Very poor service, no response from phone on the problem faced by customer. No monthly statement issued for wallet on line and phone.

Dear sir, i got a phone and he tell me that i received cashback 2000 in my phonepe account. Then i check the details and he said to me firstly you have to done these then you will receive your cashback but when i done this then rs.4040 deducted my phonepe account, he told me that he is from phonepe. But its fraud call. I also raise a complaint phonepe department. I hope my complaint resolve as soon as possible i also attached the mobile number [protected] i got a call from this number

One ad came you can claim reward of 1709 in phone person on clicking it redirect to phone person and amount got debited no cash back credited. Kindly check and refund

2000 is debited from my account and till date i haven't received any refund from ur side

I ordered a earphones from flipkart and done the payment through phonepe. I later cancelled the order but i didn't get my money back. I checked the phonepe account it's saying refund completed but i didn't get any money please help. I checked through mini statement but no money was there

I make a payment on 27 may 2020 from phonepe app to Ajio app of Rs 2421.05, money was deducted but order not placed they says Transaction was failed. I complaint to phonepe they say ask to bank and bank says phonepe was a third party payment app we don't get these complaint. No one help me for refund of my money please help me for these issue.

This is to inform you that a financial fraud has taken place on 19th march 2020 via phone pe merchant from my account without my permission & without my acceptance. As a result of that i have lost my 53490/- rupees which i want to claim back.

Afterwards i have registered my complaint in icici branch on the same day itself bcz my fault was not there in the fraud case but the bank after 60 days denied that they are not liable to pay the money. They are blaming me unnecessary and haven't settled my claim till date..90 days have been passed after the incident took place but i haven't got my money back.. Investigation team had closed my s/r saying that bank will not pay the money.. I have also registered complaint at cms portal of rbi but there also my complaint was closed and i am not able to file appeal after closed status also bcz the page is not opening in website. I have also requested help from it cell silvassa but they haven't solved my problem saying that they have mailed to paytm for reversal of my money, but paytm is not reverting the status whether they will give my money or not..in this scenario of covid - 19 nobody is helping me and i need my hard earned money because my fault was not there in this financial fraud. So i am requesting you to file my appeal so that i can get my money back

I have sent 12500 wrongly. Please hèlp me to get this money.
