    Two days ago, someone posing as Phonepe employee called saying that I had won Rs. 2, 999 as cashback in a lucky draw. I foolishly believed him and he and his team made me lose Rs. 66, 545. They accessed my phone through Quick support app and Anydesk app. They are working as a team.

    Some of them called from a number registered as Bsnl kyc office. They took my mother's, father's and a friend's bank account and debit card details too. They said they needed witnesses.

            I had done two UPI transactions on 20th March.

            One transactions is for Rs.3900 (Transaction ID T2103201137072914893329) (UTR :[protected]

            Another transaction for Rs.12 (Transaction ID T2103201134555628755461) (UTR :[protected]

            The beneficiary has not received the money even after 5 days.

            I have raised complaints already with Phonepe, but still my issue is not resolved.

            Please investigate with this top priority.

                    20/03/2021 At 8:30 pm I unknowingly went cash from my phone pay account to some other phone pay. The next morning at 7:30 am I registered the complaint on phone pay and then I called my customer care at my SBI bank and then according to the information I got from there I tried to contact customer care on phone pay, not only that no one has picked up the phone yet Connected but not, when I opened the phone pay now the message they sent said that my problem was solved but I have not got the lost amount back yet. They have no responsibility for it, so I say maybe you will lose your money and they will tell you the same way they told me so no one should use this app, they are sure to cheat you

                            Today at around the 9:00 am I got a call from [protected] and said that he is a phone pe representative and called regarding the credit the amount of cash back to phone pe account.He send a request for the payment and and unfortunately I had accepted and completed, my account deducted 1000 and he stated that 1000 will be credited in within 2 minutes and Said again accepted the request as usually.But this time I have realised that he probably a fraudulent and I say him, will enquire about the same to phone pe customer service and after that he disconnected the call.
