I want to complaint about that during the transaction of amount through phone pe on this number [protected] by mistake a recharge of rs 5000 was done.on my number so now i want to request you to decativate this recharge and refund my money as soon as possible.

          I transferred an amount of Rs700 through phonepe under the transaction no.P2004191808574528192921 .However till now the amount was not credited to the receiver bank account till now.The amount was transferred to pnb bank account in guwahati assam.so i request to refund my amount.

                I paid my bsnl broadband land line bill through phonepe wallet on saturday, 18th april 2020. Transaction id is nx[protected], i received a message from phonepe "transaction successful" and 706/-rupees deducted from my phone pe wallet. But in bsnl payment portal, it shows my broadband bill is still due? I want to know why it was happening? And how to recover my wallet amount? Please help me.

                            Kal shyam ko mere pass ek phone aaya tha customer care phone pay se or kaha tha ki apke phone per cash back aaya hai aap use received kar lijiye or maine use kaha ki aap mujhe mere phone pay per send kar dijiye or usne mujh se bola ki aap. To contact per jakar add bhim upi id per apna contact number dalkar ([protected]@utbi) ([protected]@sbi) payment 1752 karke pin no add karo or apke pass cash back aa jayga or mai isha hi karta gya fir 2998 ka payament karaya or bola aap payment late kar rahe ho isliye aapka payment aa nhi raha hai to dubara se jaldi se kiya jis se mere pura payment aa jay or mai mana kardu ki ab mujhe nahi chahiye cash back but bahut dear ho gai or pura payment mere account se nikal gya pura amount 13000/- rs tha or sara nikal gya hai. Or phone v kaat diya ab dubara se call karta hu to phone switch off batata hai but kal night mai dusre phone se try kiya to phone ke well jaa rahi the but call pic nhi kar raha tha.
                            Please sir mere help kar us choor ko pakad kar saja dijiye or mera payment mujhe provide kar dijiye.

                                Lat time you have paid once electricity bill from my account with my permission.

                                Even i have complaint to your customer care, but still not get any solution or refund.

                                Now today i got msg from your company that you will pay the electricity bill of same account number ([protected]) by tomorrow 16 april.

                                Pls make sure don't pay any electricity bill or other bill without my intimation from my any credit card.

                                I am not authorized your company for auto debit my credit card for any bills.

                                Pls make sure of that thing. If you do this i will take legal action.

                                And also ppls refund my last time transaction money.

                                        I had booked railway ticket on irctc through phone pay app with sbi debit card on 14/12/2019 of amounts rs602 and rs 2357 and canceld tickets on 20/03/2020 and refund is processed on 30/03/2020 of amounts rs 1860 and rs 465 is shown in phone pay and message received that refund processed but till now amount not reflected in account till after 15 working days, and debit card is blocked after ticket booking and before refund processed. Please help me and
