My name is Ronak Gandhi and I had ordered a Product for Rs 652 on Flipkart and paid money via Phonepe on 16th Oct 2020 and on 18th Oct 2020 I returned this order due to personal reasons. And on 19th Oct 2020 Phonepe initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
Refund ID:[protected] & Reference number P2010191621465217428337 ARN Number - 75503720294043037978451 and told me to fill charge dispute form but Indian Bank doesn't have such a policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

    I Had Put An Advetisement In Olx For A Sale Of My Cupboard. In The Evening, I Received A Call From One Person Saying His Name Is Suresh Kumar And Would Like To Buy My Cupboard. He Sent Me An Army Voucher Saying It Was A Voucher. Phonepe App Got Opened Automatically And The Phonepe App Got Stuck And Then I Received A Call From The Person Saying The Amount Has Been Debited From His Account And To Check My Balance. While Checking My Balance I Noticed The Whole Amount In My Account Had Been Washed Off By PhonePe UPI Method. Phonepe Should Not Entertain These Vouchers And Should Take Appropriate Actions Against These Vouchers And Frauds.

        Sir, Yesterday I send Rs 6333/- towards payment of hdfc credit card bill the amount has been deducted from my bank account but the same has not been credited to credit card account.

            I had installed the app recently and topped up the wallet with Rs2000. I want to reduce the amount to Rs1000. Please advise as to how this can be done and my bank account credited back with the excess amount.

              Sir, I paid Rs 60, 000 from Phonepe's UPI ID number [protected] @ ybl on sbilife on October 21, 2020 at 9:23 pm, whose UTR number is[protected] and Transaction ID P2010212123147734938718 which is not yet paid in the policy. Has not happened nor has come back to the account, please request to take appropriate action and please resolve the problem immediately.

                I had booked two tickets from IRCTC app and chosen phonepe as payment option. Later on I cancelled my tickets. I received mail from IRCTC of refund to my account but phonpe account is not showing the refund balance. It has been more then 12 days.

                  I have made a transaction on 6th October 2020 for rupees 1, 00, 000 from my SBI Account to my own another Karnataka Bank Account. The Transaction ID is P2010062255444907686524. Though the amount was debited from my SBI account, the amount not yet credited in my Karnataka Bank Account. I've complaint PhonePe but they are saying that to contact SBI as Phonepe does not have control over the fund transfer. However if we contacted SBI Branch where the account exist as well as through online SBI complaint portal. They are saying that Phonepe is a third party app, the amount debited from our account is redirected to phonepe and SBI does not have control over the same post this transaction.
                  Because of two of them my amount of Rs.100000 held in between from 6th October 2020 to till date.
                  Kindly request you to initiate the necessary action & do the needfull.

                      What the hell I lost my money for the 2 times I have done my recharge but I didn't happen and my 600 are debited from my account yesterday I call to ur costumer care and he told that it will be refunded with in 24 hours but I didn't received and again I have recharge rs : 300 again it debited from my account and again my recharge was not happen what this happing to phonepe haa I want my money

                            I received a phone call on 21/10/2020 from someone called Sonu & I got a friend called Sonu as well. So i got confused and he asked my phone pay number and took the money from my Phonepay wallet on 21/10/2020.The person who took the money from my wallet called "Bambootreetechonologyprivatelimited.[protected]@sbi I am sending you the attached files and Kindly resolve the issue and pay my money as soon as possible.

                              Dear Sir,

                              There is a refund from phonepe to flipkart pay later of 276 initiated on 07.10.2020 and 762 initiated on 11.10.2020 but flipkart pay later have not credited my account. If I ask phonepe they are asking to contact flipkart pay later and flipkart pay later is asking to contact phonepe. Please do solve it
