I did my dth recharge yesterday but it has not been activated yet. The payment has already been deducted from my account. Phone pe is not even responding about any refund or return. They have just become silent. Yesterday they gave time to redress within 24 hours but now they have suddenly become either inactive or I don't what they want. I want refund now or they should activate my dth account as soon as possible....

I had done a transaction from PhonePay to Big Bazaar on 4.3.2021. Due to some problem, Big Bazaar did reverse cash. The accused have not received the money in my bank account. Let me know the problem as soon as possible.

I have a gift card in phonepe in yhe name of the New Year Rewards 549 ..I click to ge t that amount in my bank Sbi ..Debited from my account 549 .....

Hello my name is srilatha. I have credited amount of Rs.10000 to phone pe from sbi credit card. Deactivated the phone pe wallet to credit of amount into my bank account. I have pressed closure of wallet. Immediately the phone pe wallet become zero and the amount was not credited to my account. I don't knw wer the amount gone. I M.V.N.S.Prabhakar Rao, i am using phonepe app longly but i have bad experience in phonepe transaction .Actually i loss amount Rs - 4201.00 at 21.August 2020 and again same amount detected in 22.august 2020.
