I am vaibhav markad (Mob :- [protected]) on 08 august 2020 01:54 pm i transfer 20000 amount to mr. Bhgvan shankar mali contact no [protected] the status of transaction is successful but did not get money, i have complaint to phonpe on app but diid not response..

I have referred my friend and he was first time user he made a transaction after installing through my link but i haven't received cash back...

Hello phonphe,

This morning i received a call from [protected] stating that he is a customer care agent from phonepe and he said that i have won a cashback of rupees 4500. He asked me to open the phonepe app and click on the bell symbol on app which will give me the cashback.

I found that the request is to transfer rs. 4500 from my account to the [protected]@paytm account.

On questioning this guy why the requests for money transfer he disconnected the call and it tried to call back but was not connecting.

I declined the request, but could have been. Cheated if i was not attentive.

Request you to either block this [protected]@paytm to prevent any further fraud.

Sir this is s a naidu to this evening 08 aug 20 i saw tha one add from phonepe i click that add they show you get reward from phonepe rs 2702 and i follow that but i debit in my a/c in rs 2702 please refund my amount and wher i whant ask i don't no i call customer care but no use please help me what i can do. I got the phone call from this number [protected] and asking me to click on the bell icon. He was saying that 4999 money will get added to your phonepe wallet and accordingly you can transfer it to your account. If you are declining that then rs will get debited from your account. I uninstalled the phonepe app from my phone to avoid this misuse. He use very tough language like (Gali). I have recording

I lodged a complaint on 31/07/2020 about an unauthorised debit ofd rs.5000/- on 22/07/2020.
(Ticket no.[protected]) in reply you informed me that you will resolve the problem before 04/08/2020 and inform me.
But till date no response from you nor the amount credited to my account.
Please look into the matter and credit the unauthorised debit of rs.5000/- immediately without fail.

Claimed fraud customer care to refund of a failed transaction, and took money from my account

Today I have received a message that have won rs.5000/-.These type messages I am receiving for last ten days. Pl confirm is it correct or fraud messages immediately

Amount of rs.1999 has been debited from my phone pe account by fraud. This is done by a link. I have been shown this link for a long time. But i was ignoring it. Still this link is showning to me that is facing a lot of problem. The day after yesterday when i was paying someone over the phone pe account. Again&again that link shown.in which i did the upi pin enter so from my account got debited of rs.1999 i didn't get a refund from phone pe side nor me satisfied answer received.

I got call from phone pe executive and he said me that i will get cashback of rs.5000 in my phonepe account so for that firstly i should follow his instruction Then only i will get the cashback so i followed his instruction but instead of receive cashback the amount got deducted from my account (rs.4999 ) as he is calling on behalf of phonepe department but later on i came to know that it was fraud call. so I have raised a complaint phonepe department immediately .
I hope my complaint resolve as soon as possible

I am a old customer of phonepe and using this app by regularly. But today 8:00 a.m. a massage came from phonepe alongwith phonepay logo about reward point rs. 1789 for credit in my account. At that time I understood that this massage came from phonepe. I use my security code and instead of credit amount rs. 1789 has debited into my account (regd. Mob no. [protected]). I have lodge complaint to hdfc customer care as well as phonepe customer care executive. And also lodged complaint to police station Vaijapur District Aurangabad Maharashtra and also lodged complaint in cyber crime branch Aurangabad rural, Maharashtra by e-complaint.
So I request you to take strict action against phonepay and to return my debited amount rs.1789/- as early as possible.

A link show has been happening on my phone's notification bar for many days, in which the text of the amount credit is being shown on my PHONE PE a/c. I have been ignorant for a long time, but yesterday I opened the link in which that was telling me that you enter your UPI PIN, then I ignored it and I closed it. Yesterday evening, when I was paying my friend, instead of paying my friend, that page with UPI pin opened again, in which I put UPI PIN, then my a/c got debited amount of Rs.1999 and transfer to a fraud person, but I only give my friend Close to Rs.150 and amount was not transfer to my friend. When I questioned it on the PHONE PE. I did not get any scientific response from the PHONE PE.
