On Oct 29th, phone pay transaction has done to Sri Venkateswara textiles it has shown transaction was successful but money did not reach merchant side...

My balance of Rs.34399.04 got deducted during paying of LIC insurance premimum payment got failed on 6th october 2020 from my hdfc bank account via phone pe using my debit card, its been 28 days but i did not receive my money back please help me to get my money back..

i have raised complaint in phone pe but
they are saying to talk to your bank and banker say talk to third party app phone pe but no one can return my money back please help

I received a upi payment of Rs 1915 on 29th Oct. It is showing payment successful but it has not been credited to my account. Neither phonepe nor bank (Bank of Baroda) helping me.

Hi Team,
I have recharged 500 rs for tatasky twice from my phonepe mobile app on 17th October 2020 and both the time the transaction got failed at tatasky account, even though it says transaction successful and the amount has been deducted from my bank account but the tata sky account did not get recharged. it's been 14 + days now and i did not get a refund also please take necessary action and escalate this issue.

Sir, Yesterday I send Rs 6333/- towards payment of hdfc credit card bill the amount has been deducted from my bank account but the same has not been credited to credit card account.
