Phonepe has blocked my primary account for no reason. I am a regular user of phone pe and i have not violated any rules and regulations. I have 4303 rs wallet balance and some transaction are in pending status. The call centre is also not aware of the specific reason. So i request phonepe 2 unblock my account as soon as possible because i use phonepe quite a lot.

I order a product at flipkart payment done successfully by phone pay amount was 13834debited from my indian overseas bank transaction i'dp1810251208162366487191 and 165 rs debited from my phonpewalet. At the date of 25.10.18 same date i cancel the order at flipkart
Flipkart calming they done the payment successful at the date of 26.10.18.
But 10days to go after cancel my order i don't get my refund yet.

@phonepe_ i have recieved refund from flipkart on 21st october, it is still not posted to my card. I called phone pe they told to contact bank, i contacted bank they told that they are just receicver ans they need utr number, phone pe is telling that utr number is not generated. What is this experience?
In future i will avoid phone pe if this is not resolved

2nd nov 18, i supposed to booked train ticket on irctc. Procceded for payment via phonepe. Amount deduced from my acount ₹540, for same i have got sms from my bank, as well as from phonepe too. But booking got failed from irctc for not receiving payment. Money deduced but not proceed towords irctc for ticket booking.

Please resolve issue, and refund my amount in short time. I have cancelled my trip now....

Am using phonepe account on 31st oct 2018 i got a message from phonepe stating that my account has been blocked due to security reasons. When i called to their customer support each one is saying different stories and no one is giving proper reason. Finally talked with am he said due to illegal activities account has been blocked. I send rs - 16000/- to md mostofa zaman biswas third party upi app phonepe to axis bank a/c. [protected] ifsc: utib0000163. Amount debited from my sbi bank a/c but amount not credited to sender a/c. We already contacted with reciver axis bank branch they told us to talk with sender sbi branch. Sbi branch told me to lodge a complaint through netbanking portal. Dear sir, i would like to inform you that some body has done unauthorized transaction of 740 rs with ref. No.[protected] to yr company via phoneepe1428773 from my hdfc debit card on[protected]:10:39:11. The matter is reported to hdfc bank, i request you to please provide the detail of said transaction. Piz see the matter and request to refund the same to me.

I pay electricity bill on 04august 2018. Via phone pay. Transaction id :n[protected]. Rs=3247/-from my bank accounts. Debts on 04aug.2018. This transaction was failed. I had done wallet topup of 3300 but after cutting the amount for the my account the satuas of phone pe was ur trasation has been canncelt on 13th octber. Still nw i didnt revice any ammont. Of my register moblie number [protected] email. Id [protected]@gmail.com i had called the phone pe excute they said amount will be refunded within 7 to 8 working days...

I have tried a irctc train ticket booking through phonepe app. The amount has been debit from my bank account through phonepe. But the ticket is not booked. I checked in my IRCTC account which shows, payment is pending from bank end..the traveling date passed ..but ro response from phonePe app ..

Mother dairy owner show up our phone no any message revived regarding this amount & asking me twenty four hours amount automatic comes in wallet, but no any amount receive my wallet, please look into the matter, we are waiting...

If you have deposited your money in the wallet and due to the problem of e-kyc you are not able to deposit that money in the bank then this method can be prove to be very good for you.

1st order any sport shoes from flipkart and pay with phonepe wallet.

Sir on october 14, 2018 i made a payment for a laptop of rupees 61990, at flipkart through phonepe from a debit card but the transaction is failed, but money is deducted of 50000 because due to limit of card is this. Phonepe at same time give message that money is deducted it will return in 5 days so i tried once more but another transaction failed, but, today is 28 october, 2018 till now i wait for 15 days but still money is not return please...

Actually i was expecting a refund of payment amounting 809 from phonepe but it is not received into my account but phonepe support just replies with giving an arn number and my bank customer care is not confirming any kind of such arn number and due to this my money is stuck in between i didn't received the payment into my account and for your reference i am attaching phonepe's message screenshot....

I have two bank accounts. Yesterday that is on 27th october of 2018, I have transferred Rupees 5000/ from one bank account to the other bank account.
Transaction did not complete but however amount got debited from the source but did not get credited to my other account.

I have added money into my friend phone pay account on 07.10.2018 but the amount was debited to my account on 08.10.2018 and the transfer was failed and my friend didn't received the amount and he raised the issue to phone pay on 21.10.2018 and could u resolve the issue as soon as possible.
The amount debited to my account is rs.2250 and the amount was transferred from andhra bank debit card....
