Hi Team,
I have recharged 500 rs for tatasky twice from my phonepe mobile app on 17th October 2020 and both the time the transaction got failed at tatasky account, even though it says transaction successful and the amount has been deducted from my bank account but the tata sky account did not get recharged. it's been 14 + days now and i did not get a refund also please take necessary action and escalate this issue.

Now when i call customer support of phonepe they ask me to check tatasky support care and visa versa without any resolution its been more than 2 weeks now.
