    Dear sir,

    I have initiated a transfer on[protected] for the amount of Rs.2000. My transaction ID is T2102081934566176170182 for this transaction it was showing pending till yesterday that is before 48 hrs. Once after 48 hrs completed from the initiated time it has changed to successful automatically. But still the payment is showing processing. I want my amount to e refunded as soon as possible. kindly do the needful

                My father was cheated by phone pe customer care employee...On 7th nov 2020...My father called at cc of phone pe...To enquire about a transaction...Their employee said ...Yes sir, that payment was on hold from our side...Plz share your bank details...And then my father shared his details to them thought he will genuinely help him...That man from phonepe cc...Called my father from two different numbers...By saying ...My senior will talk to youand so on ...My father shared bank details with them...And 15cmins. Later he received a message that rs 22000 was deducted from your bank account...Immediately my father informed the icici bank shalimar bagh cc that ( and explained all the incident) the cc executive of icici bank said we will inform you within 45 days...After 45 days they said this amount is deducted from your account...It's so shameful that now customer care executive...Are doing fraud 😡😡😡😡

                  One person called me and he told me that he is an Phonepe executive and after that he told me that I have got an cashback of 4999rs, and told me to click that and after it got paid, and when i asked him that, this has been debited from my bank, then after that he told me that it was his mistake and try again and your money will be refunded with cashback and again i paid them.
                  This incident happened on 5th FEB 2021 and i have also informed to phonepe .
                  The numbers from which i got called are [protected], [protected].
                  He also gave me id card of phonepay.

                          This is a company which do not bother any action on customers query and wait for time to resolve the issue. They will send u nice ticket no like[protected] for me with sweet words but do not know what to do after that and keep mum.My issue is described hereinunder:

                          AA)For One IPO namely Indigo paints which completed allotment on 28th Jan 2021, two Hold have been made one in ICICI Bank and one in Idfcfirst Bank. How can u have two bank account hold for one IPO?? Yes if you use Phonepe you can have.
                          BB) Let me describe what happened. UPI was used to hold funds in default bank Idfcfirst Bank but got a message ‘’ something happened, Try again’’. I tried again and this time selected another Bank namely ICICI. The message came that auto pay is successful.
                          CC) Since there is no allotment, On 29th Jan 2021 my hold has been removed from ICICI Bank. But still there is a hold in my Idfcfirst Bank for Rs 14900.
                          DD) Hold is normally released through NPCI UPI but in this case there appears to be no record of the hold in IDFCFIRST Bank. Also two hold cannot be there for one application. Thus this issue is unique and I find nobody knows the solution and want to enjoy and do nothing till the expiry date of hold 9th Feb2021.
                          EE) Now on the expiry date how the hold gets released is not known to anyone including the Banker, Phonepe and they want to enjoy till that when they will be forced to use their brain of course if it there. Otherwise as sual they will keep mum

                            I close my phonepe wallet but refund was not done even 24 hours. I topup my wallet through my debit card of rs 600. Phonepe claims that after closure refund was done right afrer you close. So please help me and i want my refund fast. Phonepe shows that they refunded but my bank statement doesn't shows that refund.

                              I have did the recharge of 149 of jio but money is debited from bank account but recharge is still showing processing after completing 3 days i want my refund or the recharge done successfull. My ticket id is #[protected] i have contacted there customer service support they said we will contact soon but still after 3 days no call from them even i have called there customer care number they are not receiving call this is worst please help me with this this app is worst.

                                Respected sir/madam
                                Am sampath i made a payment of 500 to my friend on 14th jan 2021 but it got failed and money debited from my account phone pe team said i will get refund with in 3 days but I didn't get till then I am complaining number of times but no response from them. This happened previously also as it is small amount i didn't care about but it's going same process. So please take action on phone pe there are lakhs of small transcrations to which phone pe not refunding and getting profits from innocent people money.

                                    Payment of ₹199 debited from my phonepe account for a jio recharge on 02/02/2021 its been over 10 hours now still the recharge is not processed by Jio neither i got a refund from phonepe. My ticket number for the transaction is N2102021925413984327603 on phonepe app. This is the worst customer service experience ever.
