I tried to pay Electricity Bill from PhonePe. But as soon as the payment was done and money got deducted, it still shows that the Bill is not paid. The UPI Reference no, is[protected]. I did neither got my money back since then and nor my bill was paid successfully.

Dear Sir,

On 10th November I want to transfer Rs. 10k to my cousin brother but wrongly transferred this amount in other person account.

Now Mr. Rahul Thakur is denying to return this amount.
I have raised a complaint on phonepe support but till date not get any call or update.

I also visited my SBI Bank branch and Bank is saying that Phonepe will return this amount.

I'm user of Phonepee and I got a scratch card worth 498 link with Phonepee and after entering the scratch card my money got deducted 498 twice from my account and I lost 996 .I have rise the issue to Phonepee support also but I got no further information.
So can I get my refund back as soon as possible.

I have not initiated any transaction to this person on or around the mentioned date. I have done the online transaction from phonepe on 17.11.2020 of Rs. 5000.00, due to technical issue transaction failed, so many times i call your customer care, they tell me to speak to your bank, i also speak to my bank they tell me, phonepe is 3rd person, bank not help you for that UPI transaction, so i request you to please help me and refund my money asap.
