Gift coupon fake

Hello,

What gift card what Phonepe is providing on every transactions are fake, the code is not at all working, check with couple of codes but none of the codes are working with any app/brand.
Why you guys simply Chet us and we should forget about cashbacks now a day. Getting only useless gift cards.

I did a fastag recharge of rs500 from my Phonepe app on 6 of July but didn't received any recharge. So I called customer care and they told me that the recharge will be done soon but it didn't happened. Then they told me that the recharge is done but when I checked my balance it was same as rs 39 which was before. Then they told me to raise a chargeback against sbi.

    Dear sir,
    I have received in notification bar for phonepe scratch card voucher link from my mi browser. So i forget it at
    This link was fraudable link. I opened only my appslock and transaction pin and apps lock same so i have typed my transaction
    Pin suddendly rupees 1709 debited in my bank account. After i have checked my transaction this is
    Unknown person and fraudable online request.

    Pls find below attached images for your reference

    Please refund my amount i am not authorized this transaction so many fraudable transaction found online.
    In future i am aware sir. Pls raise customer complaint and refund my money.

    Take necessary action for this unknown person.

      Updated by Monty sonlanki       I was transferring 2000rs from my one bank account to my another bank account on 30th of July and by mistake I clicked on 'to account' rather than clicking on 'to self' option so my money has been deducted and has not transferred in my another account update names been 8 days I had not got any update and no phone calls.. shayari quest phonepay please answer my question or solve my problem..

        As on yesterday at 16.30 hours, i was received a screen page of my mobile that you have own rupees 1609 and for credit into your account click the following, i was clicked and same value was debited from my account not credited. Such matters is sending in two number of screenshot also. Kindly observe the same and take suitable action in this regard and oblige me. Thanking you.

                        I had made a transaction on 2nd july of Rs 25000. The transaction ID is P2007022038512208461388. The amount was debited from my account but the receiver has not received it. Its been two days now. Phone pay support/customer care also didn’t respond or reply to the ticket that was Being generated. I generated two tickets but not even one had a response. My ticket no is ticket 99539200. Please reply and help me with the matter as soon as possible. Very disappointed with the service.
