        Hi.
        I performed a transaction today (6/11/2020).
        PhonePe showed transaction successful. I checked my bank transactions separately and yes, the amount was deducted.

        It's been more than an hour but the merchant hasn't received the amount.
        PhonePe customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

          I have paid flipkart through upi using phonepe my money got deducted but not recieved by the merchant.my bank is saying that the third party app is responsible for that which is phonepe.and flipkart also told us to eaise dispute against thos transaction on phonepe app.but phonepe is not doing anything to resolve this matter.

                      I paid my credit card bill on 27th Oct 2020.. I got message that it will take 48 hrs to my bank.. But it didn't happen.. on 29th Oct 2020 I contacted customer care but only a ticket is created for this no resolution till.. they just postponing the dates and no solution.. please help to get refund of my money

                        I recived call to day from phone pe customer care a fraud call saying abot cash back 1999 in my phone pe account to redeeem it kindly pay the amount . From phone number[protected] rahul sharma but gotdeducted my account rs 1999 .kindly pay us amount .

                              Hi Team,
                              I have recharged 500 rs for tatasky twice from my phonepe mobile app on 17th October 2020 and both the time the transaction got failed at tatasky account, even though it says transaction successful and the amount has been deducted from my bank account but the tata sky account did not get recharged. it's been 14 + days now and i did not get a refund also please take necessary action and escalate this issue.

                                  I had made recharge on V! . Money is debited from my account and it showing that the transaction is pending from 3 days . Money is not refunded to my account .
                                  Another transaction on booking train tickets . I had file the TDR and i get the confirmation mail that the ticket is cancelled and collect the money from agent, till now phonepe is not refunded my money . Phonepe is not giving me correct solution for my problem . I had two refunded transactions on pending.

                                    I have received call from frauded call he told that he has to transfer amount to my brother account since my brother phonepe account is not working he wants to transfer the same to my phonepe account.
                                    he has share a bankof baroda QR code .

                                    i have wrongly scan the same three times .
                                    am amount equal to Rs.25000 has been debited from my account.
                                    i have complain immediately to phonepe customer care they have not give satisfactory reply.

                                      My name is Ronak Gandhi and I had ordered a Product for Rs 652 on Flipkart and paid money via Phonepe on 16th Oct 2020 and on 18th Oct 2020 I returned this order due to personal reasons. And on 19th Oct 2020 Phonepe initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number

                                        I Had Put An Advetisement In Olx For A Sale Of My Cupboard. In The Evening, I Received A Call From One Person Saying His Name Is Suresh Kumar And Would Like To Buy My Cupboard. He Sent Me An Army Voucher Saying It Was A Voucher. Phonepe App Got Opened Automatically And The Phonepe App Got Stuck And Then I Received A Call From The Person Saying The Amount Has Been Debited From His Account And To Check My Balance. While Checking My Balance I Noticed The Whole Amount In My Account Had Been Washed Off By PhonePe UPI Method. Phonepe Should Not Entertain These Vouchers And Should Take Appropriate Actions Against These Vouchers And Frauds.
