I received a call from an unknown number asking me to redeem a voucher worth Rs. 2500/- which is a cashback from phone pe, that phone pe is paying to its customers due the lockdown crisis. He shared me one url in the notification link of Phone Pe and wanted me to click on that link and pay the money from my linked account. How he came to know if I have linked any account or not. Does phone pe share confidential information of its customers...

PhonePe is not refunding my money. They are saying we have refunded but no money has been credited in my bank account. When i talked with my bank they said no transfer has been made. My refunded money has not been credited. I booked two tickets on IRCTC thorugh PhonePe and they are saying my money has been refunded. But the bank is saying no refund transfer has been made. I have done various transactions with Phonepe to book my tickets on IRCTC app but many of the transactions got failed but I still haven't got any refund and when I am trying to contact Phonepe customer care then they are not giving option to talk and rather they are advising to complaint in app in their TICKETS column. Even some tickets which I cancelled on IRCTC app and IRCTC is showing that it has refunded my money but that money also not...

I have made a payment on 8th January 2021 from phonepay to boat of rupees 2499/- . Money deducted and showed successful in the phonepay app but according to merchant they didn't received any money and the transaction was failed.So i ask for refund.Merchant denied as he didn't get any amount. Bank denied to help as payment made from third party app Phonepay. So they told me that only phonepay can help you.Its more than one month every body...
