Transaction money was debited from my account but the application was not submitted successfully it was error that displayed on the screen.

    Yesterday i received a call from [protected] (TrueCaller:Rahul Kumar). Asking the details regarding Phonepe, etc.
    As i'm aware enough for the ongoing frauds. I tried to gather info from him. But he was quick enough to understand my tactics and started abusing. Also have a small call recording. Please aware others, to avoid this theft. Inform Cyberpolice to take action immediately.

          Dear Sir,
          I received an anonymous phone call from the mobile no. [protected], stating that I am calling from Phonepe company and you have won a cashback of Rs. 4999 from our company which is lying pending in your account, click on the notification tab and you will get your cash back. On checking the notificationn tab I found that there were two options decline or Pay against some credit card bill Payment, I understood it is a fraud call and didnt click on payment option rather lodged a compliant bearing no. 2193062 on 100 No. and briefed the incidence to them. Phonepe should take immediate action against such fraudulent actions going on in their name and they should take prompt action so that data of it's users are not leaked.

              Status of all the transactions are successful as in attached screenshot but still amounts of above three transactions are yet not credited to beneficiary account.

              Its a very large amount for me so please look into this ....

                      Dear sir,
                      i have made a transaction of 11800 on[protected] using phonepe app and app showing transaction failed but amount is debited from my account and still not credited.. i have complained this on phonepe customer support but the are telling me that your bank will be handle this transaction so u should complain your bank . then i complain to bank customer support and they are telling me that phonepe will manage your transaction ... i am just hanging between both the team so please guide me how will i recover that amount.

                        Dear sir,
                        In the phone pe app, offer of a cashback for rs.5000 from get [protected]@ybl.
                        By doing a transaction of P200720183327666249854.
                        I followed as per the instructions in the Phonepe but instead of receive cashback the amount got deducted from my account.
                        I hope my complaint resolve as soon as possible

                                  I had my a payment via PhonePe to Bharatpe merchant (BHARATPE.[protected]@indus)
                                  That person told me he ll be giving service once advance payment is done. I have made the advance payment and that person has blocked me. I have been trying to contact PhonePe customer support from past 5 days still no response. I have lost my ₹2000 because of PhonePe not supporting me. Or talking any quick action on cyber crime.                                     I have received message in my cell no. [protected] from Cell No. 91 [protected] today at 12:52 hrs regarding pre KYC expired. even though i am not using the phone pay and no app downloaded in my phone.
                                    I have received call from the cell no.[protected] today at 3:28 p.m. and where call last up to 4 min 3 sec. The customer care executive started using abusive language as i am not using and willing to do any thing. He again called me 3:33 p.m. and call last for 2 min 10 sec. he continued with abusive language.

                                    I have recorded the call as proof and logged complain here after google search.
