    Please retain 1000 रुपये 3day banks take 3 days to confirm the deposit status. Sometimes, due to technical issues at the bank, it gets delayed.
    • if the deposit is successful, the amount will be credited to the receiver, immediately.
    • if the deposit is failed, the deducted amount will be credited back to your account in 3- 5 days.
    • in both the cases, phonepe will notify you via sms.

    I have transaction issue with Phonepe I tried to reach them many times through mail call and chat also but am unable to get in to touch with the team .
    They are so irresponsible customer service is too bad.
    Worst service.
    I have done a recharge of bsnl operator without changing the number(number default was airtel) still money got debited from my phonepe wallet as well as from my account pls solve this issue as soon as possible

    I have linked my bank account to my phone pe app... But when I click to verify e-kyc.. It shows it is unable to initiate

      Dear sir, please my refundable balance is not required in debited card.
      I have no issue but my balance is not updated in my debited card.
      Please sir give my balance in my debited card.
      My debite card balance is 29 rupees and wallet 6 rupees which is found of wallet balance buy not found in my debited card balance.
      I have not satisfied to phone pay refund balance show my debited card but phone pay arn no is[protected].
      That is update my arn no. And get show my balance is debit card. Requested sir please so that is thank you.

          Respected sir
          I have tranferred rs 40000 from canarabank to indian bank on 3112, 2018 by phonepe app. The said amount debited from canara bank but not yet credited in the indisn bank.
          Now ten days passed no response from the bank and phonepe.
          I lodged a compaint by way of call center of phonepe and canara bank..
          Phonepe replied that within two days amout will be credited back to your canara bank account.
          Yet not credited.
          Please i requedted you to credit rs 40000 ad early as possible.

          Phone pe assured that within 24 hours amount will be credited at canara bank that is senders bank. But not yet credited.
          I am being under pathatic situation.
          Consider my request to credit Rs 40000 earlier at canara bank.
          I receive payment my friend but payment not credited in my bank account but seen successfully in transaction history

            I send my friend money, my balance had been deducted from my account but still it didn't received the receiver. It was successfully transferred but my friend still didn't get her money the amount was deducted from my account too. How can a company do like that when you are deducting and transferring the money but still the receiver didn't get the money. I just want my money to be refunded, it's 2500 rupees.               [protected] i was transferred the rs 78000 to icici bank account using phone pay upi.. But the amount is didn't credited.. But amount debited from my account.. Then i immediately approach the phone pay costumer care.. Then they send message to they informed me confirmation from your bank. No amount was debited from your account

                Sir i sent 20k from andhrabank account to sbi on phone pe for two days it showed as pending on 3rd it became successful but no money credited in sbi account sir

                On 7th january through phonepe
                Andhrabank is saying they have sent to the receiver
                But as per the beneficiary sbi statement there is no credit of 20000 rupees till now

                  I transferred money from pnb account to sbi account on 7th january, 2019 and amount got debited instantly however transaction kept showing pending for 18 hours, then it showed successful but amount not yet credited to sbi account. I contacted both banks but unable to resolve this.
                  I made a call to phonepe customer care but the bell kept ringing..

                  Will the money be recovered...?

                    Phonepe has a running offer from 01/01/2019 to 31/01/2019 for first cesc electric bill payment for kolkata as per offer on first electric bill payment they were offering scratch card and cash back anywhere between rs.50 to 1000 if paid by cards or upi but not only by wallet. I paid my first cesc electric bill on phonepe on 10/01/2019 as per there offer but nor have they given any scratch card nor have they given any cash back which should be atleast minimum rs.50 to anywhere upto 1000 and on reporting to there customer care they are saying that scratch card was offered but there was nothing in it and asked me to see the terms properly. I have seen the terms properly and i conclude that this people are cheats and they are only giving offers but u will never get any cash back as per there offer. So i request all to beware before falling prey to this false marketing offers.

                      I made payment of electricity bills amounting to rs. 790, 320 & 470 on 26/12/18 from my cr. Card. I received message of transaction failed of said amounts on 11/1/19. Please see the matter very seriously and reply to the earliest. Let us know why you need 15 days to fail the transactions after deducting amount from my account. First time i use phonepe app and my experience is very bad.

                        I had pay amount of electricity bill and mobile recharge but transaction failed and amount have debited. Suddenly phone pe app compliant and refund the amount to message them, few minutes replied your refund amount was credictrd with in 7or10 days. But now itself refund amount has credicted.                         I have received two successful credit, but it's not credited in my account I have attached the transaction detail in the attachment. I have lost my 8950 rs form last 5 days and no one listen to me phone pay sends me to bank and bank send me to phone pay,
                        Please my money refund. But not successful transfer. 14 hours pending.
                        Previously I complained about the balance which was deducted from my account but it didn't got transferred to my friend's account . I am still waiting for the results to look into the matter. I didn't get any positive answers yet. It's our money who is loosing not yours. It's better if you checked and look into the matter seriously. I'm really discouraged with this app.

                            I paid electricity bill on 5th december'18 through phonepe, debited from my icici bank account.

                            Amount is debited from my icici bank account, no.[protected] but it is not yet credited to msedcl (Billdeskpg. [protected]@icici.), upi ref no[protected].

                            I called customer care immediately after making the payment, when i realized that amount is not credited to msedcl, and customer executive said it will be credited to soon.

                            Afterwards i haven't got any call or mail from customer care, it's really pathetic service.

                            Kindly help me get my money which is lost.

                              My transaction issue failed and my money debited is not refunded from the last 4 days. I have send a big amount and they are not taking problem seriously. Actually i havr send a 10000rs in canara bank but transaction is failed and amount is debited from account, i am concerning from the last 4 days but they are not taking problem seriously. I am very tense about this issue. Providing information that your amount is not debited how such a company they can run. Not taking phone calls and not replying in mail. Such a bluff they are creating and making fools to customers.

                                        Hi, my friend sent me 1000. When the sender sent the amount, i brought a new phone and my older indian bank account in the phonepe was not activated. The sender received the message 'transaction failed:'. Then i have activated sbi account in phonepe and after sometimes the previously transaction failed message turns into transaction successful. Meanwhile i too received the notification that 1000 is credited to indian bank account while only sbi account is configured in my phonepe.
