Two days ago, someone posing as Phonepe employee called saying that I had won Rs. 2, 999 as cashback in a lucky draw. I foolishly believed him and he and his team made me lose Rs. 66, 545. They accessed my phone through Quick support app and Anydesk app. They are working as a team.
Some of them called from a number registered as Bsnl kyc office. They took my mother's, father's and a friend's bank account and debit card details too. They said they needed witnesses.
PhonePe customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
