I had done one lakh rupees transaction on Jan 18th 2021, but due to "Daily limit reached" error transaction got failed. Complained to both SBI, NPCI and Phonepe, Phonepe is saying money is with bank. NPCI is saying amount is credited to receiver. But receiver also did not get any money. We are worried about this issue.

I transferred RS 25, 000/- to Mr Subash K vide phonepe app on 19 Dec 2020, and the amount has been debited from my account on 20 Dec 2020. But the amount has not yet been credited to recipient account or returned to my account. Details of transaction are as under :-

I booked railway tickets for date 7 march 2020 from PHONEPE on 7 feb 2020. But my plan cancelled on 6th march and so I had to cancel the tickets. At that time, Yes bank fraud happened and PHONEPE servers became unavailable. I couldn't open the app to cancel my tickets. I contacted IRCTC but they said they said you can only cancel the ticket from the platform (PHONEPE) you booked it. I called their customer care but they said we can't do anything....

1st wen i installed phone pe then i was getting cash back. now a days rewards are rummy, lenskart, amozan, bla bla bla...i dont like this type of rewards......

My rrfund from phonepe which was initiated at 3/2/2021 have not received. In prievios complaint it is marked as resolved i dont know how?...

Actually I have done one transaction on 27January 2021 at 4:22pm which was amounting Rs 5700. Even the amount was also deducted from my account and the receiver was also got the message but not the amount.Now it’s almost 28 days and still the amount is not credited to my account....

Refund done on 3/2/2021 by phonepe have not been received to my account. Max date for refund was 12/2/202q...
