PhonePe — phonepe kyc issue

I have my money stuck in the phonepe wallet. I can't use or withdraw or send it to another person because it says kyc is not complete. Then why did they allow to top up the wallet in the first place? If it cannot be used without kyc, then it shouldn't be loaded too. Also, i can do a one-time withdrawal and then will never be able to use the wallet again. Was this information helpful? I have done a transaction of rs3500 on 20 april and the status went pendin and when i called them they told me to wait till 23 april and now the status is still pending and again after calling them they are telling me to wait again till 30 april
