PhonePe — money not refunded after being debited and not transferring

My account was debited for rs 2000 2 days before and money was not transferred to the contact i sent it. Now i need the money but it is not being refunded even after 2 days have passed. The help tab in the app is so slow and irresponsible that i am getting the same reply everytime i complain that it will ve refunded before 2 may. Is there anyone who can tell that 2 may is gone dude.
