I paid my bsnl broadband land line bill through phonepe wallet on saturday, 18th april 2020. Transaction id is nx[protected], i received a message from phonepe "transaction successful" and 706/-rupees deducted from my phone pe wallet. But in bsnl payment portal, it shows my broadband bill is still due? I want to know why it was happening? And how to recover my wallet amount? Please help me....

It was a fraud case.In the name of a online shopping store, one fraud website have cheated me.I just sent money by mistakenly through phone pe.Kindly request you to help me.I am a student and this is happening during Corona lockdown period.I have not a single money to survive.Plz help me to refund it....

I had booked railway ticket on irctc through phone pay app with sbi debit card on 14/12/2019 of amounts rs602 and rs 2357 and canceld tickets on 20/03/2020 and refund is processed on 30/03/2020 of amounts rs 1860 and rs 465 is shown in phone pay and message received that refund processed but till now amount not reflected in account till after 15 working days, and debit card is blocked after ticket booking and before...

I transacted money from another account, money was deducted from it, nor money came in my And told the transaction successful. yetMoney did not go to another account....

Yesterday (13 april 20), i made a payment of electricity bill through phonepe of rs 4513. Balance has been debited from my sbi account but bill is not paid and transaction has failed. I have tried customer care of phonepe many times but unable to connect. My balance is still pending from the concern party.

So i kindly request you to check and refund the balance so that i can pay the bill on time.br...

I have done transaction if 100000 rupees from My SBI to Standard Chartered Bank on 09/04/2020, but still status showing pending.

Amount deducted from sending bank & receiver bank not received money.
Both bank saying it 3 rd party transaction so unable to help. I am very in trouble. It's a big amount. I complained on PhonePe, but only extending waiting time.
