Phonepe has blocked my account for no valid reason. I have balance left in my phonepe wallet, also i have gold purchased on phonepe. I lost access to them. This is total fraud which phonepe is doing. I have proof for each and every transaction made through phonepe.
Kindly please help me to unblock my account.

    I am not able to log into my phone pe account and Its been 8 days... It is very dusturbing now. I have complained so many times but they only giving me deadlines. But no resolution.

      On 05/03/2020 recharge for Airtel prepaid number [protected] take Rs.379. today is failed the transaction but my money is not refund to my account. so immediately refund.

          My name is Rajendra M. Bagayat, residing at Wathargaon, Tal. Koregaon, Dist. Satara, Maharashtra. Pin-415524. I made 3 recharges to my mobile number [protected] using Phonepe App through account with [protected] on 05.03.2021 at 9:31am, 9:34am and 9:37am of Rs. 199/-, Rs. 199/- and Rs. 149/- respectively and the respective amounts are also debited from my bank account as usual but I have not received any such benefits of recharges as promised and written in the App yet. Whenever I tried to contact with the Phonepe support they just message to wait saying the request is under process. Due to this I am out of Rs.547/- and no recharge.

          Therefore, I request before you to help me get my money back from Phonepe and also a compensation for the fraudulent acts of the Phonepe Company and the troubles and embarrassments I had to face due to not having any recharge on my phone.

            Amount Got deducted from my account but its not yet received by the receiver

            Amount Got deducted from my account but its not yet received by the reciever it's showing as processing in Phonepe.its more than 2 day.we are waiting for the update.Phonepay is not providing the proper update.Please help to get the money.
            Dear sir,

            On March 3rd 2021 I send an amount of Rs.12000 to a beneficiary account
            ([protected]) through UPI Application.but the payment is still not received by them and...

            I had done one lakh rupees transaction on Jan 18th 2021, but due to "Daily limit reached" error transaction got failed. Complained to both SBI, NPCI and Phonepe, Phonepe is saying money is with bank. NPCI is saying amount is credited to receiver. But receiver also did not get any money. We are worried about this issue.

            12 digit RRN number:[protected] But when checked with receiver bank account statement we could not see any transaction details.

                    I transferred RS 25, 000/- to Mr Subash K vide phonepe app on 19 Dec 2020, and the amount has been debited from my account on 20 Dec 2020. But the amount has not yet been credited to recipient account or returned to my account. Details of transaction are as under :-

                    (b) UTR No :[protected]
                    (c) Transaction Id : T2012192256244043860546
                    (d) Date : 20 Dec 2020
                    (e) Amount : Rs 25, 000/-
                    (f) Recipient account No (as per phonepe history) : [protected], SBI Payyanur
                    (g) Recipient mob No. [protected]

                    I already approached phonepe, SBI etc for resolution. However, the amount is still awaited. Hence, your office is kindly requested to find the where about of the amount and instruct concerned authority to credit the amount of Rs 25, 000/-

                                I booked railway tickets for date 7 march 2020 from PHONEPE on 7 feb 2020. But my plan cancelled on 6th march and so I had to cancel the tickets. At that time, Yes bank fraud happened and PHONEPE servers became unavailable. I couldn't open the app to cancel my tickets. I contacted IRCTC but they said they said you can only cancel the ticket from the platform (PHONEPE) you booked it. I called their customer care but they said we can't do anything. I mailed them, i complained on the app but they didn't listen. I had to cancel it before the departure of the train but I couldn't cancel the Tickets because servers were down for 2 days. It's been a year and they never refunded my money. I'm attaching the proofs. Kindly help me.

                                  1st wen i installed phone pe then i was getting cash back. now a days rewards are rummy, lenskart, amozan, bla bla bla...i dont like this type of rewards...

                                      Actually I have done one transaction on 27January 2021 at 4:22pm which was amounting Rs 5700. Even the amount was also deducted from my account and the receiver was also got the message but not the amount.Now it’s almost 28 days and still the amount is not credited to my account.
