Money 9999 got debited from my mother's sbi account, we got sms saying it is transferred to some ones phone pe account othpg 391961 phonepe pvt ltd bangalore on 10/11/2018, it is totally fraud transaction, my mother do not hold any phone pe account, i want phone pe to reveal the identity of this person whose account got credited with this money and revert the money back to our account, also whenever this kind of digital wallet transaction is happening there is no clarity in the information given on net banking or sms to trace it back

Phonepe has blocked my primary account for no reason. I am a regular user of phone pe and i have not violated any rules and regulations. I have 1032rs wallet balance and gold of worth Rs 800. The call centre is also not aware of the specific reason. So i request phonepe 2 unblock my account as soon as possible because i use phonepe quite a lot.
Sir/madam,
My phonepe transaction is pending with P1811011626216126465695 transaction ID. When will it be completed/ successful?

    I tried to book train tickets via irctc app and payment via phonepe. After paying through phone pe the money got deducted but the tickets were not booked and it was shown in failed transaction list and it said "no response from bank". I tried to book again and the same thing happened again. I'll attach the screenshot of phonepe transaction history and booking history from irctc app. There was no response from phonpe help yet.

        Hi,
        Balaji here,
        I was booking train tickets from irctc app and after booking tickets the money transaction that was made through phonepe.And money was deducted but the ticket booking remained pending.
        So I hope you will notice the complaint that is mentioned here and to resolve my problem as the amount has been deducted unnecessarily.

          Amount got deducted but the transaction failed on 1/11/2018. I still haven't received my money back into my account.

          There is no response from Phone Pe customer care. There is not even any update on the ticket I raised. Kindly resolve this issue as it is already 10 days after the transaction failed and Phone Pe failed to refund my money back into my bank account.

            Sir,
            I tried transfer of ₹20, 000 from axis bank account no-[protected] to sbi bank account no - [protected] two times on 14th october and one time on 15th october 2018 via upi on phonepe app. But amount credited was only one time on 14th october and one time on 15th october whereas amount debited two times on 14th october and one time on 15th october.
            I complaint the customer service of phone pe app as well as banks.
            But refund was still not done.
            Kindly look into this matter.

              I had made a transaction of rs 5000 on 3rd nov 2017 from airtel digital card to another online wallet (Phonepe), the issue is - amount deducted from account my airtel virtual digital card but not credited in account wallet.

              I raised the complaint more than 100 times in airtel and phonepe but they didn't give any solution, everytime they said that it's done from there side. Phonepe team is saying that they didn't received the money also transaction id not generated for the same at their end.

              Please find the attached transaction snap of my airtel app.

              Please suggest the next course of action as it have been more than a year and still i have no solution.

                As i mentioned in the subject, i have made a transaction today, amount has debited from my account but amount has not delivered yet to the recepient.
                Please check and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
                I have trusted phonepe a lot while doing transactions as i have done so many transactions with phonepe but this is the first time i am facing such issue in phonepe...

                  The money is deducted from my Bank account and in phonepe app it is showed as transaction is succesful.but the recipiant said that he didnot recieve money on his account.but transaction is showing in his app as succesful.i asked him several times is money is recieved.but still he was saying money is not credited into his account.i think he is try to cheat me.kindly credit the money into my account from his account if he had recived mony.else tell phoepe to credit my money back into my account.expecting a good action and reply.                     I had made a payment through my phonepe wallet with transaction id: p1811051052133902233839. Order amount was rs. 459/- on flipkart. The balance got deducted from my phonepe wallet, but the order was not confirmed on flipkart. I contacted flipkart and inquired and i got information that the payment was not received from phonepe. I contacted phonepe and requested to look in to the matter. 2 days are gone but nobody from phonepe has taken care to even reply to me. Still flipkart has not received the payment and now the items that i was ordering on flipkart are not available at the prices they were available previously. Phonepe is not recommended. I will never recommend anyone to use it. Their service is really poor and please don't be victim of their poor services.

                      I am a regular user of phonepe and have been using it regularly. I bought gold, did online shopping, received cashbacks, linked my bank accounts, etc.

                      Yesterday, i tried to open the app and i got message that my account has been blocked. I contacted their customer care but no satisfactory response was given. They are only vaguely saying that 'terms and conditions' have been violated. I asked which terms and condition have i violated, then they are not giving any proper response.

                      My money and gold remain trapped with phone pe and that too without any satisfactory explanation.

                      My account is blocked, without giving any proper information.

                      Government of india should take strict action against such arbitrary and unilateral decision.

                      Kindly help me to unblock my account and release my money and gold with phone pe.

                        I am in lot of problem from last 4 days.
                        Phone pe does not take serious action.
                        I transferred 49000 rupees to another account from phonepe app on 02.11.2018 but payment is still pending. Amount is debited to my account.

                        Phonepe transaction id: p1811021414035432891745 when i talk in to customer care, he said wait 3 days for solve your problem.
                        After days, they are not giving any answer correctly.
                        I am very disappointed by customer care behaviour.

                          My phonepe account has been blocked and i was having ₹1090 withdrawal amount which was refunded after cancellation of an order on flipkart. Also some of my previous refunds are yet in pending state, this is serious case of negligence and sheer irresponsible activity as a company. They are not here to rob the customers but to provide them convenience of online transactions. Hope that you help us in this regard.

                            Phonepe suddenly block my wallet and de active my phonepe wallet and when i ask them to active my account they say its not possible. He cheated my people including my friends

                            Phonepe is a money fraud app

                            Please take this complaint seriously

                            So, i request to google play store to band this app from your store.

                            Therefore no other people cheated by the app

                              I have 3500 in my phonepe wallet and when i want to withdraw e kyc services are temporarily unable it's been weeks i have been trying i m sure it's not because of my internet connection i m sure about that! I even look into my phonepe profile i have provided my pan card and it's green tick still i can't withdraw my withdrawalable amount! If kyc is not working why do u guys allow to top up i[censored] cannot withdraw i need this to be solved asap if it's not done by today i will definitely look for something else so that no one gets into problem like me

                                I was using phonepe till today morning without any problem. But suddenly a message came and told me your account has been blocked. I contacted their so called customer support which is not even helping. They told me i violated their term and conditions which is top secret that they are not saying. What is this? They simply close an account and make us forget about our money. Please help me. I am not a fraud and doing phonepe for genuine transactions only. Solve it asap. I need to do more transactions.

                                      Phonepe blocked my account for no reason and when asked the customer care they do not provided a valid reason they said its due to security reason i asked what have i done they said we dont know and now my account cannot be restored They are having my all bank details and they were taking it so lightly tht i cant express, this is the the type of service they are providing .

                                        i did not maje any suspicious activity also only i used to send money to my contacts as they are in need of money and then received back from them in my a/c
