I have done a booking on 4th June for reserving hotel on 10th June. My rs was deducted on 4th june and I got booking ID. After few days i found that though my rs was deducted and got booking ID, My booking is not confirm. I raised a ticket on phonepe. they told me that we have escalated with merchant and you get room booking and ticket response before 10th. I waited for their response but didn't receive it. After that on 11th when I asked about status they have initiated refund and closed ticket without informing.

Today they told me that there is some internal issues with their merchant(goibibo).

My entire trip was spoiled because of that. and faced lots of inconvenience with my 2year child.

I tranfer money 1500 to bank of ondia but the recevier doesnt get the amount .i ask phone pe customer care they genrated ticket is being generated on issue but it not resolve ticket id is 58041519.and transaction id is p 190 [protected].please resolve it it fast.i not getting any info either from bank or phone pe .
