One of my friend wants to transfer money in my account and send me request money. When i press pay 5rs added to my account but next time when he send request money again 15000 amount is deducted from my account.
He did it by 2 transactions. I belive him becouse he is my old friend but money was transfered by some other person.

Firstly the message come the problem solve with in 24 hours...
Seconsly they message that the problem is solve in 48 hours but its three days gone the status is showing sending request

I got a payment link from the merchent stating that you are the reward of rupees 4900/- by mistake i have paid the amount and money got deducted from my account kindly do need full and refund my amount

He is calling from phonepe customers services and we have offer for you and he told me to go on notification and click on pay option and then he transfer 4900 from my account to his account please...

One stranger customer called me, he has to take him 5000/-...but he misguide me via call And he raise request on phone pe to he asked me to do some process ...after that 15000/- debited from my account...i was cheated by him ...he fraudester...I want to know him who was that person ...phone pe is not giving details to me ...police is also not cooperating, ...i have transition id, And phone no. Of fraudester are [protected] and [protected]......

And it is still showing the same message.
Money hasn't been refunded and it is still pending.

I have ordered food in swiggy from my phone pe wallet on November 2019 the money got deducted but the order was not processed I raised a request regarding the same in phone pe greviance. It's been now five months but still they have not refunded my money back Everytime they r just sending a assurance mail, few days back they took my full banking details and said me they r transferring my banking details to their finance department but nothing...

On 28th march 2020 i've sent an amount of 7000 in two transactions (6500+500) to a person by mistake in phonepe. When i tried contacting him fir the refund, he is not responding to the call or anything. Please help me get refund of my money.

Today I got call frm above no to recive a cashback of rs 4300 n when I accepted it deduct money frm my phonepe accnt n once again I accepted of rs 2100 as per convincing by caller its again deducted and once again rs 400 n at last rs 45...I hv screen shot of all d transaction n audio clip of whole convwrsation...its all about in screenshot attached...

On 23 march 2020 i have transfer rs 2670 via phone pe application from my bank hdfc. Amount has been deducted in wrong account but i m not able to identify the correct account holder. Actually i want to transfer it on another account. Need to know the account holder detail, name or identifation which i have transfer the amount. Waiting ur reply asap...

I have send amount to Vijaya bank customer of Rs.3500 initially it was failed but later by next try it was successful but amount was deducted twice that is Rs.7000 frrom my account but beneficiary received only once that is only Rs.3500

Plz resolve this soon. I have also taken help from phonepe tickets they suggested for charge bank....

I paid 378₹ to my friend through phonepe account. It showed transaction successful but it is not credited to receiver account and also not refunded. I complained about this to Phonepe customer care but no response

Hi before twodays i pay 34rs using phone pe but it went pending twice today it has been debited from my acc i called phone pe cc about the concer they are telling to go and the retailer where you paid this the way this phone pe people are responding for our query from last two months totally three transaction has gone li this if i have paid in hyd frm bengaluru i should go ask them phone pe answer...

I have transferred my money, it is showing pending... I even didn't get message about money deduction.

This is not the first time... It's ia happening too many times...

I have make transaction of rs. 9999/- on flipkart and due to some reason they have refunded my money on 5th of march 2020 but till now i didn't received my money and i called multiple time to phonepay customer care but they give multiple tat and no proper reason for the delay reason.

I hope phonepay will take my concern seriously and provide the update.
