My friend has transferred 2000 rs. From his SBI bank to my BOB bank acc.through phonepe app. Although it shows 2000rs.credited in my phonepe but doesn't refects in bank acc. All 3 entity didn't entertain my complain...kindly consider it

    I had made transation of SBI to BOB both are my account through UPI App (PhonePe). The amount is deducted from my bank account and transaction successful receipt is generated, but I did't get BOB fund. So I contact phonepe company, they said that contavt to BOB, BOB sayswehave not received any payment. After that I raised complain to PhonePe via. App and also by mail. They always tell me for wait for so more time and more than 7 das lapsed but they are not resolving the problem.
    The details of transaction is as below:

      On 30 th I made a upi payment it showing as success but amount not credited to the reciever account I called many times no response from phone pay they given one day time but already 3 days over kindly help me as am in medical emergency

        Sir.
        i'm send 4000.00 rupees by phone pay to Mr. MANOJ KUMAR MAHARANA"S phone pay account. so my money is debited from my SBI account no. but reciever account is not credited by phone pay only message is recieved the reciever mr. manoj kumar,
        i have 7 time complaint book near phone pay supporter ans SBI customer supporter but... any one can't solve it

          Yesterday i have transferred rs. 15000 each... total 30000 to federal bank a/c, Kerala ransaction also successful. But till not credited to the receiver account. Transaction nos are p2010011127455275167694 and p2010011126228816628961

            Saheb, yesterday on 01/10/2020, ek phone aavya tha phone pay customer par thi Aisha bola tha ki apke account me cashback kar rahe he hum baad me Maine notification check kiya aur ushke baad mere phonepay me saving sbi account se 39999 rs. Ka fraud Ho Gaya

                  Please find enclosed herewith the five attachment.
                  Sir I have done Rs. 700 Upi payment through Phone pay app. Amount debit in my bank account but merchant account not credit. As per merchant asked no msg received in this regard. Marchant show your statement but amount not reflect . (Statement Attached) My tranction time 06:38 PM and dated 25.09.2020. Your customer care asked payment credited marchant bank account but marchant statement did not show Rs. 700 in statement. I am already complaint my concern bank. Please resolve issue the earlier and charge back in my bank account. If amount credited in marchant account please disclose above amount entry.

                    I had made one payment through phone pe it was on pending for 8 hrs and after that phone pe showing it successful but receiver said he has not received money.I also raised ticket to phone pe but no use.

                      I have transferred money to my brother account through phonepe, the transaction show success message amount transfer successfully to kotkoju narendrachary but that amount not credited in his account. That amount credited another person account. They are showing front end right person name and transfer to another person in background.

                          Amount 5, 500 Rs deducted on 23 Sep (6:08) and the transaction was successful but amount not reached to the receiver’s bank yet. Every time I get a reply from your support team plz wait for 24 hr and now today 5 days passed and still money not credited to th receivers bank.
                          So look into this issue and give a proper service for this kind of issues.

                            With reference to above cited subject i have made the transaction for making the payment of the credit card bill on 25.07.2020 but the same is not yet credited in the account. Also the transaction details sent to icici bank but the same is not confirmed.

                              Now i received call from this number [protected]
                              He said that you won 4999 rupees in your phone pay wallet...
                              And he ask me about my a/c information and upi pin when i refused him to give my all personal information
                              He abused me and talk to me like uneducated person
                              So please take action against him as soon as possible and inform me...

                                My name ia santosh ezhuthachan, on 2/9/2020 fraud had happen from my account feom phone pe 90000rs had been withdrawn . I got reward from phone pe app i had claim it but it gone some one ccount .so i call customer care they told me that your money will come back do as we say write your name and phonenumber your money will come nothing has happen suddenly my 90000rs withdrawn from my account afterthat happen another customer calls back and telling me tha you had been fraud just fir complain.what that mean i filed complain in cyber and bank of india i want my money back sir other wise i put media and youtube that phonepe is fraud app.pls help and return my money .regards santosh ezhuthachan

                                  I have transfered 25k on[protected] and the transaction ID is P2009191624313315476038. Till date i called for 4 times to call center in every interval of 3 days and explained my issue. Every time they will tell that within two days the issue will be resolved and not able to give any solution .
                                  I really fedup with Phonepe incapability to handle this issue and approached my bank But they told we can't do anything about this transaction, phone pe is 3rd party of this transaction so bank well not help..Take necessary action to give solution to my problem.

                                    I have transaction through phonepe on 26.09.2020 10:30am. But trasaction has failed but that has not recieved to reciever and i didi not refund that please check and refund that amount on urgent basis.
