On 15th October 2020, I have transferred Rs.20, 000/- from my Kotak Mahindra bank account to the State bank of India account via Phonepe. On Phonepe application it is showing the transaction is successful but the money till not credited to the receiver (SBI)account.

I contacted customer support of phone pe but they said the transaction is successful from their side so check with SBI (receiver) bank. But SBI bank executives...

I'm phone pe user today I got fraud call from this number[protected] and he introduced himself as deepak Kumar and he asking to me is am using phone pe when I said yes he said I'm working at phone pe and you some money on your account and he is trying to ask some information but I come to know while talking that this is some fraud call I got so I just decline him so at last he said to me ki agar account se paisa udh jae to phir chillam chilli mat krna. So I want you to please take some action regarding this phone number so that others will be safe and not getting this type of threaten. I also request you to take some strict action regarding this phone number so that this type of phone number caller will feel some fear if they dare to do so. Below I also send screenshot of that fraud number and please please do some strict action regarding this phone number. So that I am also feel free from this type of fear and others also

I had transferred a amount of 5850 from phonepe upi to other bank account but the transaction shows successful in phonpe transaction section but the amount not transferred to the receiver and the time passed is 72 hour, i complaint over phonpe helpline but they told its not our issue and you have to contact on upi and i can't help you.

Transferd 1000brs to my friends account she didn't get the amount but got deducted from mine. Already registered complaint in your site but no response. Looking forward for your response. Also registered complaint in my bank but they told they are helpless in case of 3rd party transfer.

But in ixigo there is nothing showing on the application about my ticket

I week before my account linked with my number so when iam adding bank account in phone pe it's showing Ur account not linked with this number from my bank side no problem Iwhat the problem??

Hi sir I have a phonepe account.on 18th July i paid my credit card bill for the amount 9715 but till now it has not been received my beneficiary ICICI Bank. transaction was successful and amount was deducted from my Punjab national Bank please do the needful

Phone pay fraud caller call to me for giving cashback in phone pay but he was requested to pay.
Please register my complaint agaist fraud person for saving money from them.

Hi, just now I checked with concern people, but still the amount has not yet credited to him. Please let me know on which bank account the amount has been credited and in which date. So it will be very helpful to me to crosscheck once.

Today my brother in law has transferred rs.10000/- to [protected] bank of baroda a/c, pune transaction also successful transaction id P2010151222149722818298 . But till not credited to the my account. Contacted customer support of phone pe and raised ticket no[protected]. But issue is till pending. Kindly look into the issue. Transaction in my brother's account 3000 rupees in transaction is pending money is not giving to in my brothers account any my account note refund

After transferring 10, 000 rupees to phonepe wallet, i am unable to use the amount though the ekyc is completed.

The customer care person is unable provide clear answers nor able to connect with higher officer to give proper resolution. They are saying that they cannot give anytime line to have the problem resolved.
