I have made a transaction on 6th October 2020 for rupees 1, 00, 000 from my SBI Account to my own another Karnataka Bank Account. The Transaction ID is P2010062255444907686524. Though the amount was debited from my SBI account, the amount not yet credited in my Karnataka Bank Account. I've complaint PhonePe but they are saying that to contact SBI as Phonepe does not have control over the fund transfer. However if we contacted SBI Branch where the account exist as well as through online SBI complaint portal. They are saying that Phonepe is a third party app, the amount debited from our account is redirected to phonepe and SBI does not have control over the same post this transaction.
Because of two of them my amount of Rs.100000 held in between from 6th October 2020 to till date.
Kindly request you to initiate the necessary action & do the needfull.

Mai PhonePe user hue. Aaaj muze yis no.(+91 [protected]) se phone aaya tha. MUze bola ki aap ko PhonePe ki tarf se Rewards mila hai. Aapka name hai and aapka PhonePe no. ye hai and aapke mobile phone me 2 nos. used hora hai. Aap current no. se baat kar rahe hai yish liye aap ko OTP nahi yaraha hai. Aap anpna second no. de jishpe aapko OTP bhej diya jayega. Muze Fraud call aate hai pata tha yishiliye maine use mera dushra no. nahi diya. To ushne gali galochh suru kar diya. Phir maine no. call kaat diya.
Kya Bharat me aise fraud call karne walo ko panhished or aise logo ki complaint karne ke liye... koyi portal or law hai. Jo aise fraud karne waloko rokh sake.
Agar aise koyi portal or law hai jaha pe humlog comlaint kar sakte hai to please bataaye...
