I had done one lakh rupees transaction on Jan 18th 2021, but due to "Daily limit reached" error transaction got failed. Complained to both SBI, NPCI and Phonepe, Phonepe is saying money is with bank. NPCI is saying amount is credited to receiver. But receiver also did not get any money. We are worried about this issue.

12 digit RRN number:[protected] But when checked with receiver bank account statement we could not see any transaction details.

I transferred RS 25, 000/- to Mr Subash K vide phonepe app on 19 Dec 2020, and the amount has been debited from my account on 20 Dec 2020. But the amount has not yet been credited to recipient account or returned to my account. Details of transaction are as under :-

(d) Date : 20 Dec 2020
(e) Amount : Rs 25, 000/-
(f) Recipient account No (as per phonepe history) : [protected], SBI Payyanur
(g) Recipient mob No. [protected]

I already approached phonepe, SBI etc for resolution. However, the amount is still awaited. Hence, your office is kindly requested to find the where about of the amount and instruct concerned authority to credit the amount of Rs 25, 000/-

I booked railway tickets for date 7 march 2020 from PHONEPE on 7 feb 2020. But my plan cancelled on 6th march and so I had to cancel the tickets. At that time, Yes bank fraud happened and PHONEPE servers became unavailable. I couldn't open the app to cancel my tickets. I contacted IRCTC but they said they said you can only cancel the ticket from the platform (PHONEPE) you booked it. I called their customer care but they said we can't do anything. I mailed them, i complained on the app but they didn't listen. I had to cancel it before the departure of the train but I couldn't cancel the Tickets because servers were down for 2 days. It's been a year and they never refunded my money. I'm attaching the proofs. Kindly help me.

Actually I have done one transaction on 27January 2021 at 4:22pm which was amounting Rs 5700. Even the amount was also deducted from my account and the receiver was also got the message but not the amount.Now it’s almost 28 days and still the amount is not credited to my account.

I am Dr. Henu Kumar Verma writing this mail to bring to your notice that my wife Neha Verma has an account in PNB Bank today morning at 12.10 pm; she received a message regarding the debit transaction of 9999 rupees on mobile (through debit card number XXXX8204), which was not done by us. In this regard, we moved to PNB bank and filed the application to block the card, and registered the fraud case, and also we get the bank statement.
In the bank statement (Attached), we noticed that these transactions amount money stored in PHONE PAY WALLET (REF NO.[protected].
In this regard, I would like to request you kindly check into this matter as soon as possible and file a cybercrime against this account holder. And also, I would like to request you to help in reimburse the money.

In the meantime, if you need any information, kindly let me know A soon as possible

My account was blocked. When I was trying to block my wallet. And there are 8007rs in wallet then I spoke to customer service then he said that we will reactivate your account than after some day I have been waited but that not solved and then service representative said your wallet is not blocked but account was blocked by yourself and it can't be reactivate, whenever we will have this function we will do for you in future. Indirectly nothing can be happen then I call them again and for talk to the senior exucative and he said you would to see your account may be refunded I said no it's not refunded etc. And the query is continuing... Please someone help me

I received a call from [protected] this number and he said that you have won cashback of 3250 rs from Phone pe and to receive that cashback you need to check your notification in phonepe app and when i said no to him he started abusing and was speaking in very rude tune . Phonepe please take action against such fraudsters who are defaming phonepe
