Dear team,
I paid electricity bill on 5th december'18 through phonepe, debited from my icici bank account.
Amount is debited from my icici bank account, no.[protected] but it is not yet credited to msedcl (Billdeskpg. [protected]@icici.), upi ref no[protected].
I called customer care immediately after making the payment, when i realized that amount is not credited to msedcl, and customer executive said it will be credited to soon.
Afterwards i haven't got any call or mail from customer care, it's really pathetic service.
Kindly help me get my money which is lost.
