I had transferred my money from one account to another and since it had not been credited to my account. Its abad experience from phonepe.Make necessary action to credit my amount to the bank account.

    Today at around the 9:00 am I got a call from [protected] and said that he is a phone pe representative and called regarding the credit the amount of cash back to phone pe account.He send a request for the payment and and unfortunately I had accepted and completed, my account deducted 1000 and he stated that 1000 will be credited in within 2 minutes and Said again accepted the request as usually.But this time I have realised that he probably a fraudulent and I say him, will enquire about the same to phone pe customer service and after that he disconnected the call. I have to mentioned some details about the transaction in below UPI ID ccavenues @icici. Transaction ID:T2103200933486693724719

                  I did my dth recharge yesterday but it has not been activated yet. The payment has already been deducted from my account. Phone pe is not even responding about any refund or return. They have just become silent. Yesterday they gave time to redress within 24 hours but now they have suddenly become either inactive or I don't what they want. I want refund now or they should activate my dth account as soon as possible.

                    I had done a transaction from PhonePay to Big Bazaar on 4.3.2021. Due to some problem, Big Bazaar did reverse cash. The accused have not received the money in my bank account. Let me know the problem as soon as possible.

                          I received phonePe gift voucher when I clicked to get it my amount was deducted on 16.03.2021.Then I contacted in online customer care person, he assure to me refund the same and asked me enter security code, when I entered security code ex. 15083 my amount paid to MSGajendra Kumar with mobile no. [protected]. again enter your amount you loss in gift voucher of phonepe sec. Code 2196 entered. Total amount of theft done. Refund the money.

                            Hello, I am M.VIJAY using PhonePe APP for financial transactions (phonePe Registered mobile : [protected]). I purchased digital GOLD on PhonePe APP on 2nd MARCH, 2021. When I tried to sell GOLD due to need of money, after necessary time (3 days) suggested, My account got blocked. Its been more than 2 weeks, I am not able to sell GOLD . No w Iam urgent need of money, I will be able sell my GOLD only after account unblocking.
                            I even called customer CARE, 12 days back. They told account will be unblocked after maximum 5 days. But its been more than 12 days, still account is in blocked status. I have called customer CARE 4 times from past 10 days, but answer from them everytime is that my account will be unblocked with 2 to 3 days.
                            This is really pathetic service from PHONE PE which made customer to suffer.

                              I have cheated by Buyhatke online purchasing application through PhonePe. Someone has ordered some coupons in Buyhatke without my permission. Also the coupons have already redeemed by someone. They, sold me the redeemed coupons. I tried to reach Buyhatke through mail & phone call, they are not responding and I cant reach them out. And not be able to retrieve my hard earned money from them. Kindly help me to get my issue solved. #BH14661 & #BH14659 These are my order numbers in Buyhatke and A2103021956430641080489 & A210302195700049499896 These are my Transaction ID in PhonePe. I raised a complaint in Consumerhelpline website (Docket no: 2603599). PhonePe is not ready to tell the way how to reach Buyhatke and also they are not providing the receivers bank details to file a complaint in cybercrime portal. Registered mobile number in PhonePe is [protected]. Total lost money is 10000 from my PhonePe wallet. kindly help me please.

                                  I have a Gift Card in phonepay in the name of Holy Gift I clicked to get that amount in my bank SBI. I clicked 4 times to get that gift. My amount deducted from bank about one hour ago. Search my transactions and refund my amount. Your phonepay agent Vidyavathi did fraud.
