediate action

            Sir, through the phonepee app, on 8-1-2019, on December 8, 2011, Rs 6100 was sent to my friend by my State Bank of India account number [protected], whose reference number is P1901081328451207439175 and UTR number[protected]. Those funds are neither received nor received by me. I came back to the complaint whose complaint I have done by visiting the phonepe Customer Care and Bank branch but my complaint has not been resolved nor my money has returned. Any help from Phoenipay Please do not help me. Please help me and get the money back. Please grace me. I have put a screenshot of the transaction in the mail. Even after you have mailed it 5 times the same answer is being given that money has come into account There is no money in my account yet. There is no help after talking about the branch of State Bank of India and customer care. You are saying that you can go to the bank and fill the chargeback sheet. When the officer saying here is that no sheet. My money has been stuck for 20 days. If it continues, I am compelled to take legal action against Phonepe.

            I am D.Venkata Teja belongimg to Vijayawada, Andhra pradesh.Today afternoon around at 12 noon I did a Transferred Money To my friend but it did not Went and also not showing any Transaction Notification After checking bank balance It is showing 2000/- has detected.Soo Kindly refer My Transaction id and get back My Money As soon as Possible.Its my humble request please consider it
            I am not able to withdraw my money from wallet. It is showing that complete your kyc but when I continue it tells that "Sorry e-KYC services are temporarily unavailable." Every time when I try to withdraw it shows same issue. I am not able to understand when it will be resolved. I want my money back in my account.

                Sir, i was booking a ticket from balugaon to secunderabad.price was 480.but the transaction has failed and money deducated from my account.but still i did nt get any refund money.when i call to the customer care at 24.1.19, they said wait for 24 minute and you will get refund, but not came.again i called to the customer care, they said wait for 3 days and on 28.1.19 you will get refund.again i did wait .but today when i again call to the cuwtomer care they said wait for 9 days again.still i did nt get any refund money.and in my history section it is showing ransaction successful from 24 date.
                So please give my refund

                    I made a transaction of rs 100000 from phonepay app on 26 jan 2019 but after 1 attempt it shows failed transaction then i came to know that m, y money got debited with sbi account then contact phonepay they told me that i have to contact my bank..and my bank told me they can not do anything i have to talk with phonepay so iam stuck in the middle .

                      Money not credit in the account...in history it shows money credited but whenever transfer it shows zero bal.. I tried to check balnce it showes zero money not refunded it's the second time i already lost the 1st time creating the phonepe account.                         Hello, i am trying to transfer money or withdraw money but it needs full kyc which is not present in your phonepe app please tell me how to do my full kyc on phonepe it's urgent now and how i can transfer or withdraw money is there any other options... And also notify me when you enable your service but please do it... I want this to transfer my money as well as can you please enable your full kyc mode like mobiwik where they can use to download aadhaar to do full kyc so please enable full kyc like mobiwik and if it is not possible then do something to enable full kyc mode.

                          I have sent money to one of my contacts. The money got debited from the bank account but the transaction is not being displayed in the recent transactions tab. Due to this i don't even have an option to contact customer care regarding the transaction. Even the request raised by my contact is still showing to pay him even after the money got deducted. Please help me with this asap

                                This is S.Srinu, From Visakhapatnam Phone pe No: [protected], I called a Phone pe customer care number([protected]) on 24-01-19 at 8.40 pm regarding a complaint about money deduction.then one person given an instruction that how to get refund amount in my account, i have given my bank & ATM card details as he instructed and told me that he will send a link and if i click so, i will get my money back.but after clicking on that i lost my money of amount 9999 rupees.

                                After doing that i got a message stating that transaction successful and transaction id:AXid48870e40f214987abb[protected]e and the amount paid to paytm.[protected]@axisbank which i not did on my own.

                                        Yesterday i made a payment to one shopkeeper and i used phonepe app to do that, i sent 2500 rupee to that guys and he received a message saying 2500 amount got credited but after few second backs the same amount got debited from his account and still the amount is in air, neither it has back credited to my account or nor to his account.
                                        I got transaction history from him there was one transaction with upi/rev/{protectednumber}.. Updates,
                                        Now the phonepe customer says, call to the respective bank because they got the confirmation message from the bank that the amount was successfully credited to the respective account... Let me ask this to shopkeeper guys if he tells (After sbi customer care talk) it was a mistake from a phonepe then, i won't take a second to uninstall this app. Thank you

                                        This was just information which was given to me from the phonePe customer care and the PhonePe customer suggested to wait for a week, but now its almost one month but still I did not get my money back, please help me on that.
