I transferred 1000rs.but it failed. Money is debited from my account.now a day it is not refunded....

I have an phonepe account with [protected], i submitted a request a year back to close my account attached with above phone number but today when i go and check it still active and my KYC also there, due to this i am holding this number unnecessary from last 1 year.
And afraid of missuse of my KYC with phonepe.
I need a legal action, how he hold my account and details without my permission...

I have closed my PhonePe wallet on 11th November 2020, but money from which account i have credited the wallet with has yet not been refunded yet.

I have wrote them several tickets but i have not been able to get my money back till date

What am i suppose to do?

My account suddenly logged out when i try to sell the gold which i purchased.When i try to log in again i got a message as your account is blocked. i raised a ticket on that and no customer support person replied on my complaint....

please see through it and guide us to right direction....

I have recharged on MTNL of rupees 145 but it is an successful...

Had made payment of creditcard payment (HDFC bank) through upi app (Phonepe). The amount is deducted from my bank account and transaction successful receipt is generated, but i did't get mail or message of of my creditcard payment. After that i raised complain to phonepe via. App and also by mail.
The details of transaction is as below:

I was using phone pay app suddenly a message pop up came on screen, i accidentally selected pay, that's where mistake happened.

I am a victim of fraud yesterday from my phone pe INR 25000 was transferred to other account and I don't know the name of the person neither I had meet him ever. I realize when u had received notification on my mobile that my hard earn money was transferred which I was keeping in my bank for Diwali. I had filed a complaint with cyber crime team and RBI and also notified my Bank and Phonepe team. Attached are the snapshot...

For an emergency I transfered to an company but still not received by the receiver bank, , if it's not done then amount must refund to Me instead of that why u r doing like this, , , this is not an good coz we do payment for an urgent requirement, , so pls look into this matter as early as possible, , , if not then we will uninstall this apps will not use anymore, , ,

On[protected] I have done a transaction of Rs.29000 from SBI account using phonepe but till now amount has not been credited.Contacted phonepe that are saying contact ban.Went to bank they are saying contact phonepe.Please do the needful.It’s been a month

I am Dimanshu Bakshi, user of Phonepe application ( [protected]).I made a payment of Rs.6263 against my Canara Bank Credit Card (5247XXXXXXXX8008) on 29th November 12:09am ( UPI Reference no[protected] from Phonepe by using Paytm Payments Bank's UPI. But it's been 12 days and nothing has been done.
I raised a ticket but that was not helpful
and later I called Canara Bank Customer care they told they haven't received anything...

I performed a transaction today (6/11/2020).
PhonePe showed transaction successful. I checked my bank transactions separately and yes, the amount was deducted.

It's been more than an hour but the merchant hasn't received the amount....

I have paid flipkart through upi using phonepe my money got deducted but not recieved by the merchant.my bank is saying that the third party app is responsible for that which is phonepe.and flipkart also told us to eaise dispute against thos transaction on phonepe app.but phonepe is not doing anything to resolve this matter....
