Hello, today 27th nov 2018, i had a hectic experience using phonepe, very very hectic.
I was doing payments to a user through upi transfer, and while doing first 5000rs payment, the app pin code page lagged, so the pin went wrong so it failed. Okay, so i tried again, and the payment was pending but the money was deducted, this is the payment ref id - p1811271539408521577869
Then i tried again and again, needed to send 10000 rs, but 5000 transfer wasn't working, so i tried 4900rs, and that succeeded twice.
But the two time tried 5000rs payment is still on pending in the app, and one of their transaction's money is deducted from my bank account. The first reference id i have already given above, and the second id is - p1811271554342608056350
Please make sure i get my lost money back!!
