        I'm nagendra kumar gautam from uttar pradesh. I closed my phonepe wallet on 10th may, but after closure of phonepe wallet my money was not credited to my bank account.. There were 2500 rupee in my phonepe wallet.. Everytime when i make a complaints they show that your problem has been resolved.. Bt actually the amount has not been credited in my account till now.. I have got tired by trying... I don't have any idea what to do.. Plz help me.. It is a big amount...

By mistake i have entered wrong number, from them i was try to call him but he is lifiting my phone since 10.05.2020. Please refund my amount to my account.

                  There was a person who called me and told me that he is from phonepe. And said ₹4000 is added in my wallet. And when i caught him. He used abusing words.

                    Saving bank account in sr nagar brach in hyderabad

                    I am here to inform you that i made a payment of rs 1100/- for the college exam fee of my brother on 2nd may 2020 around evening 4.30 pm using phonepe application.
                    I got the successful transaction and amount had been debited from my account but the amount was not sent to the college from your side and now the college manager is asking me to pay the few again.
                    Now it is clear that 1100/- rs had been debited from my bank account and not yet refunded to me even after 10 days after the failure transaction.
                    So i request to do the needful at the earliest.

                      I am an authorized phonepe user, i have uploaded a advertisement for selling furniture on olx app through which one person named fajruddin has connected to me for purchasing the product on 11th may 2020. The person was ready to purchase and he mention to do transaction on phonepe app instead of cash. He told me that i am sending a screenshot of qr code on your whatsapp number. He has sent the qr code on my whatsapp number. He has mentioned that once you scan the qr code the amount of rs. 20000 as per the deal will be credited to you on your registered bank. But as per rbi guidelines only 2000 at a tym can be teansferred. Instead of crediting to my account it got debited from my account continuosly 9 times. The total amount of rs 18000 got deducted from the account. I realized that the person is doing fraud we had a lot of discussion about returning the money but he refused completely. I had complained about it to phonepe but no response yet

                          I received call from this number [protected].
                          He said that you won 5000 rupees in your phone pay wallet...
                          Moreover, He said that he is a phonepay customer executive.
                          He has requested me 5000 rupees and he told me to click on that link and enter your UPI pin but when I refused him to send the amount then he abused me and talk to me like an uneducated person.
                          So please take action against him as soon as possible so that this can not happen with others.

                                I have recharged my dishtv using my phonepe app my balance of rs 350 get deducted but dish tv doesn't recharge. I want my money back.. Phone pe is telling recharge successful where dishtv is telling amount not received.
                                Why these people are giving service if they don't want to work for the customers. I only want my money back plz give it to me...

                                    On 14th March i have paid Rs. 1810/- Electricity bill to MSEDC Mahavitran through Phonepe app and i have received transaction message valid ID.

                                    But i got notification from electricity board that they have not received any amount through UPI app.

                                    Why should i pay penalty ?
