I made a payment to my demat account through upi but the payment went in pending state and my money got deducted. Since two days I haven't got my money back. I want my money. Phone pe security policy are false. Our money is not safe with phone pe

My payphone pending five thousand rupies at the time of 28/04/2020 time is 07:14pm so please refound five thousand rupies in my accound and the trangatation Id is p2004281914065543083663

My father sent me 50 rupees through phonepe.the transaction is successful and showing money is received in app but not credited to my account.the transaction utr number is P2005041230365164859197.
The transaction is successful in sender's account and not credited to my bank account. It's been 1 day till now

I am dinesh, recieved call on my mobile number [protected] from [protected]. he told his name Abhishekh Sharma from New Delhi noida sector 5. then he told me to get reward RS 1950 from phone pay after I send same number of amount on my number then I send money from my
account to my phone pay number which he told to send after successful transaction again and again 10 times to get previous amount .62675 rs title deducted from account.his phone pay UPI I'd [protected]@utbi.his name Bishwa Roy kindly inquire

I received a fake call from phone no. [protected] and asking about cashback details on phonepe. He knew my name and knew that i am having phonepe account. After i refused to give any details he started using abusive language and bad comments. I disconnected the call. He was fraud and may contact any innocent for such monetary details in future. So as a precautionary measure want to complaint of such frauds.

I have tried contacting the phonepe team and their response has been amazingly pathetic, staff does not know how to behave or respond to customers
Regarding the payments which has been authorized for the tax saving fund was an incorrect investment i have requsted her to process the cancellation - the rep took 30 min to say that, people does not even have a courtesy to keep their customer informed about the wait time, basic telephone etiquette were not followed and over and above that the rep was just in hurry to finish the call with out answering the queries. (Agreed everyone has been working with limited access during covid-19) - that does not mean you will start misbehaving

I haven't experienced such kind of behavior ever - i would prefer to close the account once this is sorted. Extremely insulting - the rep has placed the call on hold and did not come back with the resolutions and then hung up with out any resolution.

SELF transaction bank accounts in HDFC bank

Today morning on 5 April 2020 I received a fraud call, asking for my bank details through a phonepay customer care.

I did a transaction of 37000 rupees transferring it via phone pe from one a/c to another, the transaction was done on 1st may 2020 it was successful in phone pe and showed it promptly, i received the message from sender bank that the amount has been debited but the receiver bank did not receive the amount.

I have called both banks but they keep bouncing me saying that it is a third-party app issue and we cannot do anything, phone pe is saying that the transaction is successful from their end and to contact the sender bank for chargeback no one is able to provide a solution and the amount is required for urgent purposes.

30/4/2020 i have received a call from [protected] this mobile no he asked about bank details he says I am from your bank we need some details other wise your account wiil be closed so that's why I gave him details and after some time i receive a msg from bank deducted amount etc I request to you note a complaint please

He told me that he is an army officer so when the time of delivery he asked me to pay money for formality for payment confirmation i have paid in 6 transactions total amount is 41, 000 rs
Plz help me to get refund of my money
