A month passed I hd transfered 2100 through dabit card to my sbi account and the transaction was successful after that I closed my PhonePe wallet nd that money which was there in the wallet not credited to bank account

To day i have recieved one message from phonepe [protected]@apl to collect the cashback rs 1500. But when i tried to collect the same my money from my account connected with phonepay hdfc udupi branch ac no xxxxxxxxxxxx1300. Rs 1999 has debited. I have not recieved in my wallet or cash back in phonepe for the same.

The transaction id is p2007270947065073173173218.

The amount was supposed to not deduct.

But debited

Please reverse the same or put the money in my phonepe wallet.

Updated by pirki i have visited my bank hdfc udupi branch, but they are reporting the transaction as suspicious. kindly update me. please cancel this transaction or put the money in my wallet of phonepe

I tried to recharge jio mobile through phone pe on 01march 2020 and rs.399 was deducted from my bank of in india a/c at kahalgaon branch but recharge was not success. I complained to phonepe aswell as jio then jio told me that recharge of rs.399 was not successful and phone pe asked me to put complain to the bank. Then i approached boi and finndig the deduction of rs.399, bank sent mail repeatly two times but no refund was done in my account. Since then i complaining to phone pe, transaction id p200301103236032634246, upi reference no.[protected].

I have made my credit card payment 2days before but still amount has not been credited to credit card account. Now phone pe customer care executives saying that i need to wait for 3more days to get the update, the amount is 55600 it's such a big amount how can i be assured that you guys will settle my amount. Today is the due date for credit card apart from due date i have lost 55600 who give this huge amount to me i want it must be settled immediately i am undergoing on depression due to this issue please resolve this immediately
