Date - 4/12/2018 - transferred at 11.14am from the number [protected].
I have transferred amount of rs-10203/- in the above date and time after 24 hrs also its showing pending, but amount has been debited from the account and it is not credited till now, kindly help me get my harden money back at the earliest. Debited on 4/12/2018 from sbi bank account number.

    He transaction with the transaction id: p1812032154269651168991, merchant order id: txscan1812032154502530732407 and merchant transaction id: txscan1812032154502530732407 of inr 4296 got successful on 03/12/2018 at 21:54:51.

    But the merchant did not receive money

    I need to find out why.

    I have done quite a few transactions through phonepe and it has worked flawlessly most of the times, even on occasions when txns failed, the money was immediately refunded or never got deducted.

      Wrong upi transaction from phonepe application, i have sent money to [protected] using phone number and money sent to unknown sbi account which is not exist in the following number [protected] not even verified but transactions have successfully completed, have called to phonepe customer care they are not providing resolution they told me, raise a request to home branch and home branch guys told me it's phonepe fault there is no sbi account in this number, it's phonepe fault but phonepe not accepting their fault my money sent to unknown sbi account name babulal chaudhary, please reverse transactions it's phonepe fault.

      Can you please escalate my query asap.

      Hope you will take it personally and give me a better solution this time.

        Below was the confirmation msg but not credited to benificeary and the back, phone pe says transaction is successful from their end.

        Your citibank a/c has been debited with inr 6100.00 on 15-nov-2018 at 10:14 and account [protected]@ybl has been credited. Upi ref no.[protected]

        The debited bank says transaction is successful but amount is not credited at all. Phone pe says sbi has also has confirmed that the amount has been received. But no luck the amount is not credited. Upi also says the transaction is successful.
        PhonePe customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        My phonepe wallet deactivated without my knowledge and I raised complaints but not yet resolved and the response from phonepe is no possibility of reactivation of wallet. This is definitely fraudious application or company. Indian government has to take action on these type of fraud companies help citizens to be safe.

          Today i booked a bus ticket by using phonepe application on my phone. I initiated the transaction from make my trip to phonepe and i entered the upi code to transfer the money (Rs.557) but phonepe app shows as error and then it asked again my upi code so that i entered that code finally i got transactions successful message.
          After sometime i got a message from my bank it shows that the deducted the amount amount rs.1114 which was the...

          Via PhonePe I had made a transaction of Rs.5627/- on 23/11/2018 under transaction id N[protected] as payment of my SBI credit card . By mistakenly payment have been made to AXIX bank credit card no 4611xxxxxxxx5003 of others in place of my SBI bank credicardx003 no is xxxxxxxxx003. since last 3 digit was so mistake done.
          First I contacted SBI bank & their customer care exutive told that they can not help as SBI is not picture anywhere. there plea seemed justified.
          Again I contacted AXIX bank & I had been advised to give request of refund by PhonePe by which payment made . I contacted PhonePe by mail(through their helpdesk) & phone to just make a request on basis of my request to AXIX bank to refund the amount but they simply told that they have no provision.
          My submission is that being a Portal of payment Phone Pe should have some necessary provision to protect the amount of their user incase of any mistransaction. Now I have no option except to forget my amount .
          Therefor please lodge a complain from side against PhonePe to not having any customer protection rules and return back the amount.

            I beg to inform that I did a transaction from Sbi account ([protected]) to Axis bank account ([protected]) through PhonePe app on 23.11.2018. The transaction failed due to technical issues. I lodged a complain to PhonePe customer care & mailed at support.[protected]@sbi.co.in . I haven’t yet received the deducted amount. I am providing the detailed information of the transaction below:

              Sir,
              I have made a trasanction of 3504/- on 23 november through upi (In phone pe app) which was failed.
              (I am attaching details of that failed trasanction)

              I have contacted phonepe authorities regarding this issue. They denied having any issues by phonepe.

              I have contacted also sbi customer care service. They also denied helping to resolve this issue.

              It has been 6 days. I dint get my refund. And not credited in receivers account too.

              I am demoralised contacting all other customer care services of phonepe and sbi.
              I want my refund instantly in my bank account.

                I transferred an amount of rs 10000 to my friend (Mobile no.)[protected], through "money transfer to contact" option in phonpe app, amount deducted but not credited to receiver and in app it is showing that transaction is failed and rs 10000 will be refunded within 1 working day. Please solve my problem as it's already been 3 working days since the transaction date and the utr number given by them is showing invalid in sbi website.                       Hello, today 27th nov 2018, i had a hectic experience using phonepe, very very hectic.

                      I was doing payments to a user through upi transfer, and while doing first 5000rs payment, the app pin code page lagged, so the pin went wrong so it failed. Okay, so i tried again, and the payment was pending but the money was deducted, this is the payment ref id - p1811271539408521577869

                      Then i tried again and again, needed to send 10000 rs, but 5000 transfer wasn't working, so i tried 4900rs, and that succeeded twice.

                      But the two time tried 5000rs payment is still on pending in the app, and one of their transaction's money is deducted from my bank account. The first reference id i have already given above, and the second id is - p1811271554342608056350

                      Please make sure i get my lost money back!!

                        On 26th november 2018 @7:45 pm, i have done a recharge of rs. 509 on a mobile no. That has been done successfully and a received a deduction sms from bank also. Meanwhile at 7:52 pm, i received another deduction sms of the same amount rs. 509 from my another bank, which i did not even used. We can not pay any bill or recharge without putting account detail or otp. So how it could happen. Now my major concern is that, without any input from my side and without any intimation from your side, how phonpe can deduct any amount from my other accounts, which detail is not even saved in that app. This is hilarious. Now i have a major security issue with phonepe that any time i can get a sms about any deduction. *what is the security of my money?* i want to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Because i can not even trust this phonepe. Its a major disaster.

                              I did a money transaction at one of the Patanjali stores in Hyderabad on 23rd November for which I was supposed to get the cashback from phonepe as per their offers but I didn't received the cashback even after 48 hours of transaction. I raised a complaint in phonepe app but no response has come till now.

                              Please look into the matter and do the needful as soon as possible.
