I have made a transaction on 6th October 2020 for rupees 1, 00, 000 from my SBI Account to my own another Karnataka Bank Account. The Transaction ID is P2010062255444907686524. Though the amount was debited from my SBI account, the amount not yet credited in my Karnataka Bank Account. I've complaint PhonePe but they are saying that to contact SBI as Phonepe does not have control over the fund transfer. However if we contacted SBI Branch where the account exist as well as through online SBI complaint portal. They are saying that Phonepe is a third party app, the amount debited from our account is redirected to phonepe and SBI does not have control over the same post this transaction.
Because of two of them my amount of Rs.100000 held in between from 6th October 2020 to till date.
Kindly request you to initiate the necessary action & do the needfull.

Amount debited on 21/10/2020 but till now not credited into receiver account
i have send to correct mobile number but till now amount has not credited
what is the reason for this please solve my problem.

What the hell I lost my money for the 2 times I have done my recharge but I didn't happen and my 600 are debited from my account yesterday I call to ur costumer care and he told that it will be refunded with in 24 hours but I didn't received and again I have recharge rs : 300 again it debited from my account and again my recharge was not happen what this happing to phonepe haa I want my money

When I open my scratch card I got reward of Rs.557 later when I open my account it's debited from my bank accounts but not credited. Please Refund back my Money Rs 557

Transaction dated 5th October for Rs 11, 000/- and Transaction dated 18th October for Rs 17240/-, both shown successful on Phone pe app but not yet credited into the respective recipient's account. Concern raised several times with Phone pe, but not yet resolved.

I received a phone call on 21/10/2020 from someone called Sonu & I got a friend called Sonu as well. So i got confused and he asked my phone pay number and took the money from my Phonepay wallet on 21/10/2020.The person who took the money from my wallet called "Bambootreetechonologyprivatelimited.[protected]@sbi I am sending you the attached files and Kindly resolve the issue and pay my money as soon as possible.

There is a refund from phonepe to flipkart pay later of 276 initiated on 07.10.2020 and 762 initiated on 11.10.2020 but flipkart pay later have not credited my account. If I ask phonepe they are asking to contact flipkart pay later and flipkart pay later is asking to contact phonepe. Please do solve it

I have last 2 week transaction account phone pe to other account my account money dedicated and successful but reciver acount not going money. I try to contact phone pey customer care and sbi Bank pranch no boday tak responsibility . so pls my money rebound or sent same acount pls help me

That guys highly cheating with the name of bajaj finance loan agent I am losing the 2200 rs i am transfer to money through the phone pay app. That fraud guy mobile number so please block that account. Please help to me sir i am a below middle class person Pls help me🙏 sir

Hey I made a credit card payment 9f rupees 370 /- from phonepe app... transaction is showing successful and amount is debited from my account but still my amount is not credited in my credit card account more than 24hrs gone..

I m manish saini from harinagar ashram.here is the no of fraud person -[protected] he was called me for phone pay cashback and he said pay 2499 rupees and then u have got cashback .he said try 3-4 time and whenever i pay different time then amount is increasing like 5999, 7899, 9899 etc. My 30000 amount going on fraud perosn.

He is posing as a PhonePe customer care personnel and telling me cashback offers for my latest transaction. I don't how he came to know about my latest PhonePe transaction attempts. Please see the attached screenshot with his Whatsapp status and phone number. He is a scammer. I told him I'm reporting his number to the cybercrime cell and then he started abusing me. Please get a hold of this person.I am scared o[censored]sing PhonePe due to such incidents. Please help.

On 15th October 2020, I have transferred Rs.20, 000/- from my Kotak Mahindra bank account to the State bank of India account via Phonepe. On Phonepe application it is showing the transaction is successful but the money till not credited to the receiver (SBI)account.

I contacted customer support of phone pe but they said the transaction is successful from their side so check with SBI (receiver) bank. But SBI bank executives...

I'm phone pe user today I got fraud call from this number[protected] and he introduced himself as deepak Kumar and he asking to me is am using phone pe when I said yes he said I'm working at phone pe and you some money on your account and he is trying to ask some information but I come to know while talking that this is some fraud call I got so I just decline him so at last he said to me ki agar account se paisa udh jae to phir chillam chilli mat krna. So I want you to please take some action regarding this phone number so that others will be safe and not getting this type of threaten. I also request you to take some strict action regarding this phone number so that this type of phone number caller will feel some fear if they dare to do so. Below I also send screenshot of that fraud number and please please do some strict action regarding this phone number. So that I am also feel free from this type of fear and others also

I had transferred a amount of 5850 from phonepe upi to other bank account but the transaction shows successful in phonpe transaction section but the amount not transferred to the receiver and the time passed is 72 hour, i complaint over phonpe helpline but they told its not our issue and you have to contact on upi and i can't help you.
