Yesterday (13 april 20), i made a payment of electricity bill through phonepe of rs 4513. Balance has been debited from my sbi account but bill is not paid and transaction has failed. I have tried customer care of phonepe many times but unable to connect. My balance is still pending from the concern party.

So i kindly request you to check and refund the balance so that i can pay the bill on time.

I have done transaction if 100000 rupees from My SBI to Standard Chartered Bank on 09/04/2020, but still status showing pending.

Amount deducted from sending bank & receiver bank not received money.
Both bank saying it 3 rd party transaction so unable to help. I am very in trouble. It's a big amount. I complained on PhonePe, but only extending waiting time.

Today i was done one dth recharge. The amout is 1100. And the transaction id is : n2004131237207659888600. But that recharge gone failed. At that time that amout was deducted from my account. After that again i tried once more that time the recharge was successfully done. But the amounts are deducted two times from my account. Still that failed recharge amout is not refunded.

PhonePe customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

I've purchased google play gift code from phonepe and my balance deducted and transaction was successful but still i didn't get my code, i've waited 24 hours but same thing no resolve their experts texting me the same thing over and over again wait 24 hours but its more than 24 hours still i didn't get any code,
Literally this is not first' time maximum time phonepe screwing me and making lot's of trouble,
Please help me out this last time
Maybe its the last horrible experience with this stupid app, resolve this issue then i've to uninstall this shiit from my phone.
Regards from a very disappointed customer who is never gonna recommend this app to anyone of his family and colleagues.
