4 transactions of RS 2000/- done on 17/11/2020 through Phone PE upi to mobile no - [protected], but all transactions got failed. A/c - [protected] of Krunal Sonkusare however amt has not been credited to my account.

        While transfering through phone pe my money debited 50k from my SBI account but it's not credited to my brother account. And big thing phone pe showing transaction is successful..

        They r saying transaction successful now we can't do anything. I visited both sender and receiver bank. But they also told we can't do anything about this transaction, phone pe is 3rd party of this transaction so bank well not help.. I want complete solution about this transaction.

                I have an phonepe account with [protected], i submitted a request a year back to close my account attached with above phone number but today when i go and check it still active and my KYC also there, due to this i am holding this number unnecessary from last 1 year.
                And afraid of missuse of my KYC with phonepe.
                I need a legal action, how he hold my account and details without my permission

                  Hello,
                  I have closed my PhonePe wallet on 11th November 2020, but money from which account i have credited the wallet with has yet not been refunded yet.

                  I have wrote them several tickets but i have not been able to get my money back till date

                  What am i suppose to do?

                    My account suddenly logged out when i try to sell the gold which i purchased.When i try to log in again i got a message as your account is blocked. i raised a ticket on that and no customer support person replied on my complaint.

                              Had made payment of creditcard payment (HDFC bank) through upi app (Phonepe). The amount is deducted from my bank account and transaction successful receipt is generated, but i did't get mail or message of of my creditcard payment. After that i raised complain to phonepe via. App and also by mail.

                                  Hi Team,
                                  I am a victim of fraud yesterday from my phone pe INR 25000 was transferred to other account and I don't know the name of the person neither I had meet him ever. I realize when u had received notification on my mobile that my hard earn money was transferred which I was keeping in my bank for Diwali. I had filed a complaint with cyber crime team and RBI and also notified my Bank and Phonepe team. Attached are the snapshot of the transaction that was never done by me

                                    For an emergency I transfered to an company but still not received by the receiver bank, , if it's not done then amount must refund to Me instead of that why u r doing like this, , , this is not an good coz we do payment for an urgent requirement, , so pls look into this matter as early as possible, , , if not then we will uninstall this apps will not use anymore, , ,

                                    Last night I done that transaction still on hold not an proper response from u all

                                        I am Dimanshu Bakshi, user of Phonepe application ( [protected]).I made a payment of Rs.6263 against my Canara Bank Credit Card (5247XXXXXXXX8008) on 29th November 12:09am ( UPI Reference no[protected] from Phonepe by using Paytm Payments Bank's UPI. But it's been 12 days and nothing has been done.
                                        I raised a ticket but that was not helpful
                                        and later I called Canara Bank Customer care they told they haven't received anything and also told me that it might be a gateway problem and the phonepe is responsible for that.
                                        So hereby I am requesting you to refund my amount as soon as possible.
