Dear Sir, i got a phone and He tell me that I received cashback 5000 in my phonepe account. Then i check the details and he said to me firstly you have to done these then you will receive your cashback but when i done this then Rs.10, 000 deducted my phonepe account, he told me that he is from phonepe. but its fraud call.I also raise a complaint phonepe department.I hope my complaint resolve as soon as possible I also attached the mobile number [protected] I got a call from this number

Hi team,

I am having phone pe account number with xxxxxxxxx. Sunday there was a deduction amount of 2709 rupees two time from phone pe account. I have recieved rewards option in my phone pe a/c so I have clicked on the link and the amount got deducted. The amounts were not directed correct payments. Could you please check my phone pe a/c and revert the amount back to my a/c.
Here I have attached screen shots for the same..
Kindly do the needful. Let me know if I have to follow any process to complaint.

I am Charitha.I did a wrong transaction for [protected]@icici. They made me foolish and the transaction was wrong I want that money back to my account.

    A call come from [protected] from deepak sharma. He identifly himself as phonepe call operatior. And promise me to give cashback of 1999. So he ask me to accept notification. When i accept notifcation its take me to upi payment link and in ignorance i fill the password and payment of 1999 debited from my bank account. It all happened on 24/06/20 at 12.32 p. M.

            Actually i had made two back to back transaction of Rs.4500 and 1000. I got transaction successful message on phone pay and money was also deducted from my bank account. The receiver also got the message as received about both the transactions. But the money is not credited to his bank account and neither can we see the entries in his Google pay account.

                  Yesterday i have transferred rs.545/- and the transaction also successful, also my payment debited. But till not credited to the receiver account. Contacted customer support of phone pe and raised ticket no 98287291. But today i checked the ticket status it was awaiting support executive. Transaction no ptm[protected]yesterday i have transferred rs.4000/- to [protected] axis bank a/c, chennai transaction also successful. But till not credited to the receiver account. Contacted customer support of phone pe and raised ticket no 24525621. But today i checked the ticket status it was resolved. But issue is till pending. Kindly look into the issue.                       I had a payment of 16, 999 on[protected] my money has debeted successfully but the dealer not received money after some time i got a message of you done a payment to amazon.in your payment is marked for refund. But still now i didn't receive my money. I contacte to bank, phonepe customer service, bank customer service, but my problem still now not solved

                              I did an online transaction of ₹2500 via UPI through PhonePe App. The transaction failed and the fund was deducted from my SBI Bank account([protected]). The receiver didn’t receive the funds either. The PhonePe App blamed the error on bank and bank didn’t address the issue either.
