I had made payment through upi app (Phonepe). The amount is deducted from my bank account and transaction successful receipt is generated. So i contact receiver, he said that we have not received any payment. After that i raised complain to phonepe via. App and also by mail. They always tell me for wait for so more time and more than 13 days lapsed but they are not resolving the problem.
The details of transaction is as below:

    I have recharged Tata Sky through phone pe on 19 th sept 2020 at 6 PM. My money got deducted from account and recharge was not successful. I have registered a complaint in phone pe but following up for many days they are extending the date only but not getting any results regarding refund of the amount .They are so unprofessional they are not giving reply also. I am sharing the screenshot of the amount and transaction id. Please see into this matter as soon as possible. They are just frauding people against the name of digital payment.

      While transfering through phone pe my money debited 5000 from my sbi account but it's not credited to my another account of idfc first bank. And big thing phone pe showing transaction is successful..

      2 days days over..
      I called phone pe but they can't understand and can't respond..
      They r saying transaction successful now we can't do anything.
      I visited called both sender and receiver bank.
      But they also told we can't do anything about this transaction, phone pe is 3rd party of this transaction so bank well not help..
      I want complete solution about this transaction.

        It not showing details if my bank balance i need to check it immediately... It not even sending messages... Immediately its taking around 15 to 20 minute... How can one wait fr that long... Without bank balance and... Notification

            I got call from west Bengal and they are saying that i got reward of rs. 3150 which was not reword that was the credit bill payment. They also sent me the notification in phonepe which was unbelievable that how they can access my phonepe and sent me notification on phone pe.

              Dear sir
              Received call from number:[protected] came in the morning 24/08/2020 regarding some cashback offer. Firstly Rs 4500 was debited and then caller said to get the return of that money he asked balance amount in account must be transferred and by holding the call then Rs 4000 was debited. soon after transferring he blocked my number and and other number as well which i tried after long time got in touch with new number and understood that The bengali person who spoke eariler Mr Arun Kumar Singhaniya is not working with Phonepe
              later when connected with Customer care of Phonepe we understood that there is no one with that number
              Unofortunatly number is registered in truecaller as the number of Phonepe only.

              i have registered the complaint with HDFC WITH My complaint number given by the branch is 12318865 and the number given by the phone banking department is mumt[protected].
              Requesting you to resolve the matter and get refunded my money
              if not it will be proved that Phone pay is a week site which can not guarantee the subscriber .

                I have added Rs.5000 in my phonepe wallet on 25th July 2020, but as I am unable to use it properly I thought of closing my wallet so that amount will be credited back in my account. So, I have closed Phonepe wallet on 4th Aug 2020 @ 5.56pm. But till date nothing is credited back to my account. I have raised a ticket long back and spoken to many of thier executives and raised a ticket on the same but all the time you people are closing the ticket stating that we have credited in your bank account. But my amount is not credited in my account. I have raised the same issue with my bank also but they said not even one rupee is credited into your account.
                It's been 2 months now but still my amount you have taken is not credited to my account. They are not even ready to provide me the settlement copy when I asked for in order to provide it to my respective bank. I didn't expect this kind of such a bad service. You should not cheat the customers repeating the same solutions again and again but actually when the issue is not resolved.
                I am not at all happy with PHONEPE

                  Although the transaction was successful the merchant didn't recieve the payment and my order was cancelled. The money was not refunded till now.

                      Sir, i've transferred rs 1200/ to jagmohan sharma on dated : 10/09/2020 at 6:07 pm, but the receiver has not received the amount till now, pls resolve this transaction. My ist complaint to phonepe's vide ticket no[protected]. I filed complaint second time on phonepe's email:

                                  Yesterday[protected] transfed money (₹2000) from a SBI account to federal bank account via 'phonepe' App, Unfortunately the cash didn't credit to my bank account. phonepe says transaction is successful & money has debited from SBI account, I will add some screenshots proofs and my bank statement on[protected] to[protected].

                                    On[protected] send cash to my phonepe account from other account. Unfortunately the cash didn't credit to my bank account.

                                    The amount was rs 2000/- (Two thousand only) with transaction id: p2009131841440438628724.

                                    I need the cash back to my account urgently.. It was already 24 hrs over.

                                    I hope my cash will back my account in 24hrs.
