I have did the recharge of 149 of jio but money is debited from bank account but recharge is still showing processing after completing 3 days i want my refund or the recharge done successfull. My ticket id is #[protected] i have contacted there customer service support they said we will contact soon but still after 3 days no call from them even i have called there customer care number they are not receiving call this is worst please help me with this this app is worst.

    Respected sir/madam
    Am sampath i made a payment of 500 to my friend on 14th jan 2021 but it got failed and money debited from my account phone pe team said i will get refund with in 3 days but I didn't get till then I am complaining number of times but no response from them. This happened previously also as it is small amount i didn't care about but it's going same process. So please take action on phone pe there are lakhs of small transcrations to which phone pe not refunding and getting profits from innocent people money.

      Sir, I have done transaction with phone pe, money was deducted but not reflected the recievers bank, phonepe customer also not allow my problem, that was a very poor customer service, sir please as soon as possible solveemy issue 🙏

        Payment of ₹199 debited from my phonepe account for a jio recharge on 02/02/2021 its been over 10 hours now still the recharge is not processed by Jio neither i got a refund from phonepe. My ticket number for the transaction is N2102021925413984327603 on phonepe app. This is the worst customer service experience ever.

            I paid electricity bill using phone pe it showed debiting of amount nd will be refunded within 7 days but it has been longer than that so pls check the problem nd refund my money back from Indian bank account

                            Phonepe executive raghvendra bajaj (mo-[protected]) call me and phonepe give a rs. 7500 cashback and he use my mobile via anydesk application he hack my mobile and rs.7500 rs.9500 rs.285 rs. 6500 fraud repectively on 23/01/2021 and he sent me massage on[protected] and your rs. 31000 payment on pending at rbl bank and he said to me you have to rs.23785 and rs. 8888 transction by upi repectively other wise your payment not refund in your (my) account.

                              I purchased shared bk plan and invested my money in that
                              according to Shared Bk agreement.
                              "from the date of rental bicycle investors will be provide
                              rental services for the equipment purchased by shared BK.
                              The less period is 90 days, the daily profit is 160 rupees and
                              the total profit is 1440 Rupees".
                              and didn't provide me services perfectly as it promised to
                              me, But it cheated me and scammed and runaway with
                              my money. I invested my money in shared BK because it
                              connected to trusted gateway phonepe, so please refund my
                              amount in my account,

                                I made a transaction of rupees 5000/- on phonepe and the amount was debited from my account and not credited to the second party. I registered the complaint on the next day but no response from the part of company. Now I was used to call the customer service number everyday and the thing that they are saying is to wait for more days and like they have nothing to do.

                                  The date of incident happend on 16th January 2021. I transferred Rs.20000 amount to my relative(Nagendra) to UPI payments enabled phone number. the transaction is successful but the amount was not received to my relative. the amount has funded to another account. the account name is showing in phone pe as Kuresa Khatun. The phone number is my relatives number. how was anothers account details linked to my relative phone number. the phone number is also using by my relative(Nagendra) only. So please requesting you to kindly recover my amount from Kuresa Khatun. and please refund my amount of Rs.20000 only.

                                    Hi I am regular user of phonepe and all of sudden account got locked out and when I contacted customer care it is said that it is blocked for security reasons.

                                    I have no information why it got blocked and without any prior notice or information
